Abstract

The Entrepreneurship course aims to make students learn to understand entrepreneurship, learn to have an entrepreneurial spirit, and learn to be an entrepreneur. This type of research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Entrepreneurship courses in order to increase student interest in entrepreneurship by using multiple regression tests to compare the interests of students who take entrepreneurship courses with those who do not take entrepreneurship courses. In semesters 2, 4, and 6, 30 random samples were obtained for each group of students. The results obtained indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurship courses affects student interest in entrepreneurship. For 2nd semester students they do not take entrepreneurial decisions, but they do take them in high school. On the other hand, 4th semester students are interested in jobs that can guarantee a steady income (job). The results of this study can explain the need for students to accompany the offering of entrepreneurship courses in more practical applications in order to gain a clearer understanding of entrepreneurship. Abstract

Financial management in Islamic insurance companies uses a split fund system. It is also supported by PMK Number 18/PMK.010/2020, which emphasizes that operators or sharia insurance companies must separate wealth by tabarru' fund obligations from the obligations and assets of company funds. The separation of funds has been carried out since participants pay contributions (premiums) at the beginning of the transaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the proportion of tabarru' funds in Sharia Life Insurance companies. This research is a quantitative research, and the source of the data obtained is secondary data. The population is 21 Sharia Life Insurance companies registered with OJK. The sample of this study uses a purposive sampling technique by producing 16 sharia life insurance companies registered with the OJK, using annual financial statements according to the variables used during the period (2017-2019). Data analysis uses panel data regression analysis with fixed effects model which is processed using eviews 9. The findings from this research show that claims, sharia reinsurance, and operating expenses have a significant effect, while the growth of tabarru' funds and investment returns of tabarru' funds have no significant effect. With the coefficient of determination (R square) 0.775396 which means claims, sharia reinsurance, operating expenses, growth of tabarru' funds and investment returns of tabarru' funds can explain 77% of the proportion of tabarru' funds and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study.. Abstract

Insurance is a series of processes related to the supply of services needed by the community in quality. The magnitude of the influence of insurance on the sustainability of a company also makes the insurance process a good risk control. Without good handling, the impact on performance will be very large. This study uses qualitative research. Qualitative research is research that emphasizes the aspect of in-depth understanding of a problem rather than looking at the problem for generalization research. Abstract

Analysis of profitability developments is one of the indicators carried out by banks to see or detect the magnitude of changes in the results of transactions carried out. Among them, measuring the level of profitability by measuring return on assets (ROA). The reason for using Return on Assets (ROA) to measure bank profitability is because Bank Indonesia, as a banking supervisor, prioritizes the profitability of a bank as measured by assets. Most of its funds come from public deposits. The higher the bank's profit, the better the bank's position on the use of assets. Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods which aim to analyze the impact of trade on financial expenditure patterns in the digital economy era. Does e-commerce have an influence or not on financial spending patterns in the digital economy era? This data analysis technique involves distributing questionnaires via Google Form on social media, namely WhatsApp, which is used to collect data. The research results show that e-commerce has a better influence on financial spending patterns.

Abstract

Work productivity is a measure of the efficiency and effectiveness of an individual in an organization to produce certain output or results using a certain amount of effort in a certain time period. Productivity can be affected by the work environment and work fatigue. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job burnout on employee work productivity at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Medan. This research uses quantitative methods involving 72 employees as research samples. Primary data was used by distributing questionnaires directly while secondary data was obtained through literature study. The results of the research conducted show that work environment variables and job burnout have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously (together) on employee work productivity at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Medan. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a close relationship between the work environment and job burnout on work productivity with an R value of 0.801.

Abstract

In this study, it will focus on product development where the products that are currently produced, one of which is mustard greens, so because this mustard greens product is in the maturity phase or the peak of the increase, which will automatically if this product continues to be produced, it will decrease.research and development is the method used to conduct this research. In the processing of RND data, various processes in the RND method have been calculated according to the data generated from the questionnaire. For the results that have been determined using the RND method, the value generated from the method is that consumers prefer vegetables that are a new variant of PT LMN. After the sampling, market research conditions related to vegetables that are used as the basis for the questionnaire People want vegetables that have affordable prices with the development of vegetables that have a variety at PT LMN. The steps of HOQ to determine new products at PT LMN are to find the values generated from the questionnaire data that has been distributed and processed using the formulas in the HOQ process. After calculating the HOQ, a new product was produced that would be a variation of PT LMN's product, namely kailan vegetables.

Abstract

This study focuses on the perception of halal cosmetics use for Muslim generation z. This study uses a descriptive analysis research method with a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who meet the criteria, namely individuals who use halal cosmetics in the last 3 months and individuals who are included in generation Z. The questionnaire was distributed via Google Forms. The sample used in data processing was 180 respondents who were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis unit with the AMOS program and also tested the goodness of fit model to test its feasibility. The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is a positive influence between attitude and purchase intention, there is a positive influence between perceived behavioral control and purchase intention, and there is a positive influence between religiosity and purchase intention. However, other results revealed that there was no positive influence between subjective norms and purchase intention.

Abstract

Gorontalo Islamic Hospital is a type D general hospital located at Jalan KH. Agus Salim (HB Jassin) No. 457, Liluwo, Kota Tengah, Gorontalo. Established on November 7, 2013, the hospital operates under the auspices of a social organization in Gorontalo. This study aims to determine the environmental costs at Gorontalo Islamic Hospital and to determine whether waste management is in accordance with procedures and safe for the environment. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Based on the research conducted, it is concluded that the Gorontalo Islamic Hospital can manage the waste generated from the hospital properly and correctly, help reduce the negative impact of the waste, and help reduce the impact on the surrounding environment, this research also helps to calculate the expenditure of the environmental cost budget at the Gorontalo Islamic Hospital, and helps that researchers can make this research a reference.

Abstract

Sticky costs refer to the phenomenon where business expenses do not decrease proportionally with a decline in sales volume but tend to rise more quickly as sales volume increases. This research aims to analyze the behavior of sticky costs on operating expenses in the cake sales activities of the Li Maya SME in Gorontalo. The research methodology involves analyzing the financial data of the Li Maya SME, conducting interviews, and direct observation of operational activities. The results show that some cost components, such as permanent employee salaries, exhibit sticky characteristics, meaning they do not decrease significantly when sales decline. Conversely, these costs increase as sales activity rises.
