Abstract

The important process known as business planning and development allows an organization to establish the strategies, goals, and tactics necessary to grow and succeed in the long term. Businesses are faced with many complex challenges in the current era of globalization, ranging from intense competition to rapid market changes. Therefore, careful business planning is essential to anticipate changes and take advantage of emerging opportunities. In this abstract, business planning and development is very important in today's dynamic business environment. Internal and external environmental analysis, goal setting, strategy development, resource allocation, and implementation are the main steps in the business planning process, which will be discussed thoroughly. In addition, this abstract will show how leadership, innovation, and information technology help business planning and development well. Organizations can optimize performance, increase competitiveness, and better face challenges by emphasizing holistic and sustainable business planning and development. Understanding market, consumer and industry trends is important amidst global uncertainty. Therefore, this abstract emphasizes how important it is to monitor the business environment and be flexible when changing business planning strategies to adapt to changes.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) requires a joint role in the environment from both regulators and other companies. The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) together with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs signed a memorandum of understanding to form a task force to monitor partnerships established between SMEs and large industries. This article explores the programs organized by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises for the development of MSMEs. Through literature and online research about company programs, researchers can compare them with government policy programs to analyze the accuracy of expert programs. The research results show that the joint Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) program can fulfill the policies of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs stipulated in the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan.

Abstract

Marketing and innovation strategies are the key to success inining a business, success determined by victory in the face of competition using established strategies to innovate with their business. Innovation in UMKM can be seen through three dimensions: process innovation, product innovation, and management system innovation. In this case product innovation becomes the most important part to improve UMKM performance. In its implementation, paying attention to the ideal time and how to innovate is an important thing when the entrepreneur will implement the necessary marketing strategy. Marketing startups and product innovations are the key to success inining a business, success is determined by victory in the face of competition using established strategies to innovate with the business. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, KPS Medan, which aims to help fund children's education. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Mitra Iqra Plus' educational insurance marketing strategy in the study of sharia insurance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan, the application of sharia principles in the implementation of marketing life insurance products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan, and challenges in implementing sharia. marketing conducted by PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to reduce the data, present the data, then draw conclusions. The results show that PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan implements according to sharia marketing principles starting from Wisdom (Strategy), Needs (Needs), Halal (Tayyibat), Welfare (Falah), Mutual Consent. The inhibiting factors in implementing the Mitra Iqra Plus educational insurance marketing strategy are the lack of public knowledge about sharia insurance, lack of public trust in sharia insurance, lack of agents and customers who are difficult to collect for premium payments. The challenge is the lack of technology development, the weak market share of PT. AJS Bumiputera due to lack of support from the government and the community. Abstract

This study aims to describe the changes that occurred in PT Pos Indonesia in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Along with the development of the era in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, an era where technology takes on the role of almost all activities of human life. This study used descriptive qualitative method. For this reason, PT Pos Indonesia launched a new service to consumers, namely the Pospay service. The data collection technique is through literature study. The results of the research are the strategies/efforts used to face obstacles as well as rejection and follow the developments of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 by innovating digital transformation which with one application can be used for convenience in various activities. Abstract

When it comes to establishing relationships with others in the business world, ethics plays an important role. Business ethics plays an important role in determining the success or failure of a company. Practicing good corporate ethics can also improve communication and foster mutual trust between colleagues. In running a company, you have to focus on two things. The first is aware of and considers the needs and emotions of others. The second reason is to avoid avoiding other people, because corporate ethics vary widely between cultures and countries. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how Business Ethics in Business Companies in the Globalization Era. The author of this article uses observation techniques as a research strategy, as well as library research methods. Based on the discussion in this article, the level of trust that each member of the business community has with each other is influenced by business ethics. There are a variety of stakeholders impacting each other, including businesses, suppliers and end users. Abstract

Every organization that is profit-oriented or non-profit, regardless of the size and nature of its business, requires a number of working capital. Working capital is the most important factor for maintaining liquidity, survival, solvency and profitability of the business. Working capital management is one of the most important areas when making comparisons between a company's liquidity and profitability, which involves a decision on the number of current assets and asset financing. The efficiency of working capital management is very important especially for manufacturing companies, where most of its assets consist of current assets. This directly affects the profitability and liquidity of the company. The trade off between liquidity and profitability is important because if working capital management is not given, companies tend to fail and face bankruptcy. The importance of efficient working capital management is undoubted. Because working capital provides strength for each economic and management unit which is considered to be one of the most important functions of corporate management. Therefore, given the importance of working capital management management this research was focused on evaluating the effect of working capital on profitability, in the LQ45 index manufacturing company for the 2003-2007 period. Abstract

Performance measurement is a process of assessing the progress of work against the goals and objectives predetermined, performance measurement used to assess the achievements manajaer and units of the organization he leads. the concept of managing public sector organizations based on three main elements, namely: economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. This study will analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely the Participation Effect budget and organizational commitment to managerial performance in Islamic hospital Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Results showed partial (according t test) effect on theorganizational commitmen with budgetary participation as moderating variable of managerial performance. Then according to the results of t test, the partial effect on the organization's commitment managerial performance in performing their tasks and responsibilities. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities as a manager, it takes a strong commitment to the organization. Test results F illustrates that the simultaneous participation of the budget and organizational commitment jointly influence on managerial performance. R Square Test results showed R2 values ​​shown in the table amounted to 0.690 means that the variable budgetary participation and organizational commitment, able to explain 69.0% of these variations on managerial performance variable (Y). Abstract

This study examines the records the executives framework for inside and clearing units at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KC S. Parman. The motivation behind this paper is (1) to portray how the inside and clearing unit document the board framework at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc S.
