Abstract

Christian Transformation showed by their character. Most of young people character transformation influenced by others too as such as  families, education, friends, and media. Mate discipleship made by Beth-El Tabernakel Kristus Alfa Omega Gajahmada Semarang Church tried to help young people transfom their character to be Christlikeness. This research used quantitative reseacrh with a type of correlation descriptive research with the subject were young people which numbered 28 people as population. The colleting data throught questionnaires with result showed application of Mate discipleship modul was at very influence category, character transfomation which was at influence category, and Mate discipleship influence to character transfomation in young people Beth-El Tabernakel Kristus Alfa Omega Gajahmada Semarang Church was at average category.

Abstract

Gereja merupakan suatu komunitas yang terikat janji, dengan visi di dalamnya dan setiap pribadi dalam komunitas tersebut mempunyai komitmen pada visi tersebut di dalamnya terdapat: fellowship, leadership, dan discipline atau discipleship. Metode yang dipakai adalah mixed methods penggabungan antara dua metode kuantitatif dan kualiatatif. Model yang dipakai dalam mixed methods sendiri adalah sequential explanatory yang berarti pengumpulan data dan analisis data kuantitatif dahulu yang kemudian pengumpulan data dan analisis data kualitatif. bahwa studi diskriptif efektifitas Komunitas Sel dalam meningkatkan Kedewasaan Rohani Anak Muda di Gereja Bethel Maranatha Pekalongan adalah sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kedewasaan rohani dan untuk Kedewasaan Rohani Anak Muda dalam kehidupan sehari-hari cukup efektif.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah kemampuan seseorang pemimpin dalam bekerja dengan dan/atau melalui orang lain untuk mentransformasikan secara optimal sumber daya organisasi dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang bermakna sesuai dengan target capaian yang telah ditetapkan, suatu keadaan dimana para pengikut dari seorang pemimpin transformasional merasa adanya kepercayaan, kekaguman, kesetiaan, dan hormat terhadap pemimpin tersebut dan mereka termotivasi untuk melakukan lebih dari pada yang awalnya diharapkan mereka, pemimpin yang berfokus pada pencapaian perubahan nilai-nilai kepercayaan, sikap, perilaku, emosional, dan kebutuhan bawahan menuju perubahan yang lebih baik di masa depan, pemimpin transformasional adalah pemimpin yang menginspirasi para pengikutnya untuk menyampingkan kepentingan pribadi mereka demi kebaikan organisasi dan mampu memiliki pengaruh yang luar biasa pada diri para pengikutnya, adalah proses memotivasi, memobilisasi, memperlengkapi, dan mengarahkan orang untuk mengejar visi dari Tuhan yang diyakini bersama oleh suatu kelompok dengan penuh gairah dan terencana, memberdayakan para pengikutnya untuk berkinerja secara efektif dengan membangun komitmen terhadap nilai-nilai baru, mengembangkan keterampilan dan kepercayaan, menciptakan iklim yang kondusif bagi berkembangnya inovasi dan kreativitas.Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif , di mana pengumpulan data akan di lakukan dengan kuesioner atau angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert, dengan rentang skor 1 sampai 5. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sampel.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional di Komsel Fellas Youth Gereja Beth-El Tabernakel Kristus Alfa Omega Gajah Mada Semarang adalah sangat baik yang berada pada prosentase 86,6% atau berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi atau maksimal.

Abstract

Everyone has the ability to endure in him to stay in the face of pressure. When someone does not develop these abilities in him, then when facing difficulties the person will feel afraid, feel unable to solve the problem.  But when a person has the ability to survive when faced with pressure on him, it can be said that the person has a good adversity quotient in him.  Therefore, this research was conducted to measure the extent of the level of adversity quotient that students have at the Theological College of Christ Alfa Omega Semarang. This research is a study with one variable, with the number of respondents 91 students, that is 40 number of male students and 51 number of female students who actively study from odd semester 2018 to even semester 2019. This study uses samples. The researcher validated for 91 questionnaires using SPSS 17.0 and found that there were still invalid statement items from 64 items to 54 items.  Then the researchers managed all the collected data as many as 91 respondents with 54 items validated. After the authors conducted research in the field, the results obtained stated that the level of adversity quotient among students of the College of Christ theology in Alfa Omega Semarang was based on the calculation of the sample obtained 81.13%.

Abstract

Teacher is responsible for ensuring that students understand and comprehend every material that has been delivered, so that the goal of a teaching is achieved, namely to make what is taught to learn and change which includes three aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. So the demands of teachers who are implemented in the church today is the formation of creative teaching patterns and in accordance with the principles of Bible truth, one of which is the Oikodomeo teaching pattern based on Paul's letters for the ongoing learning process that answers the needs of the church. Oikodomeo's Teaching Pattern is a permanent structure in the teaching process that is broken down into sections with the aim of changing behavior by building, shaping and strengthening that is not bound by space or place and time. Based on this background, the researcher has the goal of wanting to know the level of implementation of the Oikodomeo teaching pattern at Bethel Indonesia Church in Gunung Sari Salatiga in 2019. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, where data collection will be done by questionnaire or questionnaire. This study uses a Likert scale, with a range of scores from 1 to 5. This study is a population study, so do not use samples. The results of this study is the level of implementation of the Oikodomeo teaching pattern at Bethel Indonesia Church in Gunung Sari Salatiga in 2019 by 88% of the maximum value with a very maximum implementation value.

Abstract

Manajemen waktu merupakan ilmu mengelola waktu agar berjalan secara efektif, efisien, dan produktif sehingga dapat mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Kedisiplinan  adalah suatu kondisi yang tercipta dan terbentuk melalui proses dari serangkaian perilaku yang menunjukkan nilai-nilai tanggung jawab, ketaatan, kepatuhan, keteraturan, ketertiban, serta sikap dan perilaku yang baik.Sehubungan dengan masalah manajemen waktu mahasiswa, peneliti mengobservasi secara keseluruhan mahasiswa ternyata masih terdapat mahasiswa yang kurang memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik dan sehubungan  mengenai masalah kedisplinan di atas peneliti mengobservasi masih terdapat mahasiswa yang belum memiliki kedisiplinan di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu :Untuk mengetahui tingkat manajemen waktu  mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.Untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.Untuk mengetahui besarnya Pengaruh Manajemen Waktu Terhadap Kedisiplinan Mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional, di mana pengumpulan data akan di lakukan dengan kuesioner atau angket. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala Likert, dengan rentang skor 1 sampai 5. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sampel.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang tahun ajaran 2018/2019 memiliki manajemen waktu sebesar  65,06-70,77 atau berada dalam kategori sedang.Tingkat kedisiplinan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Tahun ajaran 2018/2019  memiliki nilai sebesar 75,73-81,45 atau berada dalam kategori tinggi dan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara manajemen waktu terhadap kedisiplinan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang tahun ajaran 2018/2019 adalah sebesar 0,635atau 6,35%

Abstract

The church is currently experiencing quality growth. This can be seen from the congregation who is enthusiastic in attending every worship in the church, the congregation presents on time and the congregation consistently comes despite bad weather conditions. Quality growth in this church is also proved by the presence of eight new members who are baptized. This shows that the congregation and the church both want to experience growth together in quality where the church becomes a means for the congregation to be able to grow themselves in a quality manner.

Abstract

The author found that the students in Kristus Alfa Omega Theological Seminary are not able to use the internet in supporting the learning process. Therefore, the focus of this research is the extent to which students use the internet as a source of learning. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the level of internet is in the range of Lower and Upper Bound values, 80.35-81-26, and is located in the medium category in the table in class intervals. It means the students are still lacking ability to use the internet as a source of learning.

Abstract

Understanding the prayer is very important for every Christian, because prayer is a conversation, listening, telling all thoughts, feelings, doubts, problems, complaints, hopes, and joy with God. GBT Kristus Penebus Boyolali is one of the Pentecost-Charismatic churches that applies the discipline of prayer for their congregants. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to explain the congregation's understanding of the prayers taught and how they apply them to their prayer life. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten respondents of the GBT Kristus Penebus Boyolali congregation who produced a good understanding of prayer but were still inconsistent in its application.

Abstract

Educators need to approach students to help them achieve their learning goals well. Based on observations, it is suspected that the pattern of approach taken by students is not optimal, so it becomes an obstacle to achieving the vision and mission of the Alfa Omega Semarang Theological Seminary. The researcher takes an objective measurement of the application of the approach pattern. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, which tests descriptive hypotheses. The result is that the Level of Implementation of the Approach Pattern in Teaching at the Alfa Omega Semarang Seminary Theology is in the medium category.
