Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of regular exercise on adolescent mental health. The study was conducted using a quantitative method using a quasi-experimental approach. A total of 10 adolescents aged 15–18 years were divided into two groups: an experimental group that did regular exercise for 1 week and a control group that was not given special treatment. The results showed that there were significant differences in stress, anxiety, and mood levels between the two groups. Regular exercise has been shown to significantly improve adolescent mental health. This study aims to determine the effect of regular exercise on adolescent mental health. Abstract

This study aims to describe the boredom experienced by civil servants (ASN) during the CAT potential test held in Srondol during the month of Ramadan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation and interviews with nine participants. The findings revealed that most respondents experienced a high level of boredom triggered by time pressure, complex questions, technical issues, and physical fatigue due to fasting. This boredom significantly affected their concentration and cognitive performance during the test. The results highlight the importance of optimizing technical execution, psychological support, and test environment management, especially during special conditions such as the Ramadhan period.

Abstract

Effective performance evaluation is a critical element in improving the quality of education. One increasingly recognized evaluative approach is 360-degree feedback, which integrates input from multiple sources such as supervisors, colleagues, subordinates, students, and self-assessment. This study aims to explore the implementation, benefits, and challenges of 360-degree feedback in educational organizations through a literature review method. Literature was gathered from academic databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect using relevant keywords and a publication range from 2020 to 2024. Out of 200 initially identified articles, nine were selected based on established inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review findings indicate that 360-degree feedback enhances objectivity in evaluation, promotes professional development, and strengthens a culture of reflection and collaboration within educational institutions. However, its effectiveness depends on organizational readiness, the quality of the evaluation instruments, and environmental support. These findings affirm that 360-degree feedback is a strategic tool for more comprehensive and improvement-oriented performance evaluation in the education sector

Abstract

Smoking behavior among college students is becoming an increasingly worrying public health problem, especially in Padang City. This study aims to examine how peers influence smoking habits among college students. The method used is a quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 59 active smoker students in Padang City, obtained through incidental sampling techniques. The instruments used consisted of a peer conformity scale and a smoking behavior scale, both of which have been tested for validity and reliability. The research findings show that peer conformity has a significant influence on college students' smoking behavior with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) and an influence coefficient of 0.575. Higher levels of conformity will increase the tendency to smoke. These findings indicate that peer influence is very important in shaping smoking habits among college students. Therefore, interventions that focus on social norms and peer relationships are essential to reduce the number of young smokers on campus.
