Abstract

Omichli Vapor is a start-up business that focuses on selling vape products and accessories in Bekasi City. This study aims to formulate an initial strategy for business development by referring to qualitative and secondary primary data analysis. The methods used in this study include observations of early customers, interviews, and literature and market data studies. The results of the analysis show that Omichli Vapor's main strength lies in friendly service and unique local liquid variations, at affordable prices. Based on these findings, this study recommends strengthening digital channels and community approaches as short-term strategies for business development.

Abstract

In research entitled the influence of the work environment and work stress on job satisfaction at the Darul Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School, with a sample size of 52 respondents. The method used is a questionnaire research instrument distributed to employees and processed using a computer application. This research was carried out at the Bogor Dhuafa Wallet Integrated Health Hospital. Environmental variables (X1) and work stress (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) were processed using regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the work environment variable (X1) and the work stress variable (X2) have an effect on job satisfaction (Y) and motivation and the work environment have a joint effect on employee performance.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen strategik dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), dengan studi kasus pada UMKM Cemilan Sagale di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategik berperan penting dalam menentukan arah dan keberlanjutan usaha melalui perencanaan yang terukur, analisis SWOT, serta penerapan strategi pemasaran yang relevan dengan kondisi pasar. Implementasi strategi bauran pemasaran (4P) juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan eksistensi produk Sagale di tengah persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan manajemen dan digital marketing bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memperkuat posisi bisnisnya secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor kelontongan memiliki peran penting dalam menopang perekonomian lokal    serta menyediakan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat. Namun, di tengah meningkatnya persainga dari ritel modern dan platform  digital, UMKM kelontongan menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM kelontongan agar dapat bertahan dan  berkembang di tengah tekanan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus  pada beberapa UMKM kelontongan di wilayah perkotaan dan semi-perkotaan. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa strategi seperti peningkatan layanan pelanggan, diversifikasi produk, adaptasi teknologi sederhana, dan  penguatan relasi komunitas lokal menjadikunci keberhasilan dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usaha. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran bahwa fleksibilitas, inovasi, dan kedekatan sosial merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun ketahanan UMKM  kelontongan di era persaingan terbuka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh iklim organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas guru di PMD Al-Hunafaa. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis data sekunder dari jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara ketiga variabel independen (iklim organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan) dengan variabel dependen (produktivitas kerja guru). Iklim organisasi yang positif, ditandai dengan komunikasi efektif, rasa saling percaya, dan dukungan pimpinan, berkontribusi signifikan pada peningkatan produktivitas. Motivasi kerja guru yang tinggi, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, juga berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas. Terakhir, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan demokratis terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan komunikasi internal, pemberian penghargaan, fasilitasi pelatihan, dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang adil dan mendukung untuk meningkatkan produktivitas guru di PMD Al-Hunafaa.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing the challenges faced in Human Resource Management by PT Sunchirin Industres Indonesia in Karawang International Industrial City. The importance of effective HR in enhancing organizational performance cannot be underestimated. However, several challenges related to recruitment, employee development, and performance management are faced by the company. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, which involves interviews with human resource managers and employees, as well as the analysis of company documents. According to the research findings, PT Sunchirin Industres Indonesia is facing employee retention issues, a lack of leadership development, and a mismatch between performance evaluations and the company's needs.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of work from home (WFH) policies on employee productivity through a literature study approach. The COVID-19 pandemic has encouraged many companies to implement WFH as a new work strategy. This study examines 15 national and international journals in the 2019–2024 period that discuss the impact of WFH on productivity. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of WFH is influenced by several main factors, namely time management skills, technology support, organizational communication, and work-life balance. Although WFH provides flexibility, challenges such as social isolation and lack of direct supervision can reduce performance. This study recommends a combination of WFH and WFO (hybrid working) as the optimal solution. This study is important for HR managers in designing adaptive work policies in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fundamental differences between traditional organizational theory and modern organizational theory, and to convince them of managerial practices in the industrial world. Traditional organizational theories, such as Max Weber's bureaucratic theory and Henri Fayol's classical management principles, emphasize hierarchical structures, formal rules, and operational efficiency. In contrast, modern organizational theories such as open system theory and contingency theory highlight the importance of adaptability, irregularity, and the relationship between the organization and the external environment. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature study methods and case observations in several industrial companies in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that traditional theory is still relevant in the context of stable and clearly structured organizations, but modern theory is superior in dealing with the dynamics and current industrial environment. These findings contribute to the understanding of the development of organizational structures that are more contextual and responsive to changing times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi efisiensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan profitabilitas di sektor industri. Dalam konteks persaingan global dan transformasi teknologi yang berlangsung cepat, efisiensi SDM menjadi aspek strategis yang sangat krusial. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi-strategi utama yang dapat diterapkan guna mengoptimalkan peran tenaga kerja dalam organisasi industri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis literatur dari jurnal-jurnal akademik yang relevan dalam bidang manajemen SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya empat strategi utama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi SDM, yaitu: (1) perekrutan tenaga kerja yang tepat berdasarkan kompetensi yang relevan, (2) produktivitas kerja, (3) pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan adaptabilitas mereka, serta (4) Pemanfaatan teknologi digital Keempat strategi ini saling mendukung dalam menciptakan SDM yang produktif, efisien, dan siap menghadapi tantangan di industri modern. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelaku industri dan praktisi SDM dalam merumuskan kebijakan manajerial yang tepat dan efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of community organizations on the performance and governance of village administration. Community organizations, as part of the active social elements in village life, play an important role in supporting, supervising, and providing input on the governance of the village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in several villages in the region of Karawang Regency, and is supported by secondary data from journals and previous research reports. Research results show that active involvement of community organizations can enhance transparency, accountability, and public participation in decision-making at the village level. However, this influence heavily depends on the extent to which community organizations have institutional capacity and constructive relationships with village authorities. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that strengthening the role of community organizations needs to be directed through guidance, training, and regulations that support collaboration with village governments in order to create participatory and responsive village governance.
