Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dengan judul: Strategi Komunikasi Lembaga Unit Pengumpul Zakat Dalam Menghimpun Zakat Profesi Aparatur Sipil Negara Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menjelaskan strategi komunikasi, hambatan dalam menghimpun zakat profesi serta keberhasilan strategi komunikasi  UPZ dalam menghimpun zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negara Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini strategi komunikasi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan komunikasi persuasif dalam bentuk konsep komunikasi islam yang dilakukan dengan model komunikasi linier, dua arah dan komunikasi transaksional. Hambatan yang dialami berupa perbedaan persepsi, krisis kepercayaan dan pemotongan zakat dilakukan di lembaga lain. Keberhasilan strategi komunikasi cukup berhasil, ditandai dengan yang tidak berzakat di UPZ hanya sekitar 2,79% serta sebanyak 696 dari 716 ASN bersedia menyalurkan zakat profesinya.Kata kunci     : Strategi Komunikasi, Lembaga Unit Pengumpul Zakat, Zakat Profesi, Aparatur Sipil Negara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan komunikasi politik Partai Persatuan Pembangunan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat petani di Kabupaten Langkat beserta hambatan yang dialami oleh partai tersebut. Teori, model dan konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian dan konsep komunikasi politik, teori pemasaran politik, teori difusi inovasi, model komunikasi SMCR, konsep etika komunikasi dan konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat petani. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian komunikasi politik Partai Persatuan Pembangunan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat petani yaitu: kampanye politik yang berisikan pesan-pesan pemberdayaan, penguatan komunikasi kelompok tani, Sosialisasi pentingnya penguatan ilmu pengetahuan, komunikasi penguatan keagamaan masyarakat petani, sosilisasi penguatan kondisi yang harmonis antar sesama petani. Pencapain Partai Persatuan Pembangunan Kabupaten Langkat meliputi: menjadi petani yang mandiri karena mampu membuat kebutuhan pertanian sendiri, petani mampu membuka usaha kecil menengah. Hambatan yang dihadapi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat petani meliputi: terbatasnya jumlah personil kader Partai Persatuan Pembangunan Kabupaten Langkat, akses jalan menuju lokasi pemberdayaan tidak baik, rendahnya antusiasme masyarakat terhadap akivitas pemberdayaan, terbatasnya biaya operasional untuk kegiatan pemberdayaan.   Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Politik, Partai Pesatuan Pembangunan, Pemberdayaan                     Masyarakat Petani.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and examine the phenomenon of "educational communication" at YPP Sunan Kalijaga Surabaya, particularly in the context of building "student character." At the end of the paper, the results are presented, which show that "educational communication" has been implemented at the Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Sunan Kalijaga Surabaya, especially between the teacher, ustaz and ustazah, and the santri (students). This educational communication is critical because, to achieve the foundation's goals, good communication between the teacher and the students must be developed, in addition to the significant role that teachers play in the process of education and learning of students. Language is an essential aspect of communication since it can shape the character of the students. For example, conversing in Javanese kromo or kromo inggil provides the students with a refined character and respect for others. This effective communication has an impact on the students’ character, particularly personality and disciplinary traits. The challenges include: (1) communication misunderstandings, (2) students’ lack of insight, and (3) teenage students who are in the age of self-discovery and are easily influenced by their surroundings.

Abstract

Reality is a social construct created by individuals. However, the truth of a social reality is relative, which applies appropriate specific context assessed by the relevant social actors. This scientific study was about to expose some analysis on the theory of social construction by humans subjectively through the mass media, as Berger and Luckman in the 1960s. Similarly, application of the theory presented in several studies done by some researchers. In this study note that media was very substance in the process of externalization, subjektivasi, and internalization in constructing social reality. The position of the social construction of the mass media is correct weaknesses and complement the social construction of reality, by putting all the advantages of mass media and the effects of media on the benefits of the social construction of the mass media on the social construction of reality.

Abstract

Abstrak:Saman adalah suatu tarian tradisonal yang berasal dari dataran tinggi Gayo tepatnya di provinsiAceh yang telah menjadi warisan budaya tak benda dan telah diakui oleh lembaga dunia UNESCO.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mempelajari serta mendalami nilai-nilai komunikasi Islamyang terdapat dalam tarianSaman Gayo, yaitu secara dominan terutama dalam syair-syairnya, gerakan,penari serta sampai pada kostum yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif. SamanGayo terdiri dari beberapa jenis yaitu:Saman jejunten, Saman jalu, Saman hiburan,Saman njik, Samanngerje, danJamu Saman sesuai cara dan tempatnya. Namun dari semua jenisSaman tersebut, padaumumnya berisikan syair-syair yang salah satu fungsinya adalah menyampaikan pesan-pesan atau nilainilaiIslam, karena dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tarian ini memang sarat dengan nilai-nilaikeislaman. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan syair-syair yang hampir keseluruhannya berisikan pesan-pesanmoral Islam, gerakan, penari serta kostum yang digunakan juga menandakan bahwa tarian ini adalahtarian tradisional yang tinggi nilai keislamannya. Ada banyak penjelasan lainnya berkaitan tentang tarianSaman Gayo yang telah dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Da'wah is one of the most important parts of a Muslim's life. Of course, over time, da'wah activities on social media have not only become the style of preachers, but must be carried out. Likewise, Ustadz Hanan Attaki preaches through his YouTube channel which is gentle and pleasant to hear, as well as his speaking style which is very millennial friendly and easy for mad'u to understand, making him much-loved and sought after which later becomes the research material for this article. The purpose of this research is to get information about Ustadz Hanan Attaki's da'wah message on the topic Like to postpone until when do you want it on Hanan Attaki's Youtube channel. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type using the Holsti theory content analysis method. Primary data sources were obtained from data uploaded on Hanan Attaki's YouTube channel on September 3, 2022 and secondary data in the form of documents, books with the topics studied and with previous important studies as a comparison for this study. This research was conducted with several stages and data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. Research shows that; Ustadz Hanan Attaki's da'wah message includes not delaying good deeds, tips so as not to delay goodness, as well as God's promises to people who do the slightest good.

Abstract

Abstract: In this study, according to the author it is important to do in order to see the understanding andpractice of politics MPU on the settlement of the conflict. The practice is meant is the participation of scholarsin an effort to drown out the various types of conflict such as those between Indonesia and GAM, between thecentral government and a number of giant companies that exist around Lhokseumawe, between the politicalelite and the government with NGOs in addition to reviewing the settlement of business they do. Thisresearch is a field research, by taking some data collection techniques are the first in-depth interviews withsix scholars as the samples were taken by purposive sampling, ie scholars who joined the MPU. In thisthesis, the author discusses the position of ulama in Acehnese society and also the history of the growingconflict in Aceh and Lhokseumawe impact on society. In addition it also explained the history of the ulamaAceh quick active role in resolving conflicts in various areas of public life, and not least also need to explainwhat should be done by the MPU in the resolution of political conflicts. Based on the results found in thefield is MPU as a forum for scholars in the city of Lhokseumawe is a group of people who respected andadmired, and are expected to play an active role in society. MPU Lhokseumawe not a passive group inpolitical matters, as well as the notion some people, but active role within the scientific task of scholars.Dalam penelitian ini, menurut penulis penting untuk dilakukan dalam rangka untuk melihat pemahamandan praktek politik MPU terhadap penyelesaian konflik. Praktek yang dimaksudkan adalah peran sertaulama dalam upaya meredam berbagai jenis konflik seperti yang terjadi antara RI-GAM, antara pemerintahpusat dengan sejumlah perusahaan raksasa yang ada disekitar Lhokseumawe, antara para elit politikdan pemerintah dengan LSM disamping mengkaji usaha penyelesaian yang mereka lakukan. Penelitianini adalah penelitian lapangan(field research), dengan menempuh beberapa teknik pengumpulan datayaitupertama wawancara mendalam(depth interviem) dengan 6 ulama yang dijadikan sampel yangdiambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu ulama yang bergabung dalam MPU. Dalam tesis inipenulis membahas tentang kedudukan ulama dalam masyarakat Aceh dan juga sejarah konflik yang berkembangdi Aceh serta dampaknya terhadap masyarakat Lhokseumawe. Selain itu menjelaskan pula sejarah ringkasperan aktif ulama Aceh dalam menyelesaikan konflik dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan masyarakat, dantak kalah pentingnya pula perlu dijelaskan apa yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh MPU dalam penyelesaiankonflik politik. Berdasarkan hasil yang ditemukan di lapangan adalah MPU sebagai wadah ulama di KotaLhokseumawe merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang dihormati dan disegani serta diharapkan berperanaktif dalam masyarakat. MPU Lhokseumawe bukan kelompok yang pasif dalam persoalan politik, sebagaimanaanggapan sementara orang, tapi aktif melakukan perannya dalam batas tugas keilmuan ulama.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Politik, Majelis Permusyarawatan Ulama, Konflik

Abstact:Thisstudyaimsto findoutthe communication pattern Dalihan Na Tolu, the mediausedandthe communicationbarrierfacedbyDalihanNaToluontheethnicmarriagecustomsofMandailinginMandailing NatalRegency. Datacollectingtechniqueinthisresearchisdirectobservationinthefieldbylookingand observing the process ofcustomary marriage from start to finish, depth interviews conducted with some customary figures, and documentation related to the research. The result ofthe research shows that: 1) The communication pattern conducted by Dalihan Na Tolu on Mandailing ethnic marriage custom is interpersonalcommunicationpattern,familycommunication,groupcommunication,publiccommunica- tion,masscommunicationandIslamiccommunication.2)Mediausedthroughtraditionalmediaand modernmedia. Traditionalmediaarebetel,salipi,gondangwaitingfortwo,ogung,pangupaandinterper- sonalmedium(messenger).Modern mediaisinvitationletter,flowerboard,phoneandhandphon,social media(facebook,line,whatsapp,instagram,messenger) andradio.3)ObstaclesfoundbyDalihanNa Toluonmarriagecustomsisaculturalbarrierthatiswhenthereisamarriage ofthe family.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pola komunikasi Dalihan Na Tolu, media yang digunakan dan hambatan komunikasi yang dihadapi oleh Dalihan Na Tolu pada adat pernikahan etnik Mandailing di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpul datapadapenelitianiniadalahobservasisecaralangsungdilapangandenganmelihatdan memperhatikan proses adat pernikahan mulai dari awal sampai akhir, wawancara mendalam (depth interview) yang dilakukan dengan beberapa tokoh adat, dan dokumentasi terkait dengan penelitian. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkanbahwa:1)PolakomunikasiyangdilakukanolehDalihanNaTolupada adat pernikahan etnik Mandailing adalah pola komunikasi antarpribadi, komunikasi keluarga, komunikasi kelompok, komunikasi publik, komunikasi massa dan komunikasi Islami. 2) Media yang digunakan melalui media tradisional dan media modern. Media tradisional yaitu sirih, salipi, gondang tunggu-tunggu dua, ogung, pangupa dan media antarpribadi (utusan). Media modern yaitu surat undangan, papan bunga, telepon dan handphon, sosial media dan radio. 3) Hambatan yang ditemukan oleh Dalihan Na Tolu pada adat pernikahan adalah hambatan budaya yaitu apabila ada pernikahan semarga. Pernikahan semarga dilarangoleh adatkarenadianggapmerupakanpernikahansedarah.Kata kunci: Pola Komunikasi, Dalihan Na Tolu, Adat Pernikahan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe community participation in village community development, as well as determine the driving factors that influence active community participation in village community development. The method used in this research is literature study, which is taken from several journals related to the material discussed in this journal. The result of this research is that the success of a development process cannot be separated from the participation of members of the community, because in principle development is shown to create a prosperous society. Therefore, the responsibility for the success or failure of development is not only in the hands of the government but also in the hands of the community. Therefore, awareness and active participation from the community is one of the keys to successful development, in this case achieving development targets needs to be demonstrated by government policy. In this connection it can be said that development which is in process is determined by the size of community participation, namely participation in planning, participation in implementation, participation in monitoring and assessment.
