Abstract

BPPTPM regency lamandau is a public service agency in the field of licensing, non-licensing and investment, is required to provide excellent service, trusted and transparent to the community. To achieve these objectives required appropriate strategies and utilization of information technology as a supporter in the work process. The objectives of this research are to identify the needs of services and business processes and to build an integrated information system architecture to support business activities at BPPTPM Lamandau District. Limitations of variables in this study are: This study uses input data from interviews, and document analysis in the form of renstra and renja BPPTPM and other documents required. The creation of a licensing information system architecture adopts the TOGAF ADM framework from the vision architecture phase to the technology architecture, as well as other methods such as PIECES Analysis, Value Cahin, SWOT, CSF, CUR Matrix, and SOA. The output of this research is blueprint information system without making application or prototype. The result of design of information system architecture using TOGAF ADM framework on business architecture using value chain analysis obtained 10 (ten) business functional areas, 5 (five) main business functions and 5 (five) supporting business functions. While the results of application portfolio mapping based on Mc Farlan obtained 9 (Nine) future information system which contains a collection of applications as a proposal to implement. As a guide in describing blueprint of licensing information system architecture at BPPTPM regency lamandau as a whole this research using TOGAF Foundation Architecture and SOA. Keywords :EnterpriseArchitecture, TOGAF,PIESCES, Value Chain.

Abstract

Kantor cabang merupakan aspek penting dalam dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk melebarkan sayap dan skala perusahaan. Lokasi cabang baru yang baik menentukan efesiensi dan efektifitas kegiatan transaksi pada LPK RJ-Computama berdasarkan kriteria yang akan ditentukan dari pihak Direktur untuk Lokasi cabang yang akan dibangun. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan pembuatan DSS (Desicion Support System) atau sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan lokasi mana yang paling tepat untuk didirikannya cabang baru. Dalam hal ini penulis Menggunakan DSS (Desicion Support System) dengan metode Weighted Product. Penulis menggunakan metode ini karena metode ini mengkriteriaikan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria dan selanjutnya dilakukan perangkingan untuk mendapatkan keputusan. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa Prototype aplikasi DSS Penentuan lokasi cabang metode weighted product dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil uji coba protoype aplikasi memberikan rekomendasi lokasi cabang dari hasil proses perangkingan maka alternatif E (Maguwoharjo) yang menjadi kandidat kuat untuk dipilih oleh pimpinan rj-comp jogja sebagai lokasi cabang baru perusahaanya dengan nilai V5 =0.2105335023655, selanjutnya di urutan kedua adalah alternatif C (Demangan) dengan nilai V3 = 0.20804315077702.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang teknik budidaya vertikultur. teknik budidaya vertikultur ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk mencukupi kebutuhan pangan terutama sayuran selama menjalani masa physical distanding Pandemi COVID-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi metode sosialisasi mengenai teknik budidaya tanaman sayuran dengan vertikultur, pemberian media tanam, sekaligus praktek unjuk kerja/ demonstrasi terkait tahapan dalam teknik budidaya vertikultur. selain itu juga dilakukan pendampingan secara intensif kepada kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga RT 30 RW 10 Kelurahan Mulia Baru, Delta Pawan, Kabupaten Ketapang. Program pelatihan ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai salah satu teknologi budidaya yang dapat meningkatkan usaha produktif dalam menunjang kebutuhan keluarga selama masa Pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Abstract

This research aims to build a career development center information system at the Ketapang State Polytechnic. The results of this research are then used as a scientific study in the field of design and development of information systems. In addition, this career development center information system can be implemented at the Ketapang State Polytechnic so that it can contribute to the accreditation process of institutions and study programs, as a forum for building alumni networks and the availability of an alumni database, as a collection of important input/information for the development and improvement of universities. higher education (administration, curriculum and study design). Career centers at universities function to bridge the information needs of the world of work required by universities and to answer the challenges of the world of work. Abstract

Desa Kuala Satong, yang terletak di Kecamatan Matan Hilir Utara, Kabupaten Ketapang, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, menghadapi sejumlah kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemerintahan, termasuk penundaan penerbitan surat-surat dan masalah penyimpanan data kependudukan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Pemerintah Desa perlu mengimplementasikan kebijakan pembangunan sistem informasi desa guna mewujudkan Good Governance. Sebagai solusi, tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait dengan penggunaan sistem informasi desa berbasis digital melibatkan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada aparat desa dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, hasil pengabdian ini mengindikasikan pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi sistem informasi desa di Desa Kuala Satong, mempercepat proses administratif, dan meraih manfaat seperti penggunaan Paperless Office. Paperless Office membawa dampak positif, termasuk peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi biaya, manajemen ruang yang efisien, dan dampak lingkungan yang lebih kecil. Kesimpulannya, pengadopsian teknologi sistem informasi desa memberikan kontribusi signifikan untuk mencapai tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang baik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kabupaten Ketapang, sebagai komponen vital dalam keberagaman ekonomi Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan khusus dalam mengembangkan sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Meskipun potensinya besar, UMKM di wilayah ini terkendala oleh pemahaman minim masyarakat, terutama di pelosok, mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Oleh karena itu, tim pendamping halal Politeknik Negeri Ketapang melakukan Upaya dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan literasi masyarakat di pelosok seputar legalitas usaha dan manfaat sertifikasi halal, menciptakan pondasi yang lebih kokoh untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang inklusif. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi UMKM di Kabupaten Ketapang, program pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh tim Pendamping Halal Politeknik Negeri Ketapang berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya, yakni meningkatkan literasi masyarakat seputar legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Hasil positif termasuk peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat, efektivitas pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), dan meningkatnya permintaan sertifikat halal, menunjukkan dampak positif program. Meski demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses informasi dan tingkat pendidikan yang rendah di beberapa wilayah perlu terus diatasi. Dengan terus memperkuat kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan masyarakat, serta menjaga upaya berkelanjutan, diharapkan program ini dapat menjadi model inspiratif bagi pengembangan UMKM dan literasi ekonomi lokal di daerah lain.

Abstract

Kuala Satong Village, situated in the North Matan Hilir District of Ketapang Regency, possesses a 6-hectare mangrove forest region managed by the village Pokdarwis and various environmental organisations. Despite being a tourist destination, several obstacles are faced, such as the non-utilisation of mangrove forest products to become products that have economic value, the sub-optimal management of tour packages, and the lack of community understanding regarding promotion through the website. In an effort to increase the economic value of the community, community service activities are carried out through pedada fruit processing, website management training, social media content, and CHSE standard homestays. The focus is on understanding tour packages to increase visitor attraction. The method of implementing activities includes lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The purpose of the service is to increase community knowledge in utilising pedada fruit economically and support the development of Mangrove Forest tourism as a leading destination. The use of the website is expected to increase tourism publications and superior products of Kuala Satong Village. The results of the training are expected to have a positive impact on increasing community income and supporting local economic growth through sustainable product marketing.
