Abstract

The presence of a digital platform, such as a website, is crucial for enhancing business visibility and competitiveness. Inari Sushi Indonesia lacks an official digital medium, prompting this research to design and develop an informative, professional, and user-friendly website-based company profile. Development used WordPress with the Waterfall method, involving a preliminary study, design, implementation, and testing via User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across 8 scenarios with 3 respondents (owner, visitor, and IT staff). The results indicate that the website operates effectively, is responsive, and demonstrates 98% device compatibility with optimal loading times. Open interviews confirmed user satisfaction with navigation and information clarity. The conclusion affirms the system's suitability and effectiveness in supporting Inari Sushi’s digital presence and recommends future development of interactive features.

Abstract

The design of this 3D warehouse-shelf visualization feature aims to address PT Derma Konsep Estetika’s challenges in visually managing stock items through the IZI Analytics module developed by IZIAPP. The Three.js-based visualization enables users to easily identify expired items, empty stock, and stock movement status within a three-dimensional warehouse layout. Key features include camera rotation, hover and click interactions to display product details, and color-coded shelf blocks based on stock status (fast-moving, medium-moving, and slow-moving). The system was developed iteratively using the Agile methodology. Testing through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) showed a 100% user satisfaction rating for the developed features. These results indicate that 3D visualization can serve as an effective initial solution for managing the company's stock inventory.

Abstract

The development of information technology has influenced various aspects of life, including the administrative management of mosques. A web based social service and assistance application was developed to support the Mosque Management Board (DKM) and neighborhood leaders (RT) in managing data related to zakat, orphans, and qurban registrations. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and the waterfall software development methodology. Its main features include the management of zakat data, orphan records, and qurban registration through dedicated dashboards for Admin and RT roles. Black box testing confirmed that all system functionalities work properly. Furthermore, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) achieved a score of 87.5%, categorized as "very good" based on the average likert scale score. Therefore, the application is considered feasible and acceptable for end users.

Abstract

PT Ciptadra Softindo utilizes two major advertising platforms—Meta Business Ads and Google Ads—in parallel to promote its Onebox CRM product. However, there has been no systematic evaluation of the relative effectiveness of each platform in generating high-quality leads within the B2B sector. This study aims to analyze and compare the effectiveness of both platforms in increasing the quantity and quality of leads for the Onebox CRM product. The research was conducted over a three-month period, measuring ten key performance parameters: impression, click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), link clicks, number of incoming leads, relevant leads, qualified leads ratio, spam rate, conversion rate, and cost per lead (CPL). A quantitative method was employed using a controlled experimental approach, with statistical testing performed via independent samples t-test using GraphPad Prism software to compare campaign performance metrics. The results indicate that Meta Business Ads significantly outperformed Google Ads across most conversion-related parameters, particularly in the number of relevant leads, conversion rate, and cost efficiency (CPL). Meanwhile, Google Ads demonstrated stronger performance in awareness-oriented metrics such as CTR and link clicks, making it more suitable for the product awareness stage within search engine environments. This study concludes that Meta Business Ads is a more effective and efficient advertising platform for generating B2B conversion leads for CRM products in the context of PT Ciptadra Softindo’s market.

Abstract

This study aims to design the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for a mobile application called TeepTies, which monitors student development at SDIT Bina Auladi. The main problem identified at the school is the lack of structured communication between teachers and parents regarding students’ development, especially in non-academic aspects. The Design Thinking method was chosen because it focuses on user needs and encourages innovative solutions through an iterative process that involves a deep understanding of the problem. This study follows the five stages of Design Thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The design resulted in a mobile-based prototype application featuring academic and non-academic development reports, attendance, direct messaging, and announcements. Evaluation was conducted through usability testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS), with an average score of 72.3, which falls into the "Acceptable" category, indicating that users will receive the application design. TeepTies is expected to become an effective digital solution in enhancing collaboration between teachers and parents in monitoring students' development at school.

Abstract

Recommendation systems have become a crucial component in enhancing user experience on e-commerce platforms, including PT Renos Marketplace Indonesia. However, the existing recommendation system was still random and unable to adapt to user preferences. This study aims to develop a product recommendation backend system based on Collaborative Filtering using the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) algorithm. The methodology employed is Research and Development (R&D) with an Agile Scrum approach, along with performance evaluation using RMSE, MSE, and MAE metrics. The system was developed using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Python, and its functionality was tested using black-box testing methods. The implementation results show an RMSE of 0.1886, MSE of 0.0366, and MAE of 0.1242, indicating excellent prediction accuracy. Additionally, a user perception survey involving 11 internal respondents showed an average satisfaction score above 80%, with the highest score of 90.91% for the statement indicating that the system increases purchase likelihood. These findings demonstrate that the SVD algorithm is effective in generating relevant and personalized recommendations. The study concludes that the developed backend recommendation system successfully improves the efficiency and relevance of product recommendations and opens opportunities for further development through the integration of more complex user behavior data.

Abstract

The climate crisis and ongoing environmental degradation have prompted the establishment of ZeroMaterial, a community dedicated to forest conservation and sustainable environmental campaigns. To support the community’s collaborative activities in a digital environment, a responsive and functional web-based platform is essential. This study aims to develop a community-oriented web application using the ReactJS framework to facilitate environmental campaigns and fundraising efforts. The development process follows the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, emphasizing rapid iterations and active user involvement at each stage. The main features developed include campaign management and donation functionality. The application was built using ReactJS and Tailwind CSS, and integrated with a REST API as its data provider. Testing results indicate that all features operated correctly, achieving a 100% success rate in Black Box Testing. Furthermore, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 20 respondents yielded an acceptance rate of 94.4%. Although several minor issues were identified related to interface responsiveness, the application is considered feasible and effective in enhancing the collaborative efforts of the ZeroMaterial community in environmental conservation through digital platforms.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology offers new opportunities in early childhood education, particularly for young learners who respond best to visual, auditory, and play-based activities. However, conventional teaching methods often fail to accommodate these characteristics, leading to decreased engagement and increased boredom. This study aims to design a digital educational game that is enjoyable, interactive, and developmentally appropriate to support the learning of basic literacy skills. The research addresses three key issues: designing a game that is relevant to early childhood needs, developing it effectively, and evaluating user responses. A qualitative approach was employed through observation, interviews, and documentation. Testing was conducted by observing children’s reactions during gameplay and exploring their learning experiences. The findings show improvements in children’s abilities, as indicated by increased post-test scores, suggesting that digital educational games can strengthen interest, focus, and comprehension of literacy concepts. In conclusion, interactive digital games serve as an effective alternative learning tool for early childhood education.

Abstract

Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College (STT-NF) has encountered challenges in managing health screening data, which is currently handled manually using Microsoft Excel. This approach lacks efficiency, security, and accessibility. This study aims to implement the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology in developing a web-based health screening information system using the Laravel Framework. The system is designed to provide easy access, enhanced security, and a well-structured data management process without requiring additional installations on user devices. The development process follows the iterative and adaptive stages of the Extreme Programming methodology to better align with user needs. The system features key functionalities, including physical examinations and screenings for uric acid, cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Black Box Testing showed a 100% success rate across 40 scenarios, while UAT, involving one staff member and one student, demonstrated an average success rate of 100%. The results indicate that the developed system not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of health screening data management but is also well-received by end Users. Supported by the Laravel Framework, this web-based system successfully meets the health screening service requirements at STT-NF.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven significant transformation in healthcare services, including the utilization of the Mobile JKN application developed by BPJS Kesehatan. This application is designed to facilitate participants’ access to various services, such as bill checking, claim information, and healthcare facility registration. However, several issues related to ease of use and interface convenience persist, which may affect user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze user acceptance and satisfaction with Mobile JKN using the TAM, focusing on five variables. The research employed a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires to 121 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests and descriptive statistics in SPSS. The results show that all instrument items are valid and reliable, with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.918. The percentage achievement for each variable ranges from 79% to 82%, indicating that users have a positive perception of the Mobile JKN application. These findings confirm that the TAM model is relevant for assessing technology acceptance in digital health services and provide a foundation for BPJS Kesehatan to improve service quality in its application-based services.
