Abstract

Foreign debt has an important and inseparable role in the history of Indonesia's national development. The government has changed seven times, foreign debt is always present to fill the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to help move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, budget, inflation and differences in government regimes on the Indonesian economy (GDP and Income per Capita) in Indonesia for the 1976-2021 period. The study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, APBN, national income (GDP), population, inflation rate, and government regime in the period 1976 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables (using the Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt and APBN have a correlation with the condition of the national economy, especially the value of GDP. Debt and the state budget tend to increase the value of GDP. In terms of debt management as a driver of economic growth, the Suharto Era (New Order) tended to be better than the eras that followed. However, relatively speaking, the Habibe and SBY eras tended to be better than the Megawati era, the Abdurahman Wahid era, and the Jokowi era. In fact, Jokowi's era is no better than previous eras. Abstract

Performance measurement is a process of assessing the progress of work against the goals and objectives predetermined, performance measurement used to assess the achievements manajaer and units of the organization he leads. the concept of managing public sector organizations based on three main elements, namely: economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. This study will analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely the Participation Effect budget and organizational commitment to managerial performance in Islamic hospital Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Results showed partial (according t test) effect on theorganizational commitmen with budgetary participation as moderating variable of managerial performance. Then according to the results of t test, the partial effect on the organization's commitment managerial performance in performing their tasks and responsibilities. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities as a manager, it takes a strong commitment to the organization. Test results F illustrates that the simultaneous participation of the budget and organizational commitment jointly influence on managerial performance. R Square Test results showed R2 values ​​shown in the table amounted to 0.690 means that the variable budgetary participation and organizational commitment, able to explain 69.0% of these variations on managerial performance variable (Y). Abstract

UU no. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management as a complement to the previous law, namely Law no. 38 of 1999. This law provides institutional strengthening in integrated zakat management into a unified integrated system. In turn, the National Amil Zakat Agency becomes the only institution holding zakat authority, and the Amil Zakat Institution as a partner in assisting the National Amil Zakat Agency, as well as government oversight as a regulator. The research aims to answer the problem of how the distribution of zakat according to zakat law no. 23 of 2011 in Kab. Langkat. How is the zakat distribution system by BAZNAS Langkat Regency in Karang Rejo Village. What are the factors that cause delays in the BAZNAS distribution system in Langkat Regency. How is the strategy carried out by BAZNAS Langkat Regency to increase the collection and effectiveness in distributing zakat in Karang Rejo Village, Langkat Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a legal sociology approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, secondary data as initial data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials, then followed by primary data or field data obtained from documents and interviews with several Amil Agency officials Langkat District National Zakat. The results of the study show that the National Amil Zakat Agency in Langkat Regency has not run optimally in the distribution of zakat due to several obstacles, one of which is the lack of synergy with the local government in terms of regulations that have an impact on non-optimal distribution. Abstract

To turn innovative ideas into viable businesses, an entrepreneur collects and brings together all the essential resources, such as money, people, business model, strategy and willingness to take risks. The marketing mix consists of four elements: product, price, location and promotion. Promotion as part of the marketing mix has a number of obstacles in terms of the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing message to be conveyed. As a result, the concept of integrated marketing communication emerged, which integrates several marketing communication strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of integrated marketing messages. An entrepreneur's ability to sell his brand will be aided by the knowledge, understanding and application of integrated marketing communications. The purpose of this study is to conduct a theoretical investigation of the relationship between entrepreneurship and integrated marketing communication as a marketing promotion approach. If done right, integrated marketing communications can help entrepreneurs introduce, form a positive impression, and retain clients for their companies.

Abstract

Penciptaan wirausaha (entrepreneur) menjadi alternatif solusi atas berbagai masalah di masyarakat seperti kemiskinan dan kesenjangan sosial, meningkatnya pengangguran usia produktif dan menipisnya cadangan pasokan energi, yang semuanya menuntut adanya tindakan kreatif dan inovatif. Kewirausahaan adalah orang-orang yang mampu mengubah sebuah kesempatan menjadi sebuah usaha yang menghasilkan, yang diolah melalui kreatifitas, inovasi dan keunikan dalam membuat suatu produk dan berani mengambil segala kemungkinan resiko yang menyertainya serta tidak menjadikannya mudah putus asa jika mengalami kegagalan dalam membangun usaha tersebut. Dalam hal ini, penulis mengkaji bahwa kewirausahaan turut berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan negara, kewirausahaan berbasis digital memanfaatkan teknologi yang semakin canggih, kewirausahaan berbasis digital sebagai solusi dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Banyaknya pengangguran di Indonesia, kewirausahaan adalah sesuatu yang harus ditanamkan oleh para pemuda dan masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

The reason for this study was to decide the effect of Coronavirus on stock exchange volume and stock costs. The object of this exploration is a gathering of transportation organizations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The populace in this study is 42 transportation organizations. What's more, the example utilized is upwards of 20 organizations. This study utilizes optional information. Abstract

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the utilization of zakat carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Waspada (DDW) in collaboration with UPZ Bank SUMUT throught the achievement scholarship program has been running optimally or not. This study use a descriptive approach with the type of research is qualitative, so the data analysis use is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the achievement scholarship program run by DDW in collaboration with UPZ Bank SUMUT has been running optimally. It is evident from the amount of funds obtained since 2017-2020 which has increased, as well as all the efforts they have made to make this program better and more effective. Then this achievement scholarship program has also resulted in significant changes to the lives of the scholarship beneficiaries, starting from the assistance in education costs, increasing skills and knowledge about entrepreneurship. However, there is still a need for further improvements in the implementation of this program so that this program continues to improve and be more optimal.

Abstract

This research is about strategies and optimizing the management of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah at the Ar Rahman Orphanage in Medan City. This study started from the author's observations of social care embodied by zakat, infaq, and sadaqah as a form of a Muslim's faith to help ease the burden of Muslims, thus making the Muslims prosperous. The purpose of this research is to find out the constraints and efforts as well as strategies in optimizing ZIS funds. The method used in this study uses a descriptive method, namely by collecting interview data, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the Ar-Rahman Orphanage in Medan City in the strategy of increasing fundraising has 3 strategies, namely the first program strategy which consists of 7 main programs, namely humanitarian programs, orphans and poor self-reliance programs, da'wah programs, educational programs, economic programs, utilization programs, and health programs. In addition to these programs in the Infaq Sadaqah program there is one program called Ifsoh bound. The obstacles faced in implementing the marketing strategy of the Ar-Rahman Orphans House in Medan City, are the lack of knowledge about zakat in the community, then many people do not understand zakat, infaq, alms through the Orphans and Dhuafa Institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the promotion mix on the marketing of goods and services as well as the forms of construction services that exist at PT. Khafi Multi Mighty. The type of method in this research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach that is directed to be explained in greater detail about the actual situation that occurs in the field. This study also conducted direct interviews addressed to the Director of the company PT. Khafi Multi Mighty. This study shows the results that the promotion mix has not been implemented by employees so that it does not have a significant effect on service marketing, this is evidenced by their marketing method which only uses three components contained in the promotion mix. So that the services offered have not yet reached the desired point of satisfaction because the marketing system that is being implemented is not perfect.
