Abstract

The Baitul Maal PLN Depok Foundation is one of the national amil zakat institutions that currently, in its administrative management of YBM PLN, is still using the manual method, namely by receiving the submission file and determining the time so that it can discuss with the management of YBM PLN then a decision is made from the results of the discussion. This method takes a long time because an amil receiving the application file must wait for free time from the PLN YBM management. In building this system, the stages of data collection were carried out with literature studies and field studies. The system design and development phases used Unified Modeling Language diagramming and Extreme Programming development models. Based on the results of black box testing of application functionality, the percentage of success is 100%. For the UAT test, the results were 100% on the super admin side, 100% on the admin side, 100% on the mail side, and 100% on the employee side. Meanwhile, from the questionnaire given to 10 respondents regarding the feasibility of the application, the results were 75%. The conclusion is that the application to distribute Zakat funds is sufficient to facilitate YBM PLN's decisions on applications received.

Abstract

Ungu Peduli Campus Alumni (AKU Peduli) is a foundation that works in the social and humanitarian fields. AKU Peduli develops its activities through community fundraising and social fund management for business actors. AKU Peduli currently utilizes the most crucial online application, the website. This study aims to determine the process of needs analysis and design of a donation information system to produce system specifications and features required by users, as well as to assess the process of evaluating the results of a donation information system, starting from system installation and data entry to testing. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods, and the primary data source came from interviews. The research stages start from preliminary studies, needs analysis, system design, implementation, and drawing conclusions and suggestions. The result of this research is that the AKU Peduli website that has been repaired can become a more informative and functional website, making it easier for users to access it. Based on the results of tests that the owner of AKU Peduli has carried out, he considers that the website built has met the criteria for functional requirements. However, some have yet to be realized on this website. The reason is that the AKU Peduli organization has yet to collaborate with several fintech companies. Then the limitations of the website builder features on Odoo are also the reason for the need for more development of the AKU Peduli website.

Abstract

The room loan application service is one of the academic services the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College provides. The room loan application service at the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College is still done manually, where the Student Affairs Staff manages the physical room loan application service, and the Study Program staff works the virtual room loan application service. Problems include loan data not being archived properly, conflicting loan applications, and the process being quite long. This research aims to create a Google Sheet-based Google Form and Dashboard that facilitates the application process and management of room loans at the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College. The research method used in this study is the mixed method research method, which combines qualitative and quantitative research. The test results of the implementation of the use of Google Forms and Dashboards based on Google Sheets for Room Loans are 100% for students, 100% for students, and 100% for Study Program staff, which means that the existence of Google Forms and Dashboards based on Google Sheets for Room Loans makes it easier for students to apply for loans. Physical and virtual rooms, as well as facilitate data management of physical room loan applications for Student Staff and simplify data management of virtual room loan applications for Study Program staff.

Abstract

In PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI) has a division that handles the general part of the company. The division is called the HR and General Strategic Services division. This division handles several work units such as maintenance of company assets (Maintenance), drivers (Drivers), and shipping or expeditions. No system takes it at delivery, so it is still handled manually. The other two, maintenance and the driver, have used a web-based system to manage it. Although there is already a system that runs it, based on the results of interviews with related experts, it still needs to improve. In this study, we will design a web-based General Affairs application using the Codeigniter framework. In the development of the application, the extreme programming method was used with the use of UML diagrams for design documentation. The application that has been made will be tested using the black box method with 100% success results from the 31 tested scenarios and User Acceptance Testing to try whether the system is by the user's wishes or not, resulting in 100% success. The result of the research is a general web-based application developed using the Codeigniter framework. Results Based on the analysis of the web-based General Affair application questionnaire results, it can help the process of operational activities at PT. RNI with good interpretation.

Abstract

Determination of Outstanding Lecturers is part of the LPPM Research Award program initiated by LPPM STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri. The LPPM Research Award is an activity to give achievement to Lecturers at STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri who have conducted research and community service while serving as teaching staff at STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri. The LPPM Research Award is one of the work programs in the Annual Activity Implementation Plan and Budget (RPKAT), which the Integrated LPPM STT Nurul Fikri must carry out. The LPPM STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri is still having difficulties realizing the program because of obstacles in processing data and determining lecturers who get awards. This is due to many lecturers and their track record of research and community service. The purpose of this study was to find out what categories and standard criteria were used in the LPPM Research Award and to produce a list of lecturers who won the LPPM Research Award. The scope used in this research is to use the AHP and SAW methods, the data to be used from 2019-2020, and the final result in the form of a list of lecturers displayed via Google Spreadsheet.

Abstract

Career platforms like Klob are among the modern recruitment methods. In the Klob career platform context, users face challenges when filling out their profile data. The main challenge is manual filling, which slows the registration and job application process. The problem required development to integrate information extraction from user resumes as an efficient solution. The Java Spring Boot programming language built a resume information extraction backend development system. This integration also utilized Natural Language Processing (NLP) recognition algorithms using OpenNLP to improve understanding of the context of sentences on resumes. One of the OpenNLP methods used was Named Entity Recognition (NER) to identify and extract named entities. The Rule-Based Extraction approach was also specified to extract information from text based on rules. This research was based on the results of testing conducted through the User Acceptance Test (UAT), and it was found that the percentage score given had an excellent interpretation level of 91.1%. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of the proposed solution in overcoming manual filling obstacles, improving user experience, and speeding up registration.

Abstract

This research focuses on creating a user-friendly Javanese language learning website using the Design Thinking approach. The goal is to cater to the needs and preferences of young people comfortable with digital technology. The research follows a five-step process: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. During the empathize phase, questionnaires were used to understand the learning needs of potential users. The define phase identified critical challenges faced by learners. In the ideate phase, brainstorming sessions generated various possible solutions. A website prototype was then designed using Figma and tested with users in the test phase. The System Usability Scale (SUS) was used to evaluate the prototype, and it received an average score of 83, which is considered excellent. This suggests that the designed website prototype effectively addresses user needs and preferences and has the potential to significantly boost motivation for learning the Javanese language.

Abstract

The transportation process for automotive components at PT XYZ is still carried out manually, involving human labor, which has led PT XYZ to consider using Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation processes. Although the implementation of AGV technology at PT XYZ can provide benefits in terms of increased efficiency and productivity, there are limitations in the AGV system. The route change process must be done manually by reprogramming each AGV one by one, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and increases the risk of errors and inconsistencies. This study aims to address these limitations by designing and developing a REST API to support the functionality of the AGV route management system. The method used is black box testing to evaluate the system's functionality without examining the internal code structure. The test results show that the system successfully meets user needs with a success rate of 100% from 101 test scenarios. The developed REST API can integrate AGV route data and publish and update routes through an MQTT broker. This research is expected to provide an appropriate solution to help PT XYZ realize its full potential in utilizing AGV technology.

Abstract

This study is intended to solve the problem of parents of prospective students who need more information about PPDB and the occurrence of repetition in the data collection of prospective students who have registered by the committee due to duplicate data. This study is included in the Research and Development research type, which aims to develop a web-based PPDB information system (Khazaregsys) at SDIT Kharisma Az-Zahra, which helps increase the efficiency and transparency of the PPDB process. In its development, the method used is Extreme Programming, which uses the Laravel framework and MySQL as a database server. This study's data was obtained using various methods, such as literature studies, observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The data will be analyzed using the mixed method with the majority of qualitative analysis, namely from the interviews, observations, and literature studies, as well as quantitative analysis of the questionnaire results. Testing of the system that has been developed will involve black box testing to test all features in the system with a particular focus on the prospective student registration system and usability testing through user acceptance testing (UAT) to measure the system's effectiveness from the user's perspective. Khazaregsys has been proven to have a good level of effectiveness, which is supported by the test results, which obtained a score of 62%, meaning "Agree" from the parent's point of view, and 64.5%, meaning "Agree" from the school teacher's point of view.

Abstract

Students at Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Terpadu Nurul Fikri (STT-NF) encounter challenges in accessing affordable and reliable transportation to and from campus, which complicates their search for convenient and cost-effective transport options. This study aims to develop a mobile application with an intuitive and user-friendly interface to enhance the overall transportation experience for students. Employing the Design Sprint methodology, the research follows a structured process involving understanding, diverging, deciding, prototyping, and validating phases. User requirements were gathered through surveys and interviews, and the prototype was created and tested using Figma. Usability testing utilized the System Usability Scale (SUS). The outcome of this study is RideSolve, a mobile app prototype featuring functionalities such as ride booking, driver selection, and ride history viewing. Usability testing revealed a high SUS score of 82, indicating positive user reception and effective fulfillment of their needs. Ultimately, the RideSolve prototype is anticipated to notably enhance transportation convenience for STT-NF students by offering a dependable and user-friendly solution.
