Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior on sales employees of PT Surya Agung Indah Megah Branch Surabaya (2) the effect of partial job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior on sales employees of PT Surya Agung Indah Magnificent Branch of Surabaya (3) the influence of work motivation partially on organizational citizenship behavior on sales employees of PT Surya Agung Indah Megah Surabaya Branch. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses saturated samples by taking all 38 sales division employees as many as 38 respondents from PT Surya Agung Indah Megah Surabaya Branch. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25 for windows. Based on the results of this study, Fcount, namely H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be concluded that the variable job satisfaction (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior (Y) of the Surabaya branch of Surya Agung Indah Megah. The results of the Job Satisfaction calculation, H0 accepted and H1 rejected, this means that job satisfaction (X1) partially has a non-significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (Y). The results of the Work Motivation count, namely H0 rejected and H1 accepted, this means that work motivation (X2) partially has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior (Y) employees of PT Surya Agung Indah Megah Surabaya Branch. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of E-Service Quality, BrandImage and Harga on Minat Beli Konsumen in Blibli.com Online Shop. In thiscase the researcher took a sample in the UPN "Veteran of East Java. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach.Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires torespondents. The population in this study is the Blibli.com UPN "Veteran"Consumer in East Java. The sample uses a purposive sampling method. thesampling technique with the characteristics of consumers who have madepurchases at Blibli.com Online Shop 2-3 times. Data analysis techniques in thisstudy used descriptive analysis techniques per variable and multiple linearregression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis using the t test, it is concluded that the E-Service Quality variable partially influences the variable of Minat BeliKonsumen then concluded the Price variable partially effect on Minat BeliKonsumen, Based on the results of the analysis using the F Test, the E-Service Quality,Brand Image and Harga variables were jointly and simultaneously influentialand significantly affected the Blibli.com Online Shop Minat Beli Konsumen inthe research case in the UPN "Veteran East Java consumer environment. Abstract

Indonesia is the country with the largest muslim population in the world, so information related to sharia stock indexes has a fairly important role to understand capital market dynamics and investment decisions. This research aims to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, World Oil Prices, BI 7-Day reverse Repo Rate and Inflation on the Jakarta Islamic Index stock index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a type of skunder data in the form of historical records of reports per end of the month of the index obtained from the official financial website, namely Bank Indonesia, Investing and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a time-series data of 60 months, starting from September 2016 to August 2021 with a sample determination technique using the saturated sample method. Data is tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypotheses are tested using the F test and the t test. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously variable Dow Jones Industral Average (DJIA), World Oil Price, BI 7-Day reverse Repo Rate and Inflation had a significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) Stock Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Partially DJIA and BI 7-Day reverse Repo Rate negative but not significant, while World Oil Price and Inflation have a significant positive effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang rasio keuangan dan harga saham berdasrkan perusahaan BUMN (Badan Usahan Milik Negara) yang terdaftar di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada periode tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2019. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan apakah Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sampel perusahaan ada sebanyak 17 dari 20 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2018. Sampel ditentukan mengunakan metode purposive sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis hipotesis.Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS statistik 20. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Ratio On Asset (ROA), Ratio On Equity (ROE), secara pasial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Earning Per Share (EPS) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh terhadap  harga saham.

Abstract

The application of personal branding has become a central element in new management practices throughout the University. Personal branding plays a role in shaping the differentiation produced by a university. Personal branding is considered important for the sustainability of an organization in introducing brands in the community. Some organizations continue to improve and introduce personal branding, including universities in Indonesia. One of the higher education that has strong personal branding is the East Java National Development University 'UPN' East Java. UPN "Veteran" East Java as a Campus “Bela Negara” that emphasizes the values of defending the country as a good citizen to be applied in universities. Various theories and literature approach, applying positive personal branding can be influenced by institution image, institution reputation, and social media. The purpose of the study was to see how much institution image, institution reputation and social media influence the personal branding owned by UPN "Veteran" East Java. The sample in this study were students who chose to study in the Study Program of FISIP Business Administration UPN "Veteran" East Java as many as 200 respondents, with a sampling technique method that is purposive sampling. Data analysis uses a model structure (PLS-SEM) with smart pls that are used to test the relationship and influence between research variables. The results of this research show that institution image is positively and significantly related to institution reputation but insignificant on personal branding. On the other hand, the institution reputation is positively and significantly related to personal branding and social media owned by universities can influence personal branding.

Abstract

Many people stated that the library is the heart of university. This study is conducted it the Library of UPN “Veteran” of East Java. Library of UPN "Veteran" of East Java provides services to the users based on the dimensions determined in servqual. Nevertheless, the application of indirect servqual dimension assurances the satisfaction in using library services, for it is crucial to figure out the application of servqual at the library of UPN "Veteran" of East Java so that the service provided by the staff can satisfy the library user.The purposes of this study are 1) to determine the effect of service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and direct evidence) to the students’ satisfaction in using the library of UPN "Veteran" of East Java, 2) Service quality dimension that mostly affect students satisfaction of UPN "Veterans" of East Java. The method used in this study is a survey method using questionnaires as a tool of data collection, with the unit of analysis is a student of the library in UPN "Veteran" of East Java. The sampling technique in this research is Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression to find out the dimension of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and direct evidence which simultaneously or partially influence to the students’ satisfaction in using the library of UPN "Veteran" of East Java. The interim results of this study showed that the quality of service (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and direct evidence) simultaneously have a significant effect on the students’ satisfaction on the library services of UPN "Veteran" of East Java. Secondly, the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, empathy and direct evidence have a significant effect on student satisfaction while the assurance dimension has no significant effect.

Abstract

This study intends to find out whether there is an influence on service quality and brand image through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on customer loyalty to gojek customers in the city of Surabaya. The type of research is quantitative, and the data collection technique is questionnaire method. The population in this study that became the target population was the people of Surabaya who had used the gojek service application. the number of samples used in this was 96 respondents and for representative results, the researchers took 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the Quality of Service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of service has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The quality of service has a significant effect on loyalty. brand image has a significant effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze brand image, promotion, and price simultaneously with the reasons for using the GrabFood application in Surabaya, to analyze brand image and promotion separately with the reasons for using the GrabFood application in Surabaya, to analyze prices and prices separately for reasons of use. applications, and to analyze brand image and promotion simultaneously by using the application. The type of analysis used is quantitative analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 package for Windows. Each GrabFood application user in Surabaya is the sample population in this survey, and there are around 150 respondents. The type of data used is the source of the respondents. The data collection method used a Google Form questionnaire. The result of this study indicate that Brand Image, Promotion, and Price are positively and significantly correlated with the desire of Surabaya residents to use the GrabFood application.

Abstract

Influencers who have many fans, so that it becomes the spotlight of generation Z to be an inspiration for the fashion style that is being used. This study aims to determine the influence of the fashion style used by influencers on the appearance style of generation Z. Generation Z is a generation that has very unique and different characters from previous generations. Meanwhile, an influencer is someone who has a lot of followers so that it gives potential for their fans to follow, starting from fashion style and lifestyle, and most of those who become fans of an influencer are generation Z. This research uses descriptive qualitative which shows the results that in expressing themselves, generation Z one of them is the fashion she wears. The development of fashion is very fast at the age of generation Z. They are more concerned with their physical appearance than everything "appearance is key", things that can beautify and beautify the appearance they will wear.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and propose a suitable business development for Julius's cosmetic business at Pasar Parluasan, Kota Pematang Siantar. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that examines the state of the object being perceived (the natural environment), where the researcher is the key instrument. The data collection technique was carried out by triangulation (combined) from various sources, according to research results, the internal strengths of Julius's cosmetics business and the utilization of existing opportunities, even though the business has weaknesses and threats. Seeing Julius Cosmetics' position in quadrant 1 (one), this company has the skills and strengths to take advantage of all opportunities.
