Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the growth of PAD (Regional Original Income) in Medan City at the Medan City Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency and to determine the influence of Tax and Levy Revenue on Public Services in Medan City. This research uses a descriptive single case study approach, which aims to collect, compile, classify and interpret data to provide an accurate picture of the nature of individuals, groups, conditions and symptoms in a society. Research results from the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency for Medan City, the Ministry of Finance, and literature studies show that tax and levy revenue in Medan City has not reached the target for the last three periods. Public services in Medan City have experienced a significant decline, influenced by poor budget factors in revenue and allocation, as seen from the decline in Regional Original Income (PAD) over the last three years.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Product Quality, Brand Image and Service Quality have an influence on Consumer Satisfaction in BRT brand spare part products. This study took samples from BRT brand spare part users. The method used in determining the sample is nonprobability sampling using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires that were shared online through google forms. The number of respondent data processed was 130 people obtained based on the provisions of the Hair formula, namely the indicator multiplied by 8. The data of this study were analyzed using multiple linear analysis and this processing was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of this study show that the Product Quality variable (X1), Brand Image variable (X2) and Service Quality variable (X3) have a simultaneous and partial effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the number of audit committee meetings, the number of board of directors, and the number of board of commissioners on the financial performance of companies in the garment and textile sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the years 2020-2021. The indicators of GCG implementation are proxied by commitment, transparency, accountability, independence, responsibility, fairness, leadership, and vision-mission. Furthermore, financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). The research employs T and F statistical tests as the research methods. Based on the findings, it is revealed that the implementation of GCG, the number of audit committee meetings, the number of board of directors, and the number of board of commissioners, either partially or simultaneously, do not have a significant effect on the financial performance of companies in the garment and textile sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the years 2020-2021.

Abstract

All organizations face a dynamic and changing environment. The demands of being a competitive organization mean that companies must respond more quickly to customer needs, and this can change over time. It can be said that the external environment of an organization tends to be the force that drives change. On the other hand, organizations internally feel the need for change, thus every organization will face the choice between changing or dying, suppressed by the forces of change. This research aims to determine the effect of change management on company performance, determine the effect of organizational culture on performance, to determine the effect of human resource management on company performance, and together to determine the effect of change management, organizational culture and resource management. Human Resources on Company Performance. This research uses quantitative methods and uses several theories as indicators. This research took data from the population of all PT Recapital Asset Management employees who were the object of the research, by distributing questionnaires. The results of this research show that there is an effect between management changes on company performance which can be determined by management change indicators at 18.4%, while company performance is still determined by other factors at 81.6%. Meanwhile, the strength of the relationship between the two is positive but at a low or weak level. There is an effect between organizational culture on company performance which can be determined by organizational culture indicators at 43.2%, while company performance is still determined by other factors at 56.8%, meanwhile the strength of the relationship between the two is positive but at a moderate level. There is an effect between HR management on company performance which can be determined by HR management indicators at 20.9%, while company performance is still determined by other factors at 79.1%, while the strength of the relationship between the two is positive but at a low or weak level. There is an effect between management changes, organizational culture, HR management together on company performance of 44.3%, while company performance is still determined by other factors at 55.7%. The strength of the relationship between the two is positive but at a moderate level.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the application of Halal Supply Chain Management in increasing consumer confidence in UMKM Al-Izza products.The research method carried out is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with UMKM owners and consumers, as well as direct observation at production sites. This study concludes The implementation of halal supply chain management in UMKM Al-Izza includes a series of activities involving the provision of materials, including the stage of direct purchase of goods and storage of goods. The next step includes production activities that involve taking materials from storage warehouses, product production processes, and continued with distribution activities that include delivering products to sales locations and sales processes. Islamic consumers who consume UMKM Al-Izza products argue that halal products are very important, especially for Muslims, related to the belief that the products sold by UMKM Al-Izza are halal products because of clean sales places, clean safe production sites avoid haram substances, neat packaging and there are halal compositions and logos, and the ingredients used, and also Muslim-majority neighborhoods

Abstract

Supply chain management (SCM) is a strategy that refers to the internal activities of an organization and the number of businesses in the supply chain to support the long-term performance of the system and the entire supply chain. A lot of supply chain management is implemented, such as incorporating suppliers as colleagues in the raw material supply phase, building good relationships with customers for consumer enjoyment, and providing information to suppliers about product improvements. customers and competitive tactics for competitive advantage to measure performance levels to gain confidence in the quality of goods appropriate for the market. Therefore, in the crab collecting supply chain distribution model, it is best for supply chain members to agree on time, quantity and quality, so that the flow of products, finances and information is more organized. Crab collecting supply chain model where farmers distribute crabs to crab collectors, then crab collectors deliver crabs to retailers in traditional markets, then final consumers who enter the market then buy crabs directly from retailers. This research was conducted at Bering I Harbor, Selumit Pantai, Central Tarakan, Tarakan City, North Kalimantan at Pak Anwar's crab collection, the results will be analyzed through observation and interviews, so that information can be obtained whether the application of Supply Chain Management applied to the crab collection distribution system is optimal. or not yet.

Abstract

Every company needs organizational behavior, where organizational behavior is needed if you want to establish good communication between individuals and groups and be able understand individual behavior in an organization. In the digital era like today, where the level business high. Every company must pay attention to one very important and vital aspect in company management, namely in the filed of marketing. By using marketing concepts and strategies in running a business, targeted or effective marketing management will be more optimal. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the security and convenience that influences people to switch from the use of conventional banking to digital banking and to know the people’s intention to switch to using digital banks. This type of research is primary data research, data that is processed as number obtained from the scale of questionnaires that the researcher spread to respondents, and porsessed using SPSS 26 Software. The sample in this study amounted to 109 respondents. Research result show that security (X1) and convenience (X2) affect the (Y) intention of people to switch to digital banking

Abstract

The results of this study aim to help analyze inventory management at Ayam Java food stalls. In this study, qualitative methods were used by conducting direct interviews with Ayam Java food stall owners to obtain data used in inventory calculations. Based on interviews, the owner of the food stall admitted that he had never done inventory management. Therefore, this study tries to calculate the cost of ordering and storage costs of Java Chicken food stalls using the EOQ method, to assist owners in managing their inventory. The results showed that the EOQ method can help java chicken food stalls in minimizing the cost of ordering supplies. The EOQ method also helps owners know the optimal number and frequency of bookings. This is proven after calculation, there is a significant difference in booking costs

Abstract

The rapid development of the coffee business in Indonesia, particularly in major and minor cities, has attracted many entrepreneurs to open coffee shops. Customer impressions inside cafes are influenced by spatial arrangement, cafe image, and other factors such as products, services, and physical environment. Modern cafes offer a variety of food and beverages while creating a comfortable environment. The cafe's spatial arrangement plays a significant role in creating comfort and attraction that affect customer choices. This research focuses on Cafe EJ33 in Tarakan, North Kalimantan, which has a unique concept with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, including a VIP space. The study employs a survey method with 100 respondents to explore whether the cafe's image and spatial arrangement influence customer preferences at Cafe EJ33. The analysis results indicate a positive influence of the cafe's image on customer preferences, suggesting that Cafe EJ33 is perceived by respondents as a place that provides a positive experience and image. The study also validates the questionnaire and measures the reliability of the variables used in this research, with results supporting validity and reliability..
