Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of supervision, incentives and work professionalism on work discipline of health workers at the Nanggalo Siteba Health Center, Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated/census sampling method of 60 health workers. Data analysis techniques in this study are research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 30 program. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that 1) supervision partially has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 2) incentives partially has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 3) work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 4) supervision, incentives and work professionalism simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of security features, ease of use and service quality on DANA application user satisfaction (case study of Bachelor of Management students at Dharma Andalas University, Padang). The population in this study was 518 undergraduate management students at Dharma Andalas University, Padang, with samples taken using the Raosoft sample size calculator so that the sample was 110 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then processed and tested using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. From the research carried out, it is known that based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows 1). Security features have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, 2). Convenience has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, 3). Service quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, 4). Security features, ease of use and service quality have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, the user satisfaction variable is influenced by security features, ease of use and service quality by 73.8%, namely the remaining 26.2% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, and locus of control on the use of paylater among Dharma Andalas University students. The population in this study was active students at Dharma Andalas University, with samples taken using nonprobability sampling, so the sample was 138 people. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then processed and tested using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) application. From the research conducted, it is known that based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows 1). Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the use of paylater, 2). Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on the use of paylater, 3Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the use of paylater among students, 4). Financial literacy, financial technology and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on the use of paylater among students.

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in the success of an organization, because human resources affect the quality of its workforce. This study aims to determine the effect of internal communication on employee performance at Toko Maya Padang, the effect of leadership style on employee performance, and the effect of internal communication and leadership style together. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze the effect of individual characteristics and internal communication on work ethics in 33 employees of Toko Maya Padang. The results of data analysis indicate that internal communication and leadership style have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Toko Maya Padang. Partial hypothesis testing (t-test) shows that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This research took place at Melyn Konveksi and aims to determine the influence of the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance among Melyn Konveksi employees. This research involved the use of survey methods with a quantitative approach, the sample used was 40 people aged 18-50 years who worked at Melyn Konveksi. Data processing is carried out from primary and secondary data sources. The research data was then processed by testing validity and reliability, classical assumption testing, statistical analysis testing, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS Version 25 application. Based on the F test, it shows that the Work Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously do not significantly influence Employee Performance. The results of the T test show that the Work Environment and Work Motivation do not partially influence employee performance significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Bogor Regency Education Office. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 50 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of motivation and discipline affect the performance of employees of the Bogor Regency Education Office. This is evidenced by the results of the Partial Test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test) which also shows the significant value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of motivation and discipline on the performance of the Bogor Regency Education Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality,product and promotional strategies on customer satisfaction in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jakabaring. the variables in this study are sevice quality (X1),Products (X2),Promotion strategy (X3),while the dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction (Y). The population in this study were all customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jakabaring. The sample was 100 customers using the Lemeshow formula and using incidental sampling techniques. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique in this research uses IBM SPSS version 26, which consists of the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The ressults of this study were obtained from the t-test and f-test which showed thar the variables of service quality,products and promotional strategis had an eeffect on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously.the determination coefficient test (R2) obtained data results of 54.5% which were explained by service quality,product and promotional strategies, while the remaining 45.5% were explained by other variables outside the study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline (X1) and Work Compensation (X2) on Work Productivity (Y). Researchers conducted research at SMKN 1 Gunung Putri Bogor. The population amounted to 60 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 employees was used. The data analysis technique used is statistical test analysis, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (t), Hypothesis Test (f), and Coefficient of Determination Test using the help of the SPSS version 26 application. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously Work Discipline (X1) and Work Compensation (X2) have a significant influence on Employee Productivity (Y) at SMKN 1 Gunug Putri Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of budget deficit, tax revenue, and labor force participation rate on economic growth in BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa). Using a quantitative approach with panel data from 2014 to 2023, the analysis was conducted through regression models using the Random Effect Model approach. The results indicate that the budget deficit has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. In contrast, tax revenue and labor force participation rate have a negative but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables influence economic growth in BRICS countries. These findings highlight the critical role of fiscal policy in supporting economic development in the region.

Abstract

  Fenomena meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan generasi Z telah mendorong pertumbuhan tren thrift fashion sebagai bentuk respon terhadap dampak negatif industri fast fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran berbasis keberlanjutan guna meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk thrift fashion di kalangan Gen Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan laporan terpercaya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai keberlanjutan seperti konsumsi sadar, perilaku ramah lingkungan, serta preferensi terhadap produk reuse sangat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan loyalitas konsumen muda. Strategi yang efektif meliputi pendekatan edukatif melalui media sosial, kolaborasi dengan komunitas sadar lingkungan, serta penguatan citra merek melalui program loyalitas berbasis nilai keberlanjutan. Dengan demikian, strategi pemasaran yang menekankan nilai sosial dan ekologis dapat menjadi fondasi bagi pertumbuhan bisnis thrift fashion yang berkelanjutan.
