Abstract

The most non-formal education that has emerged in the midst of society is Islamic educational institutions in the form of Majlis Ta'lim. Majlis Ta'lim or religious community, one of which is the hijrah community, is called the hijrah movement called YukNgaji. This hijrah movement is a hijrah community which focuses on a group of millinial children who want to change their lives by leaving the bad things that happen by becoming more obedient to Allah SWT. This research uses a qualitative method using a phenomenological approach by exploring the meaning in depth related to the educational curriculum model in the YukNgaji community in Bintaro. The development of millinneal da'wah in the Yuk Ngaji community by utilizing technology and information in delivering da'wah content in the form of da'wah of akidah, fiqh and morals. Keywords: Non-formal education, Majlis Ta'lim, and YukNgaji Community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang Kurikulum yang akan segera diterapkan di dunia pendidikan Indonesia menggantikan kurikulum yang berlaku sekarang ini yaitu kurikulum 2013. Kurikulum baru tersebut disebut dengan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana data penelitian berasal dari jurnal-jurnal dan buku yang membahas tentang kurikulum merdeka, kemudian data yang dihasilkan berupa penjelasan dan penjabaran terhadap hasil data yang telah didapat. adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, yaitu mencari sumber penelitian dari buku, dan juga jurnal- jurnal yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terhadap kurikulum merdeka didapatkan bahwa kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum baru setelah kurikulum 2013 yang dicanangkan oleh Kemendikbud yaitu Nadim Makarim, pada hakikatnya Kurikulum merdeka merupakan inovasi terbaru dari kurikulum yang pernah diterapkan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari diberlakukannya kurikulum merdeka adalah untuk menciptkana Sumber Daya Manusia yang unggu dan dapat bersaing didunia kerja, selain itu kurikulum ini juga ditujukan kepada seluruh jenjang pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia hal ini bermaksud agar proses pembelajaran tidak hanya berfokus pada kemampuan peserta didik dikelas saja akan tetapi kemampuan skill mereka juga dikembangkan agar terciptanya peserta didik yang unggul dan kreatif dilingkungan sekolah maupun masyaraktnya

Abstract

Kurangnya ketertarikan Nasabah memanfaatkan Mobile Banking bank muamalat KCP Panyabungan dan kurangnya pengetahuan nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking, maka peneliti sangat tertarik melihat masalah ini lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan minat nasabah memanfaatkan mobile banking. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner dengan sampel 73 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Dari analisis data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah (Y) dan taraf signifikan (0,002 < 0,005) dan dengan nilai T hitung>T tabel sebesar (3,764 > 1,986). Kemudian kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah dengan taraf signifikan, (0,01 > 0,005) dan dengan nilai f hitung > f tabel sebesar, (7,772 >3,10) dan koefisien determinannya (R2) sebesar 0,147 yang berarti kesemuanya mempengaruhi 14,7%, selebihnya atau sebesar 85,3% dipengaruhi variable lain selain variable kualitas layanan (X1).

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada Dosen tentang penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley sebagai alat referensi dan sumber referensi dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Pelatihan ini diberikan secara langsung di lokasi pengabdian Kampus Teknik Universitas Muslim (UMI). Ini merupakan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan di bidang akademik dan profesional. Dosen yang mengikuti pelatihan ini akan memperoleh manfaat baik. Mendeley meningkatkan kualitas karya ilmiah dosen, menghemat waktu dalam manajemen referensi, meningkatkan akurasi sitasi dan referensi, dan meningkatkan kualitas karya ilmiah secara keseluruhan. Dosen harus diberi kesempatan untuk mencoba dan menggunakan pengetahuan mereka dalam memproduksi hasil penelitian. Dosen memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konsep dengan melakukan latihan praktis, seperti mengimpor referensi atau membuat daftar pustaka. Kegiatan diikuti 17 dosen dari empat program studi, dan berhasil 95% dengan kegegalan 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method (AHP) in selecting employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Djoeragan Ayam Penyet East Jakarta. The AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the national and regional economies. With the advancement of the global economy and intensified market competition, the ability to innovate and integrate information technology has become crucial factors that can determine the survival and success of MSMEs. However, there are differing findings and practical implications that warrant further exploration through a comprehensive theoretical review of literature within a broader context. This study will comprehensively analyze the substantial impact of information technology capabilities and innovation on strategy development and competitive advantage in culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises in Indonesia. It seeks to incorporate findings from previous studies, assess the direct and indirect impacts of technology and innovation capabilities, and propose potential avenues for further research that could assist stakeholders in formulating effective strategies to improve competitiveness in global markets.

Abstract

Sales Information System (SIP) is an integral part of business operations in the food and beverage industry. This research aims to develop a SIP specifically for Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology was chosen as the framework for the development of this system. This approach allows for structured stages, from planning to maintenance, that are in line with business needs. The research started with the planning stage which involved analyzing user requirements and formulating system objectives. Next, a system analysis stage was conducted to understand the business processes, information flow, and functional requirements of the system. The next system design stage establishes the architecture and technical specifications of the system. System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. The result of this research is an SIP that is integrated with the sales activities of Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The system includes features such as inventory management, order recording, and sales tracking. Through the application of SDLC, the development of this system can be done in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring business needs are met optimally.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of information systems integration in improving the performance of financial management and human resources (HR) at PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk. Through Literature Research, this research details the information system integration strategy implemented by the company and its impact on financial and HR management. The results show that effective information system integration enables better access to financial information, supports more timely decision making, and improves the company's operational efficiency. In addition, information system integration also contributes to HR management processes, including recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluation. The findings highlight the importance of investment in information technology and HR development as strategies to improve overall company performance. The practical implications of this study provide valuable insights for company management in designing integrated strategies to achieve their business goals.

Abstract

Technology company Apple Inc. is a market leader in IOS-based Smartphone sales. In market control, this company can quickly expand its sales wings with its official distributors to be able to reach several countries, especially buyers. The resulting products have a fairly good strategic power targeting the middle to upper segments. The methodology is exposed that the marketing of the products used leads to premium services and digital media-based distribution. The strategy adopted by Apple Inc. has proven to be very effective because the introduction of products that have an exclusive image makes loyal customers wait for the presence of their products until they reach their official distributors. By conducting good research and development (R&D) on its product line, it makes it challenging to run the market to the global corner. This study provides strategy and understanding of the business perspective of Apple Inc. technology.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the implementation of management information system to improve employee performance in the company. The method used is qualitative descriptive method of analysis. The data sources used are various references or library sources about the study of the implementation of management information systems to improve employee performance. Data collection techniques through documentation techniques, namely by carefully and critically reading various references. The result of this study is that the implementation of management information system provides benefits for employees by providing time efficiency, data accuracy, work effectiveness and group management that it can improve employee performance in the company.
