<![CDATA[The state is an area that becomes an umbrella for the people under its auspices. Of course, in a country, a system is needed to organize society so that it is in one command line. So that the country can maintain order and order. The Indonesian state with a majority population as Muslims is an easy target for groups who want to establish a caliphate state, even though Indonesia has implemented a democratic system, because it sees the background of the Indonesian people consisting of various religions. This research method uses literature studies, namely literature studies which contain related theories that have relevant relationships with the problems studied by researchers. So from this research produces that the khilafah system cannot be applied in Indonesia. Because even though what is applied is not a caliphate system, the religious rights of the community are still respected and upheld, even being the basis in law, for example, related to marriage law and inheritance rights.]]>

<![CDATA[Marriage is one of the ceremonial which makes the union of two souls, become a family through akad agreement set by religious rules. The series of marriage procession couldnot be separated with the custom. One of the traditions that stick around on the wedding procession in the society of SelogudigVillage is Rokatan. Rokatan procession is ruwatan procession or ritual, ruwatan tradition by bride-groom to be which would be holdin the wedding ceremonial. The majority of Selogudig’s society argues that there are many values and benefits contained in this Rokat bride-groom to be tradition, just like to get blessing and salvation, especially for family’s long life become a better family or either called sakinah mawaddah and wa rahmah. On the other hand, the core term of rokat is saving the life, from both of the nuisance that can be seen by the sense of sight or the nuisance of the creature (spirit). For the society who agree or accept this rokat traditions, assume that this ritual is nota ritual act of far-fetched, because behind this rokat traditions there is the meaning as an effort to save yourself from all distractions and to be closer to his God. However, for the groups who disagree or unaccepted this rokatbride-groom to be, reasoned that rokatan is one of ritual heresy as well as his actions closer to the polytheists.]]>

<![CDATA[The understanding of kafaah in Javanese traditional marriages is an internalization of Islamic values as an assimilation of Javanese customs. There is a Javanese traditional marriage process with various considerations, so the concept of kafaah can be used as an option for consideration that is humanistic and beneficial. In fact, the traditional understanding regarding proposals in Javanese customs is a form of local wisdom that becomes a habit, but also not a little too much, causing problems in the future. It is also something that should be realized together, that goodness should be seen and carried out from the consideration of religious aspects, which is expected to minimize disputes. This type of research uses library research, a series of research activities related to library data collection methods. The analysis includes data presentation and discussion is carried out qualitatively and conceptually. Data analysis must always be linked to the context and construct of the analysis. Departing from the legal basis of kafaah in Islam, the size of the concept of kafaah and efforts to integrate the proposal in Javanese customs are expected to create religious considerations and awareness of the proposal process. So that it can minimize problems that arise due to elements of habit that are too prioritized. Integration is one of the paths towards policy in determining potential life partners.]]>

<![CDATA[The Qur'an is a holy book that was revealed directly by Allah to humans through His messenger, the Prophet Muhammad. Understanding the Qur'an which was directly revealed by the Creator makes humans also demand an understanding of how the position of humans with God is, it doesn't stop there, this will continue with widespread understanding and thinking about the concepts of life that humans want to understand completely. So that it is necessary to understand both the position of humans and God in order to find a good and correct understanding of what God means in the Qur'an as a provision for humans to complete their duties in the world, then try to discuss the Basic Structure of Weltanschauung Al-Quran and the Ontology Between God and Humans. The Quran explains that there is a relationship between man and God. The relationship between God and man can be in the form of ontological relations, communication relations, master and servant and ethical relations which in some of these relationships need to be related to one another. This perfect relationship then makes a certain group, the group is called the Muslim community. The Qur'an explains that the position of the Qur'an is to mediate between this world and the hereafter, where the Qur'an acts as a liaison or something that represents the transition between the two (world and the hereafter).]]>

<![CDATA[One of the reform eras was marked by the implementation of democracy in all life in society, nation, and state. In a democracy, the role of community participation in the preparation of regional regulations is very urgent. Therefore, this study examines the role of community participation in drafting a regional regulation on the protection of migrant workers in the Blitar Regency. This qualitative descriptive research uses a sociological juridical approach in conducting its research. The data collection technique used in-depth interviews, documentation, and the participation of researchers in the research area. While the data analysis technique uses content analysis by sorting out the data according to the problem being studied. This study resulted in the following conclusions. First, the role of community participation in the preparation of regional regulations regarding the protection of migrant workers in Blitar Regency is based on Law Number 28 of 1999 Article 9 paragraph 1. migrant workers, including community forums and special committees. Third, the implementation of community aspirations in Blitar Regency is carried out with the following three things, among others: socialization through print and electronic media, stakeholders, and related government.]]>

<![CDATA[he phenomenon of early marriage is a subject that is not only interesting, but also urgent to be understood in more depth. Apart from various policies and programs that have been implemented to reduce the rate of early marriage. In relation to psychological well-being, this phenomenon can make a significant contribution to adolescents' experiences in various aspects of their lives. Early marriage is a phenomenon that urgently needs to be studied in depth in the context of adolescent psychological development, especially in the Tersono sub-district. In the areas we studied, there was an increase in cases of marriage at an age where they were not yet fully mature physically, emotionally and socially. This condition raises various critical questions regarding its impact on the psychological well-being of teenagers affected by cases of early marriage. This type of research is field research and the author focuses more on qualitative research methods in carrying out this analysis. Factors that influence early marriage include economic factors, low awareness of the importance of education, cultural factors, factors from the individual himself, and from social media. Early marriage has a negative impact on adolescent well-being, reproductive health, employment opportunities and mental health.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the challenges of harmonious unity in differences in cross-organizational marriages between Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah within the household. The main focus of the research is to understand the impact of different views of religious organizations on the dynamics of relationships and interactions between couples from NU and Muhammadiyah organizations. With a qualitative approach, this research involves in-depth interviews and observations of couples who face this problem. The research results show that differences in principles and values between NU and Muhammadiyah can create tension in the household, requiring more intense open communication and the ability to manage differences wisely. This research also highlights the importance of an inclusive approach and mutual respect to strengthen harmony in households across religious organizations. The implications of these findings can contribute to efforts to understand the dynamics of marriage across organizations and design interventions that support the sustainability of unity despite differences in society.Keeyword : Harmony, Marriage, Cross-organization.]]>

<![CDATA[Muslims. Performing prayers on time is an absolute prerequisite for prayers to be considered valid. Determining prayer times is important because based on Islamic teachings, prayer times have been determined and are closely related to the movement of the sun and geographical conditions. Astronomical and geographical factors, such as the sun, latitude and longitude, influence the determination of prayer times. The morning prayer begins before the sun rises, Dhuhr when the sun is at the top of the sky, Asr before the sun sets, Maghrib when the sun sets, and Isha after dusk ends. The suitability of prayer times to seasonal changes is also taken into account in areas that experience significant variations in weather and duration of day and night. Observance of prayer times is an integral part of a Muslim's adherence to religious teachings. Spiritual awareness and devotion to Allah are reflected in efforts to perform prayers at the specified times. It also creates a deep spiritual discipline, strengthening the connection between humans and their creator. Commitment to understanding and adhering to prayer times according to religious guidelines is essential in maintaining a Muslim's obedience. Most Muslims rely on local religious authorities or religious institutions to determine appropriate prayer times according to geographic and astronomical factors. This strengthens Muslims' attachment to religious teachings, making determining prayer times an integral part of their spiritual life.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of thought in the Islamic world that is emerging today is very diverse in politics, economics, feminism, and so on. This idea emerged in Africa, India and Sudan. Apart from these areas, Islamic thought and studies have also developed widely in Europe and America. The term sharia reform that An-Na'im uses as his idea goes beyond Muslim fundamentalism and secularism in responding to contemporary discourse, including justice, democracy, human freedom as individuals and their obligations towards the environment. Is it true that Islam has been able to answer all contemporary problems, is it true that social problems have answers only outside Islam? Shouldn't Islam be a modern ideology that remains alive? This research uses normative research because the research uses library materials as the main data for analyzing cases. This research specifically examines the study of Islamic law reform ideas by Abdullah Ahmad An-Na'im. An-Naim offers a new alternative methodology in uncovering Islamic views on Human Rights. His main concern is Islamic law with its relationship to modern international issues such as human rights, modern constitutionalism and modern criminal law. According to him, Islamic law currently requires total deconstruction reform.]]>

<![CDATA[Nurcholis Majid is an Islamic thinker who has had a strong and broad influence in the history of Indonesian Islamic intellectualism. His thoughts had a very broad impact on Islamic religious life, and more than that, he even became a reference and direction for Indonesian Muslim intellectuals. One proof of how strong Nurcholis Majid's influence is is that he succeeded in developing intellectual discourse among Islamic society in a modern, open and democratic way. The type of research carried out by the researcher is normative legal research, because the researcher uses library materials as the main data to analyze cases, this research specifically examines Nurcholish Madjid's Study of Islamic Reform. Modernization according to Nurcholis Madjid means rationalization, namely to obtain maximum efficiency in thinking and working, for the happiness of mankind is an imperative and fundamental command of God. Modernization means thinking and working according to fitrah and Sunnatullah (divine law) which is haq (because nature is haq).]]>
