Abstract

Every company needs quality human resources so that their work and work produce the best results. Therefore, the company must involve factors that can influence its attitude, namely with the HRM practices provided, in the end it will have a strong influence in increasing its capabilities including the behavior of organizational members to achieve individual career success. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of HRM practices associated with employees' perceptions of career success through employability and civic organizational behavior as mediating variables. This study used a purposive sampling approach involving 160 respondents who are permanent employees of the private banking sector in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. Some of the findings in this study are that perceptions of HRM practices have an effect on work ability and organizational citizenship behavior, while career success has no effect. Other findings prove that Work Ability and Organizational Citizen Behavior have a mediating role in the relationship between HRM Practices and Career Success. These results are expected to provide an overview of how a stage from start to towards a better career in order to be able to increase income and carry out self-development in the work environment. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of internal banking factors as measured by the inflation rate, growth rate of gross domestic product, interest rate, bank size, return on assets, equity to assets, and credit growth on non-performing loans in the 13 conventional banks referred to in Bank Group According to Core Capital 3 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 7 years (2015-2021). The data in this research are quantitative data obtained from the annual reports of banks included in the Bank Group based on Core Capital (KBMI) 3 in Indonesia which are available on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id), and the official website owned by each bank for 7 years (2021-2015).

Abstract

This research aims to explain the effect of the ownership structure on the financial performance of companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method is quantitative. The sample used in this study is the transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for nine years from 2013 to 2021. The total number of companies for being samples is 11 companies. The results showed that the regression equation are ROAit = -1.240411it + 2.628837GOPIt + 0.388680FOPit + 1.278487IOPit + 4.157551MOPIt + 0.036448CSit and ROEit = -0.426944it + 0.728267GOPIt + 0.95709 6FOPit + 0 .757987IOPit + 0.502168MOPIt - 0.045640CSit. The conclusions drawn from this study are that institutional ownership and managerial ownership affect ROA, while state ownership, foreign ownership, and capital structure do not affect the return on assets. In addition, state ownership, foreign ownership, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and capital structure do not affect the return on equity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely funding decisions, devidend policies, invesmenst decisions on the dependent variable namely frim value. This research is a descriptive statistical study with the population used is a manufacturing company in the food and beverage sub-sector that has been listed on the indonesia stock exchange in the 2015-2019 period. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method from 55 total samples in the 2015-2019 period, only 11 companies that met the criteria. The type of data used is secondary data from the sample company’s financial statements. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that funding decisions have a positive effect on frim value, dividend policy has a negatif effect on frim value and investment dcisions have a positive effect on frim vakue.

Abstract

This study tries to present an analysis of the efficiency and transparency of the 2023 APBN in Indonesia. This research then uses comparative descriptive qualitative analysis by collecting data, classifying, analyzing and comparing targets with budget realization in accordance with appropriate theory. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget efficiently and economically, efficiently and effectively. The data sources used in this research are financial reports, especially the budget and budget realization between the 2023 fiscal year period obtained from book II of the financial notes along with the state income and expenditure budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

In this dynamic and competitive modern business era, employee work motivation is an important element in maintaining and improving company performance. Modern companies are full of global competition and complex dynamics, it is very important to understand how a strong organizational culture can be the basis for retaining and motivating employees. This research aims to analyze organizational culture in fostering employee work motivation in the context of a modern company with a case study conducted in the marketing and sales section of the Dried Banana Sapiring Sale Business. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The research results show that a strong organizational culture can increase employee work motivation. A strong organizational culture is characterized by values ​​shared by all employees, such as integrity, cooperation and innovation. Apart from that, a strong organizational culture is also characterized by the existence of clear policies and procedures, as well as rewards and recognition for good employee performance. In this research, it was found that the era of globalization had a significant impact on employee work motivation. Therefore, companies need to develop a strong organizational culture to increase employee work motivation in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the government's role in society regarding rising fuel prices, and also aims to find out what causes the increase in fuel prices. This research uses a qualitative research methodology and uses a descriptive approach where the researcher will compile a complex picture and analyze it word by word. The research results reveal that rising oil prices can have a significant impact on society and the country's economy. The research results also show that the fuel price change policy has a significant impact on the inflation rate, with direct consequences for people's purchasing power. In addition, certain economic sectors such as transportation and manufacturing are also significantly affected. This analysis provides insight into how fuel price policy can be an important instrument in managing economic stability and social welfare in Indonesia. The policy implications resulting from this research can provide guidance for more effective and sustainable policy planning in the context of changes in fuel prices in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of regional levies and regional taxes simultaneously and partially on local original income in Dairi Regency for the period 2012-2021. The sample for this research is data on Regional Taxes, Regional Levy and data on Original Regional Income in Dairi Regency for the period of time 2012-2021. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method, namely determining the sample with the entire population used as the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially regional taxes have a significant effect on Original Income Dairi Regency area, and regional levies do not have a significant influence on Dairi Regency's original regional income. Simultaneously or together, regional taxes and regional levies have an influence on Dairi Regency's Original Regional Income

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) are the pillars of the economy in Indonesia, especially for the people of Sampang Regency. According to Law No. 20 of 2008, Usaha Mikro Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) are business activities that are able to increase employment opportunities and provide broad economic services to the community, in addition, they can assist in the process of equitable distribution and increase in community income, encourage economic growth, and maintain national stability. The purpose of this study is to determine the Perspective-based Strategy Management Approach to the Development of the Entrepreneurial Spirit of UMKM Actors in Managing Culinary Business Potential in Sampang District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by observing UMKM actors in Sampang Culinary District. The results show that UMKM players already have an entrepreneurial spirit in managing culinary business potential in Sampang District. However, in some aspects, it is still necessary to develop the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the government in post-Covid-19 market empowerment to improve community welfare in Mmtc Medan City. This research uses a qualitative approach research design with descriptive methods. The subjects in this research were UMKM bouquet sellers and cleaners at the MMTC Market. Data was collected using documentation, observation and interview methods. The analysis stages were carried out deductively with a focus on effectiveness theory as the basis for the analysis. The research results highlight the significant impact on MMTC Market MSMEs. Decreasing turnover and difficulty accessing capital are the main challenges. The government responded with various policies, including the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) program and a Circular from the Minister of Trade.
