Abstract

This research was entitled in Bahasa Indonesia: “Pengaruh Aspek Kelengkapan Produk, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kenyamanan Berbelanja Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan (Studi Kasus pada Permata Cell Kota Pangkalpinang)”. This research was conducted during pandemic of Covid-19 (April 2021-June 2021) and it was administrated in City of Pangkalpinang and consists of 80 pages without attachments. The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the effect of the Product Completeness, Price Perception, Service Quality and Shopping Convenience on Customer Purchasing Decision at Permata Cell. This study runs by using quantitative data analysis and was using a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis along with Coefficient of Determination. The results of the analysis state that the product completeness variable has no effect on customer purchasing decision with the results (t-count (-1,722) while t-table 1,661), in other words (t-count value (-1,722) < t-table value 1,661) or value of significance 0,088 > 0,05 then clearly H1 is rejected. The results of the analysis state that the price perception variable has negative effect on customer purchasing decision with the results (t-count (-3,255) while t-table 1,661), in other words (t-count value (-3,255) < t-table value 1,661) or value of significance 0,001 < 0,05 then clearly H2 is accepted. The results of the analysis state that the service quality variable has negative effect on customer purchasing decision with the results (t-count (-4,260) while t-table 1,661), in other words (t-count value (-4,260) < t-table value 1,661) or value of significance 0,001 < 0,05 then clearly H3 is accepted. The results of the analysis state that the shopping convenience variable has negative effect on customer purchasing decision with the results (t-count (-3,155) while t-table 1,661), in other words (t-count value (-3,155) < t-table value 1,661) or value of significance 0,002 < 0,05 then clearly H4 is accepted. As simultaneously or together, it shows that the variables of product completeness, price perception, service quality and shopping convenience have a significant effect on customer purchasing decision with the results of F-count 11,437 and F-table value of 2,47. In other words, Fcount (11,437) > Ftable (2,47). ), therefore it is shown that H0 is rejected and H5 is accepted. With the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0,325, which means that the effect of the product completeness variable, price perception, service quality and shopping convenience simultaneously at 32,5%, and the remaining 67,5% is explained by other independent variables not used in this study.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Pengaruh Kreativitas, Inovasi Dan Transformasi Digital Terhadap Kewirausahaan UMKM Di Pangkalpinang.”. The background of this research is based on existing phenomena showing that the competition among MSME is increasing digitally during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of creativity, innovation and digital transformation towards entrepreneurship, both simultaneously and partially. The method of research is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample size of 100 respondents. This study has three independent variables; creativity, innovation and digital transformation. The dependent variable was labeled as an entrepreneurship. Testing instruments are using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the F-test along with Simple Linear Regression with T-test. Also the researcher use an analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) in order to provide empirically the ability to explaining the dependent by two independence variables simultaneously. The results of the research on the independent variable creativity (X1) obtained t-count 2.932 > t-table 1.660, innovation variable (X2) with t-count 6,022 > t-table 1.660 and digital transformation variable (X3) with t-count 7,022 > t-table 1.660 Therefore, a creativity has a partial effect towards entrepreneurship, and an innovation has a partial effect towards entrepreneurship. Also, the study stated if digital transformation has a partial a partial effect towards enterpreneurship. The results of the F-test show that F-count 50.485 > F-table 2.70. This means that the independent variables (creativity, innovation and digital transformation) simultaneously has an affect towards the dependent variable (entreprenurship). The test results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show Adjusted R-Square 0.600 or in other word, that entrepreneurship variables can be explained by variables creativity, innovation and digital transformation) by 60%. While the remaining 0,400 or 40% can be explained by other variables outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Analisis Pengaruh Brand Image, Vanity Seeking Dan Materialisme Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Jasa Klinik Kecantikan (Studi Kasus Pada Kimly Aesthetic Clinic di Pangkalpinang)”. The background of this research is based on existing phenomena showing that the competition among face and beauty clinic during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of brand image, vanity seeking, materialism on repurchase intention, both simultaneously and partially. The method of research is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample size of 51 respondents. This study has three independent variables; brand image, vanity seeking, and materialism. The dependent variable was labeled as a repurchase intention. Testing instruments are using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the F-test along with Simple Linear Regression with T-test. Also the researcher use an analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) in order to provide empirically the ability to explaining the dependent by three independence variables simultaneously. The results of the research on the independent variable brand image (X1) obtained t-count 1,485 < t-table 1.677, vanity seeking variable (X2) with t-count 2,672 > t-table 1.677 and materialism variable (X3) with t-count 3,904 > t-table 1.677. Therefore, a brand image does not have a partial effect towards a repurchase intention,, a vanity seeking has a partial effect towards repurchased intention. Also, the study stated if digital materialsim also has a partial a partial effect towards repurchase order. The results of the F-test show that F-count 52.758 > F-table 2.80. This means that the independent variables (brand image, vanity seeking and materialism) simultaneously have an affect towards the dependent variable (repurchase intention). The test results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show Adjusted R-Square 0.756 or in other word, that repurchase intention variable can be explained by variables brand image, vanity seeking and materialism by 75.6%. While the remaining 0.244 or 24.4% can be explained by other variables outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Analisis Rancangan E-Business Untuk Pengembangan UMKM Di Kepulauan Bangka Belitung; Studi Kasus Produk Unggulan Sari Jeruk Kunci, Koperasi Produsen Melati Maju Bersama Pangkalpinang”. The background of this research is based on the necessity for the company to have an online operational platform. The purposes of this study were to plan systematically regarding the Melati Maju Bersama Producer Cooperative in achieving organizational goals that are effective and efficient, to carry out the implementation related to what has been planned so that the Melati Maju Bersama Producer Cooperative achieves the organizational goals set, effective and efficient, and to carry out supervision in the Cooperative Producers of Melati Maju Bersama in order to achieve organizational goals that are effective and efficient. The method of research is a descriptive qualitative The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach with the aim of describing and describing existing phenomena, both natural and human engineered, which pays more attention to the characteristics, quality, and interrelationships between activities. The theories and methods used in this research are the theory of Management, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategy, Management Information System, E-Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, E-Business, E-Commerce, and the Unified Process Rational Methodology (RUP) and PIECE Analysis. The results of the study prove that: (1) the process of identifying a systematic plan for the Melati Maju Bersama Producer Cooperative in order to improve organizational goals effectively and efficiently is carried out by building / creating a domain or service center that is integrated with the internet., (2) Jasmine Producers Cooperative Maju Bersama in carrying out the implementation process in order to improve organizational goals that are effective and efficient in maximizing the use of hardware, software and brainware., (3) Supervision that occurs in the Melati Maju Bersama Producer Cooperative in order to improve organizational goals that are effective and efficient.

Abstract

This thesis research entitled in Indonesian: “Analisis Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Peternakan Burung Telur Puyuh di Pangkalpinang" regarding feasibility study of Mrs. Maymuna's Quail Farm business is a business established with capital own capital, which is Rp 24,276,000,- investment capital and Rp 78,400.00,- operational capital in 1 period. The sales products produced by quail breeding are quail eggs and quail droppings. This study aims to determine the Market and Marketing Aspects, Aspects of Technical and technology, and financial aspects in Maymuna's mother quail farm which is located at JL. Parit Lalang, Rangkui Village, Pangkalpinang City. This research was carried out from February to June 2021 with data collection techniques in the form of observations and interviews. The method used is Aspect Market and Marketing, Technical and Technological Aspects, and Financial Aspect. Market and Marketing analysis shows that the prospect of Mrs. Maymuna's farm is quite good, this can be seen from the increase in the number of requests every year. Quality production at an affordable price, and a fairly good strategy related to the marketing mix.Technical and Technological analysis shows that the condition of the location and production equipment is clean and quality maintained, and meets production capacity. Based on the calculations of the five types of investment assessments, it is obtained that the financial aspects are reviewed from four types of investment assessments, namely Payback Period (PP),which is 10 months, the Net Present Value (NPV) is 124% -, the value of the Average Rate of Return (ARR) is Rp.1.070.442.412%, greater than 100%. Profitability Index (PI) That is Rp. 8.12801392.

Abstract

This is the result of a thesis research compiled by Desy Febriyani, Accounting Department STIE-IBEK. The title of this research in Indonesian "Analisis Pengaruh E-Commerce dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Terhadap Kepuasan Berbelanja Di Kota Pangkalpinang (Studi Kasus Pada Portal Belanja Online Shopee.co.id)" was run from October 2020 to January 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the independent variables consisting of: E-Commerce and Accounting Information Systems to the dependent variable, namely Shopping Satisfaction. This research was conducted using qualitative methods of data analysis, descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, assumption test. classics, and hypothesis testing. The data used in this study are primary data. Statistical data processing uses the form of the JASP 0.9.2.0 program. Partial data processing on the E-Commerce variable has an effect on Millennial Generation Shopping Satisfaction by calculating the t value (3.831)> t table (1.6702) and the sig value 0.000 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The Accounting Information System variable partially affects the Millennial Generation's Shopping Satisfaction t count (3.664)> t table (1.6702) and the significant value of the Accounting Information System Variable is 0.000 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Simultaneously, the E-Commerce variable and the Accounting Information System have an effect on Millennial Generation Shopping Satisfaction, it is obtained that the value of Fcount (25.803)> Ftable (3.15) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. For R square it is obtained at 0.458 or 45.8%, which means that the independent variable can simultaneously influence the dependent variable by 45.8% and the remaining 54.2% by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

This thesis was written and compiled by Gella Thennica with student identification number 130170017, entitled in Bahasa Indonesia “Analisis Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan dan Minat Merchant Dalam e-Transaksi Terhadap Pengimplementasian Transaksi Elektonik Gopay”. Conducted by conducting surveys to Gopay merchants. The research objective is to see whether there is an effect of Sales and Merchant Accounting Information Systems in E-transactions on the Implementation of Gopay. The theories used in this study are Accounting theory, Art Accounting theory, Accounting Information Systems theory, Interest theory and Utilization Studies. The research method used in this research is a survey method. The research respondents were 22 merchants using Gopay e-transactions. The variables used are the Sales Accounting Information System and Merchant Interest in E-transactions as an independent variable and the implementation of Gopay e-Transactions as the dependent variable. This study uses quantitative analysis of descriptive primary data from direct research in the field. As a toolin statistical data using the JASP Version 0.9.2.0. Universiteit-Van-Amsterdam program. Based on the results of the study that : (1) There is a no influence of the Sales Accounting Information System on the implementation of the Gopay e-Transaction, this is evidenced by the value of tcount (2.067) < ttable (2.09302). (2) There is a significant influence of the merchant interest variable in E-transactions on the implementation of the Gopay e-Transaction. This is evidenced by the value of tcount (6.584)> ttable (2.09302). (3) There is a significant effect of the Sales Accounting Information System and Merchant Interest in e-Transactions on the Implementation of Gopay e-Transactions. This is evidenced by Fcount (21,890) > Ftable (4.38).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain evidence on the influence of perceptions of ease of use, convenience, trust and feature availability of intention to use internet banking KlikBCA. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the Bank in particular BCA in order to provide a service that is faster and easier for its customers. The object of this study is the BCA’s customers who use internet banking. Data used in this study are primary data, and data searching used questionnaires directly. The data used is primary data formed questionnaires that apply to BCA’s costumers who use KlikBCA in Pangkalpinang amount is 97 respondents and using method non probability sampling : purposive sampling. The results showed that perceptions ease of use, convenience, trust and feature availability has positive and significance impact on interest in using internet banking.

Abstract

This research was written by Tommy Wijaya, NIM 130170029 majoring in Accounting with the title "Fundamental Influence On The Prices Syariah Company Stock Sector Consumer Goods At The Indonesian Stock Exchange The Period 2016-2020". This research was entitled "Fundamental influence on the prices syariah company stock sector consumer goods at the indonesian stock exchange the period 2016-2020. This research used quantitative research methods and purposive sampling technique which used 5 companies as the sample of this study. The type of data used in this study is secondary data followed by data collection techniques using financial statements. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics of variables, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that the Stock Price Variable could be explained by the independent variables in Price to Book Value (PBV) research, Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) as a big 50.1% while the remaining 49.9% was explained by the other variables that were not examined or were not included in this regression model. Meanwhile the Price to Book Value (PBV) (X1), Price Earning Ratio (PER) (X2) and Earning Per Share (EPS) (X3) simultaneously had a positive effect and significant effect to the Sharia Share Prices of Consumer Goods sector companies that are included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The results of the partial test (T test) show that the significance value of Price to Book Value (X1), (0.551) < (0.05) and Price Earning Ratio (X2), (0.863) < (0.05) which meant the Price to Book Value and Price Earning Ratio had no positive and significant effect on Sharia Stock Prices (Y), while Earning Per Share (X3), with a significant value (0.004) < (0.05) had a positive and significant effect to the Sharia Share Prices of Consumer Goods companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of internal control of merchandise inventory at Sakthu Mart with internal control components according to the Committee of Sponsoring Organization of Treadway Commission (COSO). The importance of this research is to make Sakthu Mart better understand and be able to implement control over merchandise inventory that supports Sakthu Mart operations. Case studies are a type of this research. This study uses a comparative descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely comparing with theories and then describing the results of the analysis in the form of words and language. The technique of collecting data is by interviewing the participants (employees of Sakthu Mart) and the owner of Sakthu Mart. The results of interviews from the study indicate that the internal control of Merchandise Inventory implemented by Sakthu Mart is appropriate and some is not in accordance with the theory components of internal control of trading inventory based on the Committee of Sponsoring Organization of Treadway Commission (COSO). The COSO components, namely internal control, risk assessment, activities, as well as information and communication, are almost perfect because most of them have been implemented by Sakthu Mart, while the monitoring component is in accordance with and running according to COSO standards.
