To avoid, the necessary from accounting information system and controlling are adequate to guarantee the loan. The Background of the writing can be concluded that the accounting information system applied in the procedures for submission and provision of credit adequate, and eventhought the characteristics of accounting information systems that are usefulness, economy, reliability, customer services, capacity, simplicity,and flexibility. Abstract

This study conducted due to the low quality indicator of public services in indonesia which are difficult to be accessed. On the other side, the spirit of decentralization and reformation demanding changes of the role of government and society. Therefore, good governance should be implemented in all development aspects such as licensing which is the most important equipment for Local Governance and it is potential to increase Regional Revenue. Integrated Licensing Service Office as an instituition which in charge of granting license in Tanjung Jabung Timur must be able to meet the public's expectations of quick, inexpensive and transparent services. It relates to the lack of sustainable program planning preparation considering computerized system integrated with current information system.

Abstract

Teacher certification is the process of awarding certificates to the teacher educators who have fulfilled the requirements. In order to uphold the principles of accountability honest certification, transparent, and objective in UPTD of Singkut District Jambi, the study aims to build an application Decisi on Support System (DSS) Eligibility Provision of Teacher Certification with Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) Method. Applications built is expected to help the parties UPTD of Singkut District Jambi in providing teacher certification to teachers who have met the criteria. Data input to the application is based on the teacher data and the requirements data as a teacher certification criteria. While the ouput is a form of information in the form of teacher data reports deserving teacher certification. This application was built using Delphi 7.0 programming connected with the MySQL database for data storage. The results showed FMCDM method can be applied to the feasibility of providing decision support system of teacher certification in the UPTD of Singkut District Jambi. With the decision support system, the more objective the provision of teacher certification based on requirements that are owned by the teacher.

Abstract

Expert system to diagnose anemia is a computer-based system that is used as a tool to diagnose anemia based on the dynamic knowledge base. The knowledge base contains knowledge acquired from various sources including from the experience of experts in the field and also books related to the diagnosis of anemia were then collected into a database that is required for making a conclusion. Abstract

Employees are one of human resources is essential to support in advancing the company and quite influential in the profits earned by the company. Decision support system sel ection and promotion of new employees on PT. Putra Sumber Utama Timber using Simple Additive weighting method is one of the efforts to be made in the process of assessing prospective new hires and employees who will be promoted in the election office in order to more accurately and in accordance with the criteria expected. Criteria used in the selection of a new employee: education, height, health, strength, experience, appearance and ethical attitude while for the criteria in the selection of his employees were promoted: education, employment, discipline, quality of work , honesty, personality, teamwork, tenacity , communicative and responsibility. Data collected by the methods of research interviews, direct observation and literature. Needs input required is applicant data, employee data, the data positions, the data value of the weight or importance of each criterion. If the needs of the process in the form of alternative data is done through the initial selection process, the decision matrix computation, calculation of the normalization matrix, calculating the value of the vector of each alternative. The output of the data reporting needs of applicants, employee data, the data positions, reports the results of the vector applicants and report the results of a vector value employees who value vector has been ordered from the highest to the smallest value vector. This system is built using a programming language Delphi 7.0 with SQLyog database. This system is interactive making it easier for users, especially the HRD (Human Resources Of Development) to process the data and in making better decisions and to minimize errors in the assessment of prospective new employees and employees who will be promoted post.

Abstract

Most leasing or rental DVD in Indonesia, particularly in the city of Jambi still using manual systems are still using a notebook written by hand, while the era of technology and growing rapidly so that attract buyers and simplify the way power works fast and orderly. Such as processing applications rental DVD Three brothers in Muaro still using manual systems with a notebook. The system used is also often difficult for employees to perform lending services to the customers, especially during rush hour. In addition, the DVD rental Three Brothers employees tend to have difficulty in making reports per day. Based on these problems, the manager of the rental requires a lending transaction applications that can assist managers in conducting a transaction or payment process and facilitate the preparation of reports intake per day.
