Abstract

This research aims to find out how employees respond regarding the influence of reward and punishment at the Miss Cimory Center Purbaratu Tasikmalaya marketing department. The research method used was a survey method, data was obtained directly through questionnaires to 30 respondents taken from marketing department employees. Sampling used a census and the analysis method used in this research was path analysis. Based on the research results, the results show that rewards are classified as very good, punishment is included in the very good classification, and the performance of marketing employees is classified as good. Based on this research, there is a significant influence between reward and punishment on the performance of marketing employees.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian yang dilakukan di CV.Surya Perkasa Block bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV.Surya Perkasa Block. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan CV.Surya Perkasa Block. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan CV.Surya Perkasa Block, jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 70 orang. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis statistik, dan uji hipotesis dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS Versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja dan Beban Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil uji T menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Beban Kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT Research conducted at CV.Surya Perkasa Block aims to determine the influence of Job Satisfaction and Workload on Employee Performance at CV.Surya Perkasa Block. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of CV.Surya Perkasa Block. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all employees of CV.Surya Perkasa Block, the number of samples used was 70 people. The data obtained in this research uses primary data and secondary data. The data obtained was then processed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, statistical analysis tests, and hypothesis tests using SPSS Version 25 application tools. Based on the results of the F test, it showed that Job Satisfaction and Workload simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the T test show that Job Satisfaction partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Workload partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Human resources are valuable assets for an organization, so effective HR management is essential for organizations to stay ahead in a dynamic business environment. Quality, productive, and highly committed employees enable a company to adapt to change and achieve its goals. Job satisfaction must be a priority to retain the best talent. Job analysis and job design play a key role; analysis helps identify task needs and qualifications, while design motivates and improves employee performance. With optimal HR management, organizations can design development, increase productivity, and deal with change flexibly, supporting business growth and sustainability.

Abstract

MSMEs rely heavily on the economic growth of Pesawaran Regency as they play an important role in employment and innovation. However, MSMEs in this area face many problems, such as lack of capital, marketing issues, and lack of legal and management knowledge. As a result, the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and Manpower is crucial in providing assistance and training to MSME players to improve their capabilities in technology, marketing, and business management.The purpose of this descriptive quantitative research is to provide a comprehensive and accurate description of the characteristics of a particular population. Field research using a quantitative approach. In this study, 43 MSMEs established by the Pesawaran Regency Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives and Manpower have been included. There are 1,036 MSMEs in this sample, with a 15% margin of error. The independent variables (X1) and training (X2) and the dependent variable (Y) are the growth of MSMEs and micro enterprises.

Abstract

An organization is formed to achieve a common goal, but to achieve the goal effectively, good and correct management is needed. For this purpose, the necessary resources are designed, including natural resources, capital resources, human resources, technology and work mechanisms to achieve organizational goals.Apart from the function and role of human resources, achieving smooth work also relies heavily on effective management facilities and systems. Without facilities and infrastructure, it is impossible for an institution's goals to be achieved. Therefore, an institution needs office facilities and infrastructure that can facilitate employees in carrying out their duties and work so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run smoothly. The availability of sufficient office facilities of good quality is an important part that needs to be prepared optimally and continuously so as to ensure the smooth running of employee work activities.The aim of this research is to determine: 1. The influence of infrastructure on employee performance 2. The influence of work discipline on employee performance 3. The influence of infrastructure and work discipline together on the performance of employees of the Education and Culture Office of Lampung Province.This research uses a quantitative descriptive research method, namely a research method that uses data in the form of numbers to analyze the facts found which aims to determine the relationship between variables in a population. The analysis used is simple and multiple regression. This research used 25 respondents.Based on the results of data analysis, the hypothesis answer was found as follows; There is an influence of Infrastructure (X1) on employee performance (Y) at the Lampung Province Education and Culture Office, with an influence level (R-square) of 72.8%. There is an influence of Work Discipline on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Lampung Province with an influence level of 81.2%. There is an influence of Infrastructure and Work Discipline together on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Lampung Province, with an influence level of 85.6%.

Abstract

The implementation of government must be seen in the context of optimizing the implementation of its main functions towards the existence of the apparatus in the government organization, especially in improving performance in order to provide services to the community. A government is considered effective if it can achieve its goals optimally, is able to adapt to its environment and can improve work performance and human resource development. For this reason, all government institutions must improve their performance including the Regional Secretariat of Pringsewu Regency. Various efforts can be made to improve employee performance starting from education and training, compensation so that there are awards for work achievements achieved. However, employee performance is not only influenced by these factors, but theoretically is also influenced by organizational culture and the quality of human resources owned by the agency. The purpose of this study is to determine: 1. The effect of organizational culture on employee performance 2. The effect of HR quality on employee performance 3. The effect of organizational culture and HR quality together on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pringsewu Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method, namely a research method that uses data in the form of numbers in analyzing the facts found which aims to determine the relationship between variables in a population. The analysis used is simple and multiple regression. This study used 53 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, the answers to the hypothesis were found as follows; There is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y) at the Pringsewu Regency Regional Secretariat, with an influence level (R-square) of 83.9%. There is an influence of HR quality on employee performance at the Pringsewu Regency Regional Secretariat with an influence level of 86.9%. There is an influence of organizational culture and HR quality together on employee performance at the Pringsewu Regency Regional Secretariat, with an influence level of 94.3%.

Abstract

The success of an organization is determined by the performance of its employees. Civil servants are local government officials who assist in the completion of government tasks. The issue that persists to this day is that the resources of government apparatus, both in Ministries/Agencies and Local Governments, have not been fully managed optimally. Therefore, it is not surprising that the management of human resources has become an interesting issue and one of the focal points of the eight programs outlined in the bureaucratic reform roadmap. One of the several mandates that must be carried out within this bureaucratic reform program is the obligation for every government agency to conduct and develop individual employee performance assessments. The task feels very heavy compared to the tasks of addressing the other eight stages in human resource management, such as placement, development, and promotion/termination of employees. The issues at this research include the establishment or determination of appropriate performance indicators for each employee according to their position, performance targets for each employee related to organizational planning, and the means to capture employee performance achievements. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of human resources and work facilities on employee performance at the Testing and Implementation Center for Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Techniques and Methods. This research employs a sampling method with a total of 47 respondents. The analysis used is quantitative, and the data processing is conducted using the SPSS program. The results indicate that the quality of human resources has a positive impact on employee performance, with a contribution of 80.8%. Furthermore, work facilities also positively influence employee performance, contributing 76.5%. The regression test shows that there is a positive combined effect of both the quality of human resources and work facilities on employee performance. The influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 84.4%, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
