Abstract

ABSTRACTAccording to the World Health Organization (WHO) there are nearly 380 million couples running Family planning. This research is a analttic survey with cross sectional design that is to know the relation of usage of contraception tool and contraception with menstrual disorder,sampling this research using accidental sampling that is sampling method by chance coincidence. In 85 out of 85 cases of mother using 1 month injection of polimenore/spooting injection were 50 cases (100%) while mothers using 3 Months of injectable amenorrhea (65,71%) had Spotted 12 case (34,29%) ini clinic Nirmala. Result of statistical test by using chi square test got p value =0,01<0,05 and X2 = 41,77 mean there is relation of tool usage and contraceptive injection drug with menstrual disorder 95% CI level equal to 1,84-4,61 meaning mothers who used injectable contraceptive devices 1-4 times experianced a menstrual disorder at the Nirmala ClinicKeyword: Contraceptive Injection, Medication

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: (1) produce videos that are suitable for use, easy to learn and can be used for individual learning, (2) to determine the effectiveness of the developed videos on the competence of sewing men's socks. This type of research is step development research, namely: (1) analysis stage; (2) data collection stage; (3) development stage; (4) validation and testing stage; (5) the final stage of product media. The final product of the development of this video is continued with product effectiveness. The results of hypothesis testing prove that there is a significant difference between the results of the research before and after using the product. This is indicated by the results of data processing. It was concluded that learning outcomes after being taught using video were higher than those who did not get learning using video. Keywords: Video, Sewing, Shirt ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan video yang layak pakai, mudah dipelajari dan dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran individu, (2) untuk mengetahui keefektifan video yang dikembangkan terhadap kompetensi menjahit kaos kaki pria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan langkah, yaitu: (1) tahap analisis; (2) tahap pengumpulan data; (3) tahap pengembangan; (4) tahap validasi dan pengujian; (5) tahap akhir media produk. Produk akhir dari pengembangan video ini dilanjutkan dengan efektivitas produk. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil penelitian sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan produk. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data. Disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar setelah diajar menggunakan video lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan video. Kata Kunci: Video, Menjahit, Kemeja

Abstract

ABSTRACTMusculoskeletal disorders are one of the diseases that occur due to excessive muscle contraction due to giving a workload that is too heavy with a long duration of loading. On the other hand, muscle complaints do not occur when muscle contractions are only around 15-20% of maximum muscle strength. However, if the muscle contraction exceeds 20%, the blood circulation to the muscles is reduced so that the oxygen supply to the muscles decreases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity and musculoskeletal disorders in nurses at Sundari General Hospital Medan. Bivariate analysis test using Spearman Rho. Where the p-value is 0.003 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between physical activity and nurses' musculoskeletal disorders. Keywords: Physical Activity, Musculoskeletal Disorders ABSTRAKGangguan muskuloskletal merupakan salah satu penyakit yang terjadi karena adanya kontraksi otot yang berlebihan akibat pemberian beban kerja yang terlalu berat dengan durasi pembebanan yang panjang sebaliknya keluhan otot tidak terjadi apabila kontraksi otot hanya berkisar 15-20% dari kekuatan otot maksimum. Namun apabila kontraksi otot melebihi 20 % maka peredaran darah ke otot berkurang sehingga suplai oksigen ke otot menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan gangguan muskuloskletal pada perawat di RSU Sundari Medan. Uji analisis bivariat menggunakan spearman rho. Dimana nilai p-value sebesar 0,003 <0,05 yang  artinya terdapat hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan gangguan muskuloskletal perawat Kata Kunci: Aktvitas Fisik, Gangguan Muskuloskletal

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper aims to look at the activities of the empowerment of women have the same position, meaning that in every action there is no difference in the role and position that restricts women to take part in organizing and empowering communities, each running the social roles that are tailored to the circumstances and abilities, in order to further improve productivity, income and kemadiriannya. Efforts to empower women economically, especially look forward to the challenge requires high competitiveness, through a life skills program models. Relevance NFE give vocasional for these women to challenge the global economy is more emphasis on informal businesses, has been reduced and is constructed in the form of business activity Income Families. With the learning program is more focused solely on vocational skill , so that the graduates have the skills vocasional and non-vocational. This activity should be increased, empowered, synergized with activities in micro- economic empowerment, and be protected. In turn would be an alternative model of development of social economy. Abstract

Fried containing many lipids and cholesterol, often leads to diseases , as the heart . Consume fried neat sold at the sidewalks and many places in the country are very risky. Food fried generally cooked with cooking oil the results of repetition in high temperature and for a long time (deep frying). This kind of food that contributes to intake highest trans fatty acid. Fatty acids kind of this became one of the causes of the increasing disease resulting from obstruction of the blood vessels, one of them is heart disease. For human healthy, Recommended intake of trans fatty less than 1 % calories daily needs. If you need calories 2000 calories a day, Then trans fatty intake must not over 20 calories a day or similar to 2 trans fatty grams a day. If consumed in quantity high trans fat can improve the low density lipoprotein (LD) and can lower the levels good cholesterol High Density Lipoprotein (HDL). If trans fat consumed daily 1-3 % course can already raises the risk of a heart attack for adults.Kata kunci : Minyak goreng, Gorengan, Jantung

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to know: 1) The learning outcomes of sewing shirt by using conventional learning method of students grade XI at SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. 2) The learning outcomes of sewing shirt after using discussion method assisted by job sheet media of students grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. 3) How far the influence of learning outcomes of sewing shirt after using discussion method assisted by job sheet media grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. This study used a quasi experimental  method. The research design used was a post-test control group design. The population in this study were 62 students grade XI fashion at SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. The samples were two classes randomly selected, each class consisted of 31 students. The first class used a discussion method  assisted  by job sheet media and the second class used a conventional learning method. The instrument of data collection was the observation sheet. Data were analyzed using t-test analysis technique. Based on the calculations that the level of trends in the learning outcomes of sewing shirt grade XI fashion at SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran for experimental class tend to be high at the 83,9 %. And the tendency level of sewing shirt learning result for the control class tend to be low at 87,1 %. The result of hypothesis test by using t-test was 44,04 > 1,67 at 5% significanct level. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of discussion method assisted by job-sheet media on the learning outcomes of sewing shirt of students grade XI at SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. Keywords: Discussion Method, Job Sheet Media and Male’s Shirt.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to know the effect of using Adobe Premiere-Based Interactive Multimedia on Students’ Tata Hidang This study used experimental quasi, namely the design of the pretest-posttest control group. The results of the study concluded (1) The average of students’ achievement that used modules was 80 and students’ achievement that used Adobe Premiere-Based Interactive Multimedia was 84; (2) students’ achievement that used Adobe Premiere-Based Interactive Multimedia was higher than using modules. Keywords: Interactive Media, Adobe Premiere, Module, Tata Hidang ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe premiere terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah tata hidang . Penelitian ini termasuk quasi experimental, yaitu pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan: (1) hasil belajar menggunakan modul bahan ajar rata-rata M =  79 dengan tingkat kecenderungan berada pada kategori kompeten, (2) hasil belajar menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe premiere rata-rata M =  82,8 dengan tingkat kecenderungan berada pada kategori kompeten, (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar menggunakan modul bahan ajar dengan hasil belajar menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe premiere. Hasil belajar yang tertinggi adalah yang menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe premiere.Kata Kunci: Media Interaktif, Adobe Premiere, Modul, Tata Hidang

Abstract

Improvement of human quality in a country used internationally in the Millennium Development Goal's (MDG's).One of the MDG's goal is to reduce child mortality by two thirds. Based on Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2007, approximately 146,000 infants aged 0-1 years and 86,000 new borns (0-28 day extension Lalang village health center field. This research is a quasi experimental design with One - Group Pretest-Posttest and the total sample of 30 people. The instrument used in this study is to test the validity and reliability test. Methods of data analysis using the chi-square test with 95% degree of confidence. The results showed that prior to counseling ( pre-test) indicates knowledge of mothers gained a mean of 17.03, standard deviation of 7.69, and a standar error of 1.40 value. After counseling(Post-test) indicates knowledge of mothers gained a mean of23.50, standard deviation7.57, and the standard error value of 1.38. It is expected that this research can be used by nurse educators to develop appropriate teaching methods to improve students' ability in understanding how to make good health education so that students can apply them in the community.
