Abstract

Dinas Pertanian Dan Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Kerinci located in Kabupaten Kerinci Provinsi Jambi which at the moment is in need of quality improvement and the ability to manage more to educate the public kabupaten kerinci in order to improve the quality of the agricultural world. Limited time to educate the public kabupaten kerinci, become an obstacle very large calculations for Dinas Pertanian Dan Tanaman Pangan delivery of material that only uses the lecture method as well as the lack of motivation of people in the cultivation process can impede progress and improvement to public kerinci and also to Dinas Pertanian Dan Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Kerinci in improving the Natural Resources and Human Resources. Making Media Introduction chilli cultivation aims to convey the material in chilli cultivation and increase the community's understanding of the processes in chilli cultivation. Media recognition chilli cultivation consists of user interface for this application. Input to the user interface consists of the familiar chili, pests and diseases, the criteria for winning chili, preparatory cultivation, planting, maintenance, and also harvest and post-harvest. As for the media output generating information based on a selected menu. This application uses the multimedia applications as Adobe flash cs3 main program. The expected result of the application of Media Introduction Cultivation of this chili is the growing interest for the public to chilli crop cultivation and in order to facilitate the staff of dinas Pertanian Dan Tanaman Pangan in the delivery of this material so that the process of delivering more optimal with a very limited time duration, as well as to improve the quality of the Kerinci community in terms of crop farming particularly. Abstract

The author designed the application procedure sim based multimedia publishing in jambi police using software adobe flash cs3 and adobe photoshop cs6 required in sim simulation application composed of the form menu opening and main menu.Main menu consisiting of driving license profile,driving license application guidance, driving license help road map, administrator is driving license,and driving license publication mechanism. application procedure sim guide provides information about the movements and procedures of the good and true procedure sim.obviously the author expects this application could be beneficial for the users to learn about procedure sim.

Abstract

The concept of Decision Support Systems (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a branch of artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence ) that is widely used. There are many methods that can be used by decision makers to help find the optimum solutions or alternatives to a problem. One such method is Fuzzy Multi - Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM). This method will help decision makers in situations where there are many alternative decisions with multiple criteria. The final project will apply the Decision Support Systems using Fuzzy Method of Multi Criteria Decision Making ( FMCDM ) determination of home loans to PT. NGK Jambi. Making the Decision Support System using Borland Delphi 7.0 programming language and supported by Microsoft Access 2007 as database processing, Data Input consists of alternative data, the data criteria, the data set of interest and set a match, the data processing is done by calculating the index is done by substitution interests of the rating and rating match, then the index in subtitusikan with the degree of optimism it will obtain the total value of the integral for each alternative. The recommendations based on the total value of the integral obtained the highest degree of optimism regardless. From the results of this study concluded that the presence of Decision Support System Determination of home loans to PT. NGK Jambi then it can help in the decision making process to the customer 's decision granting the cooperative and will facilitate in making the report of recommendations and reports customer.

Abstract

Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is a non-departmental government institution responsible for the implementation of disaster management in the area of both provincial and district / city based on the policies defined by the National Coordinating Board for Disaster Management . BPBDs established by Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2008, replacing the Coordinating Unit for Disaster Management (Satkorlak) and Provincial Disaster Management Implementation Unit (Satlak PB) at district / city level, both of which are established pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 83 Year 2005. Regulation Law Number 24 Year 2007 on Disaster Management mandates in Article 35 and 36 so that each region in disaster management, disaster planning has. In more detail mentioned in the Government Regulation Number 21 of 2008 on the Implementation of Disaster Management.

Abstract

In the business world, especially the second motorcycle loans, the analysis resultsvery risky and harmful because it can lead to the emergence of wanpretasi or bad credit due to credit payments are not current. Departing from these problems then made a software which aims to analyze the weight of a prospective consumer credit competence so that the results are more accurate due to the use of computer logic and calculation results more certain marginal value of the error is smaller. The method digunakaan in credit analysis is the method of profile matching . This method is a decision-making mechanism by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by the subject under study and not the minimum level that must be met or passed.In addition to the software which serves as a decision support system, the author also includes a data processing application motorcycle loan transaction so that the intended use of the software more leverage.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat dewasa ini, khususnya perkembangan teknologi internet turut mendorong berkembangnya konsep pembelajaran jarak jauh ini. Ciri teknologi internet yang selalu dapat diakses kapan saja, dimana saja, multiuser serta menawarkan segala kemudahannya telah menjadikan internet suatu media yang sangat tepat bagi perkembangan pendidikan jarak jauh selanjutnya. Hal ini lah mengapa untuk saat ini sistem pembelajaran secara blended learning masih sangat baik di terapkan di Indonesia agar lebih dapat terkontrol secara tradisional juga. Seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sumber daya manusia pun dituntut untuk menanggapi perkembangan tersebut. Dengan demikian kualitas sumber daya harus ditingkatkan dengan berbagai upaya agar mutu dan kualitas pendidikan juga meningkat, baik melalui peningkatan kompetensi dosen sebagai pendidik, pengadaan buku dan alat pelajaran, perbaikan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, peningkatan mutu manajemen Perguruan Tinggi, maupun pengubahan kurikulum pendidikan.Dalam suatu bangsa dituntut adanya perubahan dalam pendidikan untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, sehingga konsep pendidikan pun akan mengalami perubahan. Konsep pendidikan yang berubah akan mempengaruhi cara dan sistem pencapaian pembelajaran terutama pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi. Melihat perjalanan dunia pendidikan Indonesia, dan pesatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informatika dan Komunikasi. Proses pembelajaran yang berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan proses pembelajaran yang efektif, fleksibel, juga efisien. Salah satu pembelajaran dalam pandangan konstruktivis yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa adalah dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Blended Learning khususnya pada matakuliah Interaksi Manusia dan Komputer (IMK) dengan flatform edmodo.

Abstract

Selection of the best employees is a matter of decision making using (Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision / FMCDM). In this KP, built decision support systems (DSS) selecting the best employees at PT. Eleven Computer Jambi by using criteria such as: discipline, attendance, loyalty, work environment. As for explaining the purpose of decision support systems and DSS was created with the aim to facilitate the Best Selection in PT.Eleven Computer Karayawan Jambi. By doing inputting data- employee assessment data. For Admin will facilitate the efficient processing of data and facilitate the preparation of reports to be provided to the Chairman of the Company. Making The Decision Support System using Borland Delphi 7 Programming supported by Microsoft Access as the database manager.
