Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer interaction patterns within a cross-channel retail system, identify experiential gaps along the purchasing journey, and formulate a more integrated marketing strategy using a structured customer journey mapping approach. The research addresses the increasing fluidity of customer behavior across digital and physical channels, particularly in the context of omnichannel retail implementation at Decathlon. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, using a Likert-scale survey distributed to customers who had utilized more than one channel during their purchase journey. The instrument was developed based on consumer decision-making theory and structured journey analysis concepts. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistical techniques to identify response distribution, levels of agreement, and indicators of experiential inconsistency. The findings indicate that customers actively engage in multi-channel interactions during the pre-purchase stage, mainly through digital information search followed by in-store verification. While purchase decisions are influenced by convenience and trust, some respondents experience friction during channel transitions. Post-purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention are relatively high; however, complaint handling remains an area for improvement. The study concludes that although structural channel integration exists, experiential continuity has not yet been fully optimized.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of regional spending on education and health functions in districts/cities on Lombok Island during the 2020–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with the output-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with the assumption of Variable Returns to Scale (VRS). The data used are secondary panel data sourced from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, the Central Statistics Agency, and related agencies. The input variables in this study are education and health spending, while the output variables are education and health performance indicators. The results show that in the education sector, all districts/cities on Lombok Island are in the efficient category, although there are differences in the level of consistency of achievement between regions and between years, with Mataram City consistently being on the efficiency frontier. In the health sector, all districts/cities also show a good level of efficiency in managing health spending. This finding shows that the efficiency of regional spending is not only influenced by the size of the budget allocation, but also by the effectiveness of budget management and the quality of policy governance in producing development output achievements. The results of this study are expected to be evaluation material for regional governments in improving the quality of public spending management, especially in the education and health sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, security, and trust on the use of digital banking services. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 170 digital banking users in Bengkulu City, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security, and trust have a positive and significant influence on the use of digital banking services. This suggests that perceived usefulness, ease of use of the system, level of service security, and trust in the service provider are important factors that encourage users to utilize digital banking services. Conversely, perceived risk did not significantly influence the use of these services. This study contributes to the development of the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (Extended TAM) by incorporating variables such as perceived risk, security, and trust to explain technology usage behavior in the digital banking sector. In addition, this research also provides practical implications for the banking industry in improving the quality of digital banking services, especially in terms of ease of use, system security, and building user trust.
