Abstract

The involvement of organizational members in the organizational structure of mountain basecamps is a key factor in achieving safety and success in expeditions. This study investigates the relationship between member involvement and safety and success in expeditions, and also measures the comfort of hiking participants by receiving complaints from hikers as evaluation material for organizational members to continuously develop facilities and other shortcomings complained about by participants. With high motivation from hiking participants towards the basecamp, it has a positive impact on its organizational structure. This evaluation framework was informed by extant organizational theories, including organizational structure, to establish a robust and standardized organizational system. It assesses the quality of services provided by the organization to external stakeholders, namely hiking participants, to gauge their level of satisfaction. Consequently, the engagement of external stakeholders is vital in fostering mutual comfort. The development of a standardized structure is crucial for organizational members.

Abstract

kepemimpinan yang efektif dan budaya organisasi yang kuat. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana kepemimpinan partisipatif dan suportif, berpadu dengan budaya organisasi berbasis nilai Islam, memengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan di Bank Muamalat Kota Metro. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi langsung, dan telaah dokumen melibatkan manajemen cabang dan staf. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pertemuan kolaboratif mingguan, umpan balik konstruktif, dan penghargaan terbuka menumbuhkan rasa kepemilikan dan tanggung jawab bersama, sementara rutinitas keagamaan harian (briefing pagi, salat berjamaah, dan sapaan Islami) menanamkan nilai amanah, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan ukhuwah ke dalam praktik profesional. Kedua pendorong ini menciptakan sinergi antara motivasi materiel dan intrinsik sehingga menghasilkan kinerja tinggi yang berkelanjutan, peningkatan inisiatif, dan angka turnover yang rendah.

Abstract

The growth of startup businesses in Indonesia has accelerated significantly in recent years, driven by technological advancement, digitalization, and substantial potential. According to the book Bisnis Proyek IT Mastery - Siapapun Bisa Berbisnis Digital (2022) by Yusef Maulana and an article from Kompas.com (2023), this rapid development is also accompanied by a high failure rate among startups. The main causes of failure include poor planning, weak organization, ineffective leadership, operational mismanagement, and a lack of sustainable innovation. This study adopts a qualitative approach through a literature review and secondary data analysis sourced from Kompas.com articles, CB Insights reports, and various academic journals. The findings indicate that the primary reasons for failure are closely related to the suboptimal implementation of management functions. Therefore, effective management becomes a crucial key in determining the success of a startup. With proper management, startups can better plan strategies, organize human resources, and manage risks more efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran produk dalam negeri yang efektif untuk menarik minat Generasi Z sebagai kelompok konsumen potensial terbesar di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya minat Generasi Z terhadap produk lokal, yang disebabkan oleh dominasi produk luar negeri dalam aspek branding, gaya hidup, dan persepsi kualitas. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menelaah literatur terkini dan data sekunder terkait perilaku konsumen Generasi Z serta strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pemasaran produk lokal sangat bergantung pada pemanfaatan teknologi digital, penguatan branding, penyampaian nilai autentik produk, serta komunikasi yang relevan di media sosial. Selain itu, Generasi Z cenderung responsif terhadap produk yang menawarkan kualitas tinggi, estetika menarik, serta memiliki keterkaitan dengan identitas dan kebanggaan lokal. Strategi pemasaran yang adaptif dan berbasis e-commerce terbukti menjadi pendekatan yang efektif untuk membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen muda terhadap produk dalam negeri. Dengan demikian, kolaborasi antara pelaku usaha dan pemerintah dalam mengedukasi serta memperkuat citra produk lokal menjadi krusial dalam meningkatkan eksistensi produk nasional di pasar domestik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perihal motivasi kerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan dan manajemen perubahan. Keberhasilan dari organisasi sangatlah dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas pada kepemimpinan. Kemampuan manajemen di dalam menghadapi perubahan juga sangat berpengaruh pada hal tersebut. Di dalam dinamika organisasi, perubahan itu tidak dapat dihindari. Perusahaan memerlukan cara yang sistematis guna menjaga kinerja, keberlanjutan, serta daya saing. Gaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis ditinjau sebagai salah satu variabel utama yang berperan dalam menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif, meningkatkan semangat kerja, serta membangun relasi harmonis antara atasan dan bawahan. Keterlibatan karyawan di dalam pengambilan keputusan, dukungan moral dari para pimpinan, serta penciptaan akan budaya kerja partisipatif terbukti berdampak positif kepada motivasi kerja melalui penelitian ini. Kajian ini memberi implikasi penting bagi organisasi ketika organisasi menetapkan strategi kepemimpinan dan manajemen perubahan menjadi instrumen untuk meningkatkan produktivitas juga kesejahteraan kerja. Dengan demikian, pemilihan pemimpin kolaboratif juga adaptif merupakan sebuah faktor strategis di dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the role of organizational culture in increasing member loyalty. Organizational culture is a series of values, norms and beliefs that are implemented jointly by a group of organizational members and are manifested in everyday life. Member loyalty is an important factor in maintaining organizational stability and productivity in the long term. The method I used in this research was a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to members of the organization as respondents. The results of the analysis show that elements of organizational culture such as open communication, inspirational leadership, and strong shared values ​​have a significant influence on member loyalty. These findings confirm that strengthening a positive organizational culture can be an effective strategy in building member commitment and attachment to the organization.

Studies show that transformational leadership significantly improves motivation and productivity, while authoritarian styles may hinder team cohesion. Abstract

Renewable energy is a strategic solution to overcome the problem of limited fossil fuel sources and the negative impacts of climate change. This study discusses the potential and challenges of developing solar panel technology as a source of clean energy in Indonesia, a tropical country with abundant sunlight potential. This study uses a SWOT analysis approach to PT. SolarTech Indonesia, a solar panel manufacturing company, to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the renewable energy industry. The results of the analysis show that although initial investment and dependence on weather conditions are obstacles, large market opportunities and government policy support provide significant growth potential. The strategy of developing technological infrastructure, increasing public awareness, and synergy with stakeholders are the keys to the company's success in supporting sustainable development goals (SDGs) related to clean energy. This study recommends strengthening collaboration and technological innovation as a step forward to accelerate the energy transition in Indonesia.

Abstract

The strategic merger between Gojek and Tokopedia, resulting in the formation of GoTo, marks a significant milestone in Indonesia's digital industry landscape. This study aims to evaluate the business alliance strategy from a strategic management perspective by analyzing operational efficiency, synergy value, regulatory challenges, and its broader impact on the national digital ecosystem. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and secondary data analysis, the findings indicate that the GoTo merger led to cost efficiencies, strengthened service ecosystems, and significant revenue growth. However, internal integration processes and regulatory challenges—such as potential monopolistic practices and data protection—remain critical strategic concerns. The merger not only positions GoTo as a dominant player in Southeast Asia’s digital economy but also serves as a model for digital transformation in Indonesia. These insights are relevant for policymakers, business practitioners, and scholars seeking to understand alliance strategies in the context of the evolving digital economy.

Abstract

Humans naturally become part of various social groups throughout their lives, from family to broader communities. An organization is a structured group that organizes the roles and responsibilities of its members to achieve common goals. Organizational change is an important and complex process affecting various aspects such as structure, culture, technology, and human resources, driven by both internal and external factors. The change process includes stages from identifying needs to institutionalizing changes as part of the organizational culture. The success of change is highly influenced by leadership, effective communication, managing resistance, as well as employee training and development. A thorough understanding of change dynamics and the central role of leadership is crucial to ensure successful implementation of change and the sustainable achievement of organizational objectives.
