Abstract

This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are the triangulation of data collection methods and location triangulation. This study discusses the leadership of the principal of SDIT ASSAMAN in enhancing the professional performance of teachers. The issue identified is that teachers, as the driving force of education, have not yet mastered technology, leading to frequent delays and setbacks in the learning process compared to other schools. The research involves 5 informants, consisting of the principal, teachers, and staff. The findings indicate that teachers' lack of technological proficiency is not the sole factor hindering education in the school. The improvement in the quality of education is driven by the collaboration between the principal, teachers, staff, and parents. All elements within the institution are integrated in realizing the school's vision and mission. The principal regularly conducts supervision and coordination, ensuring that the teaching and learning activities run effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation and acquisition of sales and cost of goods sold on food menus at PT Nusantara Boga Abadi to calculate net sales profit. This research serves as a benchmark to determine whether the profit margin obtained by the company is optimal. The data used are secondary data in the form of raw material purchases. The method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. PT Nusantara Boga Abadi operates in the food industry, and the focus of this research is "how to determine the final cost of goods sold at the Kembang Goela Restaurant." This research employs field and library research methods. Data collection is conducted through observation, interviews with stakeholders, documentation, and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed using the Full Costing method to determine the cost of production, which subsequently serves as the basis for setting the selling price. The analysis results indicate that the application of the Full Costing method in determining the cost of production yields favorable outcomes, enabling profit increase by accounting for all cost elements. The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for the management of Kembang Goela Restaurant to enhance profitability and maintain business sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Tiger Wild Store. Against the background of the increasing use of the internet and social media, this study highlights the significant role of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and others in product promotion. In addition, the quality of service received by consumers also affects purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a population of all Tiger Wild Store consumers and a sample of 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a Likert scale, validity, and reliability tests. The results showed a significant influence between social media marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. These findings provide insight for companies to improve marketing and service strategies to increase sales.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze "The Influence of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Harmoni Nirwana Lestari Jakarta." This type of research is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to employees at PT. Harmoni Nirwana Lestari Jakarta. The sample size used was 75 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient tests using the SPSS 24 program. The partial test results for work motivation significantly affect employee performance with a t-value of 8.404 and a significance level of 0.000. Compensation significantly affects employee performance with a t-value of 8.223 and a significance level of 0.000. Meanwhile, the simultaneous testing for work motivation and compensation significantly affects employee performance at PT. Harmoni Nirwana Lestari Jakarta with an F-value of 41.597 and a significance level of 0.000.
