Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) test and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Bima Mobile application users; (2) test and analyze the effect of feature completeness on customer satisfaction of Bima Mobile application users; (3) test and analyze the effect of ease of use on customer satisfaction of Bima Mobile application users; and (4) test and analyze the effect of transaction security on customer satisfaction of Bima Mobile application users. The research object is BPD Jateng Boyolali Branch. The population is all customers using the Bima Mobile application; the sample size is 100 respondents calculated using the Leedy formula; the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Service quality influences customer satisfaction among Bima Mobile users (2) Feature completeness influences customer satisfaction among Bima Mobile users (3) Ease of use influences customer satisfaction among Bima Mobile users (4) Transaction security influences customer satisfaction among Bima Mobile users. Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of workload, organizational culture, work experience, and competence on the performance of village officials in Kwadungan District, Ngawi. The population of this study was 102 village officials in Kwadungan District, Ngawi, and a sample of 50 people using total sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Analysis. The results showed that workload, organizational culture, work experience, and competence contributed 70.5% to performance, while the remaining 29.5% was explained by other variables not included in this study. Suggestions from this research, village officials in Kwadungan District, Ngawi can improve organizational culture and competence and leaders are able to manage employee workloads so that work experience increases to achieve maximum performance results in villages in Kwadungan District, Ngawi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of compensation, organizational culture, work motivation, and the work environment on the performance of village officials in Kasreman District, Ngawi. The population of this study was 50 village officials in Kasreman District, Ngawi, and a sample of 50 people using total sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Analysis. The results showed that compensation, organizational culture, work motivation, and the work environment contributed 72.1% to performance, while the remaining 27.9% was explained by other variables not included in this study. This research suggests that village officials in Kasreman District, Ngawi, can improve their organizational culture and competency, and that leaders can manage employee workloads to enhance work experience and achieve maximum performance results.
