Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informatika disertai dengan teknologi komputer yang canggih dalam waktu yang relatif singkat telah mencapai perkembangannya sampai di setiap bidang kerja dan di setiap lapisan masyarakat. Pada dasarnya teknologi informatika dikembangkan untuk mempermudah masyarakat pada umumnya untuk mendapatkan informasi yang layak untuk dikonsumsi. Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pekerjaan, pemrosesan/pengolahan data-data penting serta pelayanan sebagaimana diharapkan oleh masyarakat. Dalam melaksanakan Good Government Politeknik Negeri Ketapang merencanakan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang kinerja manajemen pemerintahan sebagai upaya mengimplementasikan dan mengembangkan pinformasi yang terpadu. Lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang baik harus memiliki sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan yang cukup dan baik guna memberikan pelayanan prima kepada seluruh civitas akademika. Politeknik Negeri Ketapang sebagai lembaga pendidikan tinggi bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang meliputi penerimaan, pengeluaran, dan penyimpanan dana dalam jumlah yang cukup besar. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat, penggunaan sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan menjadi semakin penting guna mempercepat proses pengolahan data, meningkatkan akurasi, dan mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi Simara yang dapat membantu pengelolaan keuangan di Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi pengelolaan keuangan di Politeknik Negeri Ketapang serta menjadi rujukan bagi institusi lain yang memiliki kebutuhan serupa dalam pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

This year, the use of Skintific skincare products has experienced a significant surge in sales percentages. Based on observations in the beauty and cosmetics market, Skintific has recorded revenues reaching billions to trillions of rupiahs annually. This indicates that business opportunities in the beauty industry are highly promising, especially in recent years. However, intense competition in the beauty industry has given rise to numerous new cosmetic brands that often promote their products excessively, a practice known as overclaim. This behavior is often carried out unconsciously, yet it misleads targeted consumers and constitutes fraudulent practices. In this study, the author conducted a scraping process of customer reviews on Skintific cosmetics from Instagram, one of the popular social media platforms. The approach used was a Deep Learning method with the BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) algorithm. The research analyzed 1,000 customer reviews from the official Instagram account of Skintific. The findings reveal that the phenomenon of overclaim in Skintific products was only 0.0015% of the total reviews, which is starkly lower compared to other cosmetic products in the beauty industry

Abstract

Digitalization is one of the most influential technological advancements today, including in document or archive management. Physical archives are often vulnerable to damage and challenging to access, making digitalization a solution to enhance accessibility, storage efficiency, and archive protection. This study aims to implement a document database in the neighborhood association environment (rukun tetangga) as an innovative step toward digital archiving. The methodology used is the waterfall development model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, database implementation, and performance evaluation. The results of the study indicate that implementing a database for document archiving at the neighborhood association level successfully improves the quality of administrative services, supports transparency, and strengthens the accountability of local document management. This study contributes a simple database that facilitates archive digitalization in neighborhood associations, which can be further developed for broader applications in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Digital Customs and Excise Administration System at the Customs Counseling, Service, and Consultation Office (KPPBC) TMP C Ketapang to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services. The system development method used is Agile Software Development with a Scrum model approach, enabling rapid iterations and adaptations based on user needs. The system is designed through four main stages: system architecture design, data flow modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML), database design, and user interface design. The research findings indicate that the system generates various digital forms, such as login forms, staff data entry forms, letter submission forms, and document tracking forms, facilitating structured data management and document tracking. The implementation of this system has successfully improved administrative efficiency, reduced manual errors, and simplified access for service users. The conclusion of this study is that a web-based digital administration system can be an effective solution for digitizing customs services, with recommendations for further development to align with technological advancements and user requirements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Trenggalek to adopt digital marketing strategies as part of their digital transformation. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 44 respondents. The analyzed indicators include experience, satisfaction, interactivity, and knowledge, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the digital transformation process. The results indicate that MSME in Trenggalek have a relatively high level of readiness to adopt digital marketing strategies. Respondents provided positive assessments of their digital interaction experience and their ability to understand digital marketing strategies. However, the main challenges faced include limitations in technological infrastructure, access to funding, and technical skills. This study provides strategic insights to encourage the adoption of digital transformation among MSME through strengthening the digital ecosystem, improving human resource skills, and expanding technological support.

Abstract

Children's Empowerment and Protection Orphanage The DKI Jakarta Orphanage for the Poor is a government agency in charge of the social sector. One of them focuses on People with Social Problems (PMKS). One method that will be used is the waterfall method. The Annimah Orphanage Program has been computerized by creating a web-based system and providing an office where orphanage administrators and members can manage care efficiently. Testing of this application system uses the black-box testing method. In terms of reporting orphanage data, managers can utilize the Annimah Orphanage Information System website to their advantage. It is hoped that the Annimah Orphanage will attract the interest of donors as a result of the expanded information dissemination of this system..

Abstract

The case of KSP Indosurya has once again attracted public attention after the alleged perpetrator, who is also the founder of the cooperative, was acquitted by the Chief Judge of the West Jakarta District Court of all charges. The ruling stated that while the defendant was proven to have committed the alleged acts, they did not constitute a criminal offense but rather a civil matter. This verdict sparked widespread public reaction and became a trending topic on Indonesian Twitter. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify and classify public sentiment regarding the KSP Indosurya case using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The results show that negative sentiment dominated, leading to the conclusion that public sentiment on Twitter in Indonesia toward the KSP Indosurya case is predominantly negative. This conclusion is based on sentiment analysis of 1,200 data points using the Naïve Bayes method.

Abstract

Penusupan Village is located in Pangkah District, Tegal Regency. The limited use and implementation of information system technology in local governance have resulted in the village not yet having an optimal information system service for its residents. For example, population data management is still unclear—there are instances where names of deceased individuals remain listed as eligible voters, which should have already been addressed by the village's administrative services. This issue became the basis for designing an information system for Penusupan Village. An information system is a set of components that processes, stores, analyzes, and distributes information, consisting of people, technology, and work procedures to achieve specific goals. The proposed information system for Penusupan Village is developed in the form of a website, aimed at supporting data management and providing accessible information services for the community. The system design is carried out using the Scrum methodology as the research approach. Scrum is a process framework used to manage complex product development. The Penusupan Village information system website utilizes the Laravel framework for the back-end and Bootstrap for the front-end, supported by the PHP programming language. The use of PHP is intended to ensure the website functions dynamically while enabling faster, more secure, and more efficient development.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the UD Rizky Ananta promotional website using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The SUS method provides a quantitative assessment of usability and user satisfaction, while also identifying areas for improvement to enhance the overall user experience. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 10 items distributed via Google Forms, using a convenience sampling method to reach easily accessible respondents. The author hopes that the results of this study can serve as a reference for improving and developing the UD Rizky Ananta promotional website. The SUS evaluation in this research yielded an average final score of 74.03, indicating that the website falls within the "Acceptable" category in terms of acceptability range, receives a “C” on the grade scale, and is classified as “Good” according to the adjective rating scale.

Abstract

Swiftlets are a type of bird with high economic value, especially due to their saliva, which is used as a raw material in health and beauty products. In swiftlet farming, maintaining optimal environmental conditions—specifically a temperature range of 26–29°C and humidity levels of 80–90%—is essential. However, two main challenges faced by swiftlet house owners are the difficulty in monitoring temperature and humidity in real-time and the increasing threat of nest theft. This study aims to develop a temperature, humidity, and security monitoring system for swiftlet houses based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using the MQTT Broker protocol. The system integrates the DHT11 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, an LDR sensor to detect light intensity, and a magnetic switch to monitor door access. The research methodology follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, with data collection techniques including literature studies, observation, and interviews. The development process involves system architecture design, hardware setup, data flow modeling, interface design, and system testing. The final outcome is an IoT-based monitoring system that provides real-time environmental data and security notifications via Telegram and a visual interface using Node-RED. Black box testing confirms that all sensors and notification systems function correctly as intended
