Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) on Share Prices of Mining Companies in the Coal Mining Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples used in this study were 8 coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from a total population of 28 companies. The type of data is secondary data sourced from the company's financial statements and annual reports. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research indicate that simultaneously Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) have no significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Return on Equity (ROE) has an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) have no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of accountability in managing village fund allocations, transparency in the use of village funds, and village fund policies on community welfare. This study also aims to jointly examine the accountability of village fund allocation management, transparency in the use of village funds and village fund policies on community welfare. This research was conducted in the village of Beluluk, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. Types of data used in this study is primary data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires directly to the public Belulu Village. The total population is 3,988 people and the number of samples in In this study, 90 people from the Beluluk Village community as respondents using purposive sampling technique. This study uses the JASP 0.14.1 tool for multiple regression analysis and its analytical methods. Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that Village Fund Allocation Management Accountability has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that the t count is 2,974 > 1,987 t table with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05, then H1 is accepted. Transparency in the use of Village Funds has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that t t-count is 3.207 > 1.987 with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, then H2 is accepted. The Village Fund Policy has a significant negative effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that t count is -2.886 > 1.987 with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05, then H3 is accepted. This study also shows that accountability for managing village fund allocations, transparency in the use of village funds, and village fund policies together have a significant and significant impact on community welfare. The results of the f test show f count 10,901 > 2,711 f table with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, then H4 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness and contribution of the types of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Kejaksaan Negeri Pangkalpinang Pangkalpinang from 2019 to 2021. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The object of this research is the types of non-tax state income. The data used in this study is data in the form of the State Revenue and Grants Budget Realization Report from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the total Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) studied in 2019 to 2021 the level of effectiveness has exceeded 100%, which means that the Kejaksaan Negeri Pangkalpinang Pangkalpinang ability to carry out its duties and functions as an Agency/Institution that generates Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) has been very effective. The contribution of the types of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) to Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) from 2019 to 2022 is still not evenly distributed, the type of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) with good criteria consists of Revenue from Sales of confiscated goods which has been decided/determined by the court with a contribution of 46.49% in 2019 and Traffic Fine Income with a contribution of 40.76% in 2020 while other types of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) contribute below 40% with the criteria moderate, low and very low.

Abstract

Companies often face obstacles in the process of recognizing all the consequences of tax calculations on financial statements. This causes differences between commercially recognized financial statements and fiscal financial statements. CV. Nusantara Makmur Sejahtera is a company that sells various types of facial, hair and body beauty products. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether CV. Nusantara Makmur Sejahtera has implemented PSAK No. 46 in the company's financial statements. The research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis, namely looking at the 2021 financial reports. The data used in this study is primary data, and the type of data used is documentary data. The research finding is that there is a difference between the financial statements that are recognized fiscally and commercially. This causes a negative fiscal correction to the depreciation account. Based on the calculation, the total negative fiscal correction is Rp. 58,830,650. So that the application of PSAK No. 46 in the financial statements of CV. Nusantara Makmur Sejahtera is not perfect yet. To overcome this problem, the company must follow the tax regulations that have been set by PSAK No. 46

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Analisis Pengaruh Komunikasi Bisnis dan Promosi Terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran (Studi Kasus Sari Teknik Motor Yamaha di Koba)”. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business communication and promotion on marketing performance either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted from February 2022 to June 2022. This study aims to analyze the effect of business communication and promotion on marketing performance, using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with a view to finding the relationship between the independent variables (Business Communication and Promotion) and the dependent variable (Marketing Performance) using statistical formulas. While the statistical formula used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Regression Analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 85 respondents. The results of the study prove that: Business Communication has no positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance (Sari Teknik Motor Yamaha). This is evidenced by the analysis of the tcount value of 0.372 and the ttable value of 1.663. So the value of tcount 0.372 < from ttable of 1.663, so it can be concluded that the Business Communication variable affects Marketing Performance. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance (Sari Teknik Motor Yamaha). This is evidenced by the analysis of the tcount value of 17,382 and the ttable value of 1,663. So the value of tcount is 17,382 > from ttable of 1,663, so it can be concluded that the Promotion variable does not affect Marketing Performance. Business Communication and Promotion have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Marketing Performance. This is evidenced by the analysis of the Fcount value of 151,272 and the Ftable value of 3.11. So the value of Fcount, so that it can be concluded that the variable of Business Communication and Promotion on Marketing Performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination seen from the adjusted R2 value of 0.782. This means that Marketing Performance is influenced by Business Communication and Promotion by 78.2%, while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Kombinasi; Transactional dan Transformational Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Klinik Intan Medika Pangkalpinang”. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on the work performance of employees at the Intan Medika Clinic. Examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on the work performance of employees at the Intan Medika Clinic. To examine and analyze the influence of transactional leadership style on the work performance of employees at the Intan Medika Clinic. To examine and analyze the dominant influence of the leadership style consisting of transformational and transactional or a combination on the work performance of employees at the Intan Medika Clinic. Either partially or simultaneously with a total of 90 pages without attachments. For the results of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R2 of 0.490 or can be defined as equivalent to 49%. It can be concluded that the influence of employee performance can be explained by a combination of leadership styles; transactional, and transformational during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang by 49%. There is a positive and significant effect of the combined leadership style variable on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang H0 was rejected, and H1 was accepted. This is proven by the value of 4,078 and the p-value < .001, then the decision H1 is accepted. There is a negative and significant effect of transactional leadership variables on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This is proven by the value of (-3.168) and p-value of 0.004, then the decision H2 is accepted. There is a positive and insignificant effect of transformational leadership variables on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This is proven by the value of 2,399 and p-value of 0.024, then the decision H3 is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence, namely; combined leadership style; transactional, and transformational on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang This is proven by the value of 9962 and p-value <.001, the decision is H4 accepted.

Abstract

The foundation is a non-profit company, and financial management within the company is the main key to the company's operational activities. Foundations have an obligation to disclose information about the source and use of the funds that have been obtained so that accountability, transparency, and participation are maintained. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accountability, transparency, and participation on financial management at the Santa Familia Foundation (Panti Bhakti Kasih Siti Anna). The approach used in this study uses a quantitative approach with the sampling technique used is purpose sampling. Methods of data collection with 46 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that accountability, transparency, and participation together have a positive and significant effect on financial management. The test results are proven by the F test where F count 15,068 > from F table 2.82 and partially accountability and participation have a positive effect on financial management as evidenced by the T-test where t count 2,129 > t table 1,682 for accountability variables and t count 5,132 > t Table 1.682 for the participation variable.

Abstract

This research was entitled in Bahasa Indonesia: “Pengaruh kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, komunikasi, Dan Motivasi Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Kasus pegawai Kantor Camat Taman Sari Kota Pangkalpinang)”. This research was conducted during the pandemic of Covid-19 (Maret 2022-June 2022) and it was administrated in the City of Pangkalpinang. The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the effect of the Quality of human resources, Communication, and Motivation is on Employee performance and productivity. This study runs by using quantitative data analysis and was using a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis along with a Coefficient of Determination. The results of the analysis state that the Quality of human resources variable has no effect on employee performance with the results (t-count (3.245) while t-table 1,705), in other words (t-count value (3.245) > t-table value 1,705) or value of significance 0,004 < 0,05 then clearly H1 is accepted. The results of the analysis state that the Communication variable has a positive effect on Employee performance with the results (t-count (3.121) while t-table 1,705), in other words (t-count value (3.121) > t-table value 1,705) or value of significance 0,001 < 0,05 then clearly H2 is accepted. The results of the analysis state that the Motivation variable has positif effect on Employee performance Productivity with the results (t-count (3.307) while t-table 1,705), in other words (t-count value (3.307) > t-table value 1,705) or value of significance 0,003 < 0,05 then clearly H3 is accepted. As simultaneously or together, it shows that the variables of Quality of human resources, Communication, and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee performance productivity with the results of F-count 34.186 and F-table value of 2,98. In other words, Fcount (34.186) > Ftable (2,98).), therefore it is shown that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. With the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0,797, which means that the effect of the independent variables on dependent variable simultaneously at 79,7%, and the remaining 20,3% is explained by other independent variables not used in this study.

Abstract

The theories used in this research are management theory, marketing theory, customer relationship marketing theory, customer value theory, and consumer loyalty theory. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach through a census sample approach, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. According to Sugiyono (2008), “saturated sampling or census is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated sampling is census.” The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method. The number of sampling in this study was 30 shops that became the target of this study. The results of this study show the results of Adjusted R2 value of 0.625 or can be defined as equivalent to 62.5%. It can be concluded that customer relationship marketing and customer value can explain the positive influence on consumer loyalty of 62.5%. The remaining 37.5% can be explained by other variables not used in this study. There is a significant influence of customer relationship marketing variables on consumer loyalty. This means that the t-test produced by individual customer relationship marketing research has a significant and positive influence on consumer loyalty. H1 is accepted with a value of 3.572 and a P-Value of 0.001. There is a significant effect of the customer value variable on consumer loyalty. This means that the t-test produced by individual research has a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty. H2 is accepted with a value of 3.353 and a P-Value of 0.002. The fourth hypothesis from the F test is that the values ​​obtained by consumer satisfaction, marketing communication, and customer values ​​have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at PT ASW Area Pangkalpinang City, Tamansari District, H1 is accepted, H3 is accepted, and the result is a value of 24,537 and P-Value <.001.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Analisis Pengaruh Earning Per Share dan Deviden Payout Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan United Tractors Tbk)”. This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on share prices in the United Tractors Tbk company for the 2008-2022 period. This study uses secondary data with the documentation method and processed with the JASP tool to test the multiple linear regression hypothesis. The results showed (1) Earning Per Share has a partial effect on stock prices, a significance value of 0.010 is less than 0.05 and a t count value of 3.039 is greater than a t table value of 2.17881. (2) The dividend payout ratio has no partial effect on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.175 is greater than 0.05 and the t count value is 1.441, which is less than the t table value of 2.17881. (3) Earning Per Share and Dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously influence the significance value of 0.027 which is less than 0.05 and the f count value is 4.970 which is greater than the f table value of 3.89.
