Abstract

This study examines the integrity of fund flow reports, cash flow statements, and probabilistic information in modern financial reporting practices. Reporting integrity has become a crucial concern as business transactions grow more complex and predictive technologies expand. A quantitative approach using multiple linear regression was employed to analyze the influence of these variables on the integrity of financial reports issued by public companies in Indonesia. The findings reveal that fund flows, cash flows, and probabilistic information significantly affect reporting integrity, with cash flow being the most dominant contributor. Moreover, transparently presented probabilistic information strengthens the credibility of financial statements. These results highlight the need for consistency, methodological clarity, and strong governance to ensure that modern financial reporting remains reliable and trustworthy to stakeholders.

Abstract

This report examines efforts for early detection and prevention of tuberculosis (TB) transmission in Kasang Kumpeh Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency, through a door-to-door approach and community education. The program aims to raise public awareness of the importance of TB screening, early detection, and adherence to treatment. Screening activities were conducted in three high-risk RTs, with results showing that most of the community had low knowledge about TB. Interventions were carried out by providing household-based education and engaging the community in prevention efforts through the SIMPATIK (Community Synergy for TB and Health Awareness) program. Additionally, tuberculosis preventive therapy (TPT) was given to high-risk families. Evaluation results showed significant improvement in the community's knowledge about TB after the intervention, and successful identification of potential cases of TB transmission.

Abstract

This study was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan with the aim of analyzing the relationship between the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) and students’ critical thinking skills in Islamic Education (PAI) learning. The research employed a correlational design with a quantitative approach to determine the strength or weakness of the relationship between the two variables. The study population consisted of all students at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan, and a sample of 25 respondents was selected using random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Primary data were obtained from students’ questionnaire responses, while secondary data were sourced from school documents, observation results, and relevant literature on the Kurikulum Merdeka and critical thinking skills in PAI learning. The research findings reveal that: (1) the score for variable X reached 2210 out of a maximum of 2500, with an achievement percentage of 88.4%, categorized as High. This indicates that the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in PAI learning has been carried out effectively. (2) Students’ critical thinking skills scored 2228 out of 2500, or 89%, also categorized as High. (3) Regression analysis produced the equation ???? = 31.832 + 0.648????. The regression coefficient of 0.648 signifies that each one-point increase in the implementation score of the Kurikulum Merdeka contributes to a 0.648-point increase in students’ critical thinking skills. The t-test result shows t-count = 3.710 > t-table = 1.678 with sig = 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between variables X and Y. Thus, the better the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka, the higher the students’ critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the quality and suitability of website through the applicationof the Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) model. This evaluation is considered crucial in identifying various factors that influence the success of the implementation and utilization of the website in supporting academic activities, administration, and information dissemintaionin the STIKES Yayasan Rumah Sakit Dr.Soetomo environment. In its implementation, the HOT-Fit method is used as an analytical framework to test the aligment between the human (user), organizational (environment and support), and technological (features and functionality) dimensions of the website. The data collection process involed distributing a questionnaire survey to students. The data that was successfully collected was then analyzed quantitatively using descriptive and inferential statistical technique. The analysis aims to identify the level of suitability between the three HOT-Fit dimensions and the influence of each dimension on the level of user satisfaction and the net benefits they feel. Through this study, it is expected to produce comprehensive recommendations for the management. Soetomo to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the website.

Abstract

The legal system plays an essential role in the formation, regulation, and maintenance of social stability in Indonesia. Through various norms, provisions, and law enforcement agencies, the state strives to create social order while minimizing the potential for conflict. This paper examines how the legal system contributes to shaping societal behavior, maintaining public order, and promoting social justice. The analysis shows that the effectiveness of the legal system is determined not only by the quality of its regulations but also by the consistency of their implementation and the level of public legal awareness.

Abstract

The dispute between PT MD Entertainment and Rezky Aditya in Supreme Court Decision No. 536 PK/Pdt/2015 highlights issues surrounding the enforcement of exclusive contracts between artists and production houses. This study examines the forms of breach of contract committed by the artist, the resulting legal liabilities, and the extent to which third parties may be held responsible for involving the artist despite knowing the existence of an exclusive agreement. Using a normative legal research method with statutory and case approaches, the analysis shows that the artist’s act of working with another production house while the contract was still in effect constitutes a breach that gives rise to compensation obligations. This decision underscores the importance of legal certainty and adherence to the principles of freedom of contract and pacta sunt servanda in the entertainment industry.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the various settlement options available to business partners in venture capital financing of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). By focusing on the context of venture capital financing, this research will identify and analyze settlement methods that can be applied by business partner companies to resolve conflicts that may arise in business relationships with SMEs. Through a qualitative approach, data will be collected from various sources, including interviews with relevant stakeholders, case studies, and related literature. An in-depth analysis will be conducted to understand the effectiveness and relevance of various settlement resolution methods, including arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and litigation. This research will also consider external and internal factors that influence settlement options, such as legal regulations, industry characteristics, and the dynamics of the relationship between business partner companies and SMEs. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insights for partner companies and SMEs in managing and resolving settlements effectively, thereby strengthening their business relationships and supporting the growth of the SME sector as a whole.
