Abstract

This study aims to analyze the response of netizens to the issue of moving the National Capital City (IKN) in the episode "The Fate of the IKN in the Hands of Prabowo and Jokowi's Evaluation of the Head of the IKN, from Land Issues to Investment" on TempoDotCo 's YouTube channel Bocor Alus Politik. Through a nethnography approach, this study examines the comments of netizens in response to the issue, revealing various expressions of digital politics, social identity, and criticism of public policy. Using the Public Sphere theory, and media equation theory, this study highlights the dynamics of interaction between satirical media, public opinion, and digital political participation. he results of the study indicate that netizens' comments serve not only as a means of political expression but also as a reflection of collective negotiation and public discourse surrounding IKN policies. The findings indicate three predominant patterns in netizens' opinions. The first is a rejection of the IKN project, encompassing controversies over its development, concerns regarding its potential impacts, and widespread public skepticism. Second, the perspective of governance and leadership, including the management of the capital city and the political situation of Indonesia. and the third development project of the capital city is considered good which includes community support. This research contributes to a new understanding of digital political literacy and the importance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary political discourse. The novelty of this research lies in the use of nethnography to examine public responses in the context of satirical media, which is rarely the focus of political communication studies.

Abstract

Complaining is a common emotional response to illness, yet its impact on healing is rarely examined from a multidisciplinary perspective. This article aims to analyze how complaining influences the recovery process through psychological, Islamic spiritual, and medical lenses. The method used was a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from scientific articles published between 2015 and 2024 using Scopus, PubMed, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. Findings reveal that excessive complaining amplifies stress, worsens mental health, and disrupts the immune system. Psychologically, uncontrolled complaints are linked to low emotional resilience. From an Islamic view, patience (shabr) and supplication to God provide spiritual strength and mental stability. Medically, emotional stress raises cortisol levels, negatively impacting tissue healing and immune responses. This study underscores the urgency of a holistic approach that integrates psychological, spiritual, and medical dimensions in healthcare services. It contributes to scientific discourse by offering a model for more humane and comprehensive healthcare. Further empirical studies are recommended to validate this integration in clinical settings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between product image, user image, brand ambassador, promotion, price and product quality on consumer decisions to buy fashion product online in e-commerce of generation z at Bandar Lampung city. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study was 500. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires using google forms as a medium. The results of the t test show that the product image variable has significant effect on purchasing decisions for buy fashion product with a tcount value greater than ttable (4,163 > 1,965), the user image variable has significant negative effect on purchasing decisions for buy fashion product with a tcount value greater than ttable (4,356 > 1,965), the brand ambassador variable has significant negative effect on purchasing decisions for buy fashion product with a tcount value greater than ttable (3,664 > 1,965), the promotion variable has significant effect on purchasing decisions for buy fashion product with a tcount value greater than ttable (5,255 > 1,965), the price variable has significant effect on purchasing decisions for buy fashion product with a tcount value greater than ttable (8,966 > 1,965), and product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for buy fashion product products with a tcount value greater than ttable (11,077 > 1,965). Product image, user image, brand ambassador, promotion, price and product quality variables simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions for buy fashion product online in e-commerce of generation z at Bandar Lampung city.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of English proficiency, learning motivation, and social support to accounting students’ professionalism and learning strategies in the global era. The rapid globalization requires students to possess not only technical skills but also effective international communication abilities. In this context, English proficiency is crucial for accounting students to access international literature and understand global standards. Additionally, high learning motivation encourages students to be more disciplined and active in academic activities, while social support from the academic environment plays a role in enhancing their confidence and professionalism. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey involving 200 accounting students from various universities in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The analysis results show that all three factors significantly impact students’ professionalism and learning strategies. English proficiency is positively correlated with improved professionalism and learning strategies, while learning motivation enhances students' professionalism quality, and social support plays an essential role in developing professional attitudes and improving learning strategies. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating these three factors into higher education curricula to prepare students for global challenges and enhance their competitiveness in the international job market.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect big five personality to happiness to students from Maluku in Malang. The research subjects were 32 people who were students from Maluku and were studying in the city of Malang, aged 19 - 27 years. The research instrument uses a Likert scale, namely Big Five Inventory (BFI) to measure big five personality And Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ) to measure happiness. After testing, the results obtained were not significant (sig = 0.130>0.05), which means that big five personality does not affect happiness to students from Maluku in Malang. Apart from that, the role percentage big five personality in influencing happiness only 7.5%, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the procedures involved in the provision of Kredit Guna Bhakti (KGB) at Bank Bjb KCP Mitra Batik Tasikmalaya, identify the challenges encountered during the process, and evaluate the solutions implemented to address these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection methods through interviews with bank staff, direct observation of the credit process, and literature review. Findings reveal that the KGB procedure consists of several key stages: application submission, credit analysis, credit decision, credit agreement, and fund disbursement. However, its implementation faces both internal and external challenges, such as limited credit staff resulting in slower service, and a lack of understanding among prospective borrowers regarding the credit procedure. To address these issues, the bank has prepared appropriate solutions. Overall, the KGB procedure at Bank Bjb KCP Mitra Batik has been carried out effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to review the mortgage lending process in a bank, focusing on procedures, requirements, and challenges faced by both the bank and customers. The research background is based on the author's internship experience at the bank, providing an opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the mortgage approval mechanism from a practical perspective. This study employs a qualitative method, utilizing interviews with bank employees involved in the mortgage application process and literature studies related to banking policies. The findings reveal that mortgage approval involves a comprehensive evaluation of the borrower's financial capability, including credit analysis and compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, several challenges were identified, such as the lengthy administrative process and credit risk factors that the bank must consider. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that mortgage lending requires a balance between the bank's interests and customer needs, necessitating innovations in procedures and service optimization to improve process efficiency.

Abstract

This study investigates the English language needs of Islamic Economic Law students at STITNU Sakinah Dharmasraya. In the era of globalization, English proficiency is crucial for academic and professional success, particularly in fields that intersect with global issues, such as Islamic economic law. This research is using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved interviews, observations, and data analysis to identify students’ English competencies and challenges. The Findings in this research show that students require strong skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, especially to understand international literature, compose academic and legal documents, and participate in global discourse. However, students face major obstacles such as limited vocabulary rela ted to Sharia and economic terminology, and a lack of confidence in speaking due to minimal exposure. Despite these challenges, students demonstrate high motivation to improve their English for academic advancement and career opportunities. The study emphasizes the need for English instruction tailored to the specific demands of Islamic economic law to better prepare students for global competitiveness

Abstract

  This study aims to examine the effectiveness of education in improving the welfare of coastal communities through sustainable management of marine resources in Kairatu Village, West Seram Regency, Maluku Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents who are coastal communities, supplemented by limited interviews to enrich the data. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression to determine the effect of the effectiveness of education (independent variable) on the level of welfare of coastal communities (dependent variable). The results of the analysis show that there is a strong, positive, and significant relationship between the effectiveness of education and community welfare, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.72. This means that 72% of the variation in coastal community welfare can be explained by the effectiveness of education, while the rest is influenced by other external factors. This study shows that education that is right on target, locally based, and contextual has a major contribution in increasing community capacity in managing marine resources sustainably. Therefore, strengthening education in coastal areas is an important strategy in efforts to improve the quality of life and empower the economy of coastal communities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent of gross motor skills of grade 5 elementary school students in SDN 003 Seri Kuala Lobam. The researcher took research samples at the school location in the coastal area. According to local elementary school teachers and also the results of researchers' observations over the years, there are differences in the development of both academic and non-academic elementary school students between areas adjacent to the sea and those that are not. including in his gross motor development. Motor development is very necessary for children's development, especially in school. gross motor is a skill that requires coordination of a large part of the child's body. Based on the above opinion, it is concluded that gross motor is a physical movement activity that requires coordination of the limbs by using their large muscles. Students who have good motor skills are able to do sports skills than students who have fission skills. From the explanation above, the researcher wants to conduct research on the Gross Motor Ability Profile of students, where this is the main focus because Gross Motor Skills is very important to be mastered by a person because he can do daily activities, without having good movements he will lag behind others, such as: running, jumping, pushing, throwing, catching, kicking and so on, these activities require and use large muscles in a person's body
