Abstract

This research has objectives including: (1) knowing the implementation of instilling entrepreneurial values in the creative economy division, (2) discussing inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the cultivation of entrepreneurial values in the creative economy division, (3) solutions in overcoming inhibiting factors. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The results of the study explained that: (1) the creative economy division was given the cultivation of entrepreneurial values; the value of cooperation; responsibility; creativity with the pre-order system activities at STAI Al-Hamidiyah Jakarta, (2) inhibiting factors in instilling entrepreneurial values; communication and cooperation between members of the creative economy division are poorly established; The means of entrepreneurship at STAI Al-Hamidiyah Jakarta are inadequate, then supporting factors include; DEMA supervisors and lecturers support the pre-order system in the creative economy division; BPH contributes to the implementation of the pre-order system in the creative economy division, (3) The solution in overcoming inhibiting factors is to consistently hold meetings to evaluate pre-order and creative activities in promoting the products of the Creative Economy Division to be visible to the campus and provided support through means in entrepreneurship. The conclusion is that the entrepreneurial values in the creative economy division that have been instilled consist of three values, namely the value of cooperation between division members in managing products, the value of responsibility in the duties of their respective members, and the value of creativity in managing selling products. Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to determine the productive waqf management and development system at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency, and also to find out the forms of productive waqf management and development at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency. This type of research includes empirical research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this study involved the Chairperson of the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Nazhir Waqf, and the Community, with a qualitative descriptive research analysis. The results of the research conducted show that the waqf management and development system productively at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency is carried out by administering and collecting data on waqf assets, then recording them in a notarial deed so that they have permanent legal force, and carrying out maximum supervision so that the utilization Waqf assets are in accordance with their function and main objective, which is to develop Islamic education as a place to nurture true Muslims. Then, the productive management and development of waqf at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School in Langkat Regency is carried out in two forms, namely the physical form in which waqf assets are developed by adding and constructing various buildings needed in the educational process at the institution. Apart from that, it is also being developed in the form of waqf management policies especially for the needs of the students, for example providing free tuition fees for orphans and high achieving students so as to help the Muslim community (santri's parents). While the form of waqf assets is distributed to the surrounding community in the form of donations such as groceries and so on at certain moments. So that the productive management and development of waqf assets is in accordance with Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf.

Abstract

UU no. 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management as a complement to the previous law, namely law no. 38 of 1999. This law provides institutional strengthening in integrated zakat management into a unified integrated system. In turn, the National Amil Zakat Agency becomes the only institution holding zakat authority, and the Amil Zakat Institution as a partner in assisting the National Amil Zakat Agency, as well as government oversight as a regulator. The research aims to answer the problem of how the distribution of zakat according to zakat law no. 23 of 2011 in Kab. Langkat. How is the zakat distribution system by BAZNAS Langkat Regency in Karang Rejo Village. What are the factors causing the delays of the BAZNAS distribution system in Langkat Regency. What is the strategy of BAZNAS Langkat Regency to increase the collection and effectiveness in distributing zakat in Karang Rejo Village, Langkat Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a legal sociology approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, secondary data as initial data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials, then followed by primary data or field data obtained from documents and interviews with several Amil Agency officials Langkat District National Zakat. The results of the study show that the National Amil Zakat Agency in Langkat Regency has not run optimally in the distribution of zakat due to several obstacles, one of which is the lack of synergy with the local government in terms of regulations that have an impact on non-optimal distribution.

Abstract

The important process known as business planning and development allows an organization to establish the strategies, goals, and tactics necessary to grow and succeed in the long term. Businesses are faced with many complex challenges in the current era of globalization, ranging from intense competition to rapid market changes. Therefore, careful business planning is essential to anticipate changes and take advantage of emerging opportunities. In this abstract, business planning and development is very important in today's dynamic business environment. Internal and external environmental analysis, goal setting, strategy development, resource allocation, and implementation are the main steps in the business planning process, which will be discussed thoroughly. In addition, this abstract will show how leadership, innovation, and information technology help business planning and development well. Organizations can optimize performance, increase competitiveness, and better face challenges by emphasizing holistic and sustainable business planning and development. Understanding market, consumer and industry trends is important amidst global uncertainty. Therefore, this abstract emphasizes how important it is to monitor the business environment and be flexible when changing business planning strategies to adapt to changes.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) requires a joint role in the environment from both regulators and other companies. The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) together with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs signed a memorandum of understanding to form a task force to monitor partnerships established between SMEs and large industries. This article explores the programs organized by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises for the development of MSMEs. Through literature and online research about company programs, researchers can compare them with government policy programs to analyze the accuracy of expert programs. The research results show that the joint Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) program can fulfill the policies of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs stipulated in the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan.

Abstract

Marketing and innovation strategies are the key to success inining a business, success determined by victory in the face of competition using established strategies to innovate with their business. Innovation in UMKM can be seen through three dimensions: process innovation, product innovation, and management system innovation. In this case product innovation becomes the most important part to improve UMKM performance. In its implementation, paying attention to the ideal time and how to innovate is an important thing when the entrepreneur will implement the necessary marketing strategy. Marketing startups and product innovations are the key to success inining a business, success is determined by victory in the face of competition using established strategies to innovate with the business. In the implementation of marketing strategies as well as product innovation should pay attention to the ideal time and how things innovate is important when the entrepreneur will implement the necessary marketing strategy.
