Abstract

The increasing involvement of Indonesian investors in the ownership of European football clubs reflects a global transformation of football from a recreational sport into a highly lucrative industry. However, such investment activities operate within a dual regulatory landscape that combines national corporate law of the host country with transnational sports law (lex sportiva) governed by FIFA and UEFA. This study aims to analyze the legal protection afforded to Indonesian investors in European football club ownership and to identify the regulatory challenges arising from this intersection of legal systems. Using a normative juridical method supported by statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, this research examines international sports regulations, national legal frameworks, and investment agreements applicable to foreign ownership in European leagues. The findings indicate that various layers of legal protection exist, including UEFA financial sustainability rules, FIFA transfer regulations, bilateral investment treaties, and international arbitration mechanisms. Nonetheless, regulatory complexities, limitations on owner intervention, political–economic risk, and financial volatility of the football industry continue to create legal uncertainty. Therefore, comprehensive regulatory understanding and strong compliance strategies are essential to ensure the sustainability of investments while strengthening Indonesia’s presence and credibility in the global football industry.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Stroberi supply chain at Rizky Stroberi Agrotourism, Kadudampit Sukabumi, using the SCOR (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return) model. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and literature. The supply chain involves three main parties, Agrotourism, industrial/institutional consumers, and end consumers. The performance assessment results show an average score of 3.34, which indicates that the supply chain is quite effective and integrated, although improvements are still needed in distribution and product Returnmanagement to improve efficiency and service quality.

Abstract

This research discusses the design and creation of a web-based custom t-shirt screen printing ordering website that utilizes the Bootstrap framework for the front-end and PHP for the back-end. This system is designed to make it easier for customers to place orders remotely. This website implements HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 5 to provide a much more attractive and responsive appearance, while data processing is done through PHP scripts. This website includes home, product, order pages, as well as form handling and dynamic displays. The result achieved is a basic prototype of a custom t-shirt screen printing ordering system that can be used by MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-commerce website to improve the efficiency of clothing sales that were previously managed manually. The system is built using PHP to process application logic and MySQL as the database for managing product, user, and transaction information. The development process includes requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results indicate that the developed e-commerce website accelerates transaction processes, simplifies data management, and provides customers with more complete real-time information. The use of PHP and MySQL ensures stable system performance and easy integration. This system serves as an effective solution to improve service quality and operational efficiency in clothing sales.

Abstract

Indonesia's national legal system developed through a long process influenced by historical heritage, political dynamics, social values, and advances in modern legal thought. This paper examines the development of the national legal system using two main perspectives: a historical approach and a conceptual approach. From a historical perspective, Indonesia's legal configuration was shaped by the application of customary law, the Dutch colonial legal system, religious legal norms, and the process of national law formation after independence. Meanwhile, conceptually, this development is related to efforts to rebuild a legal order based on Pancasila, the principles of the rule of law, and efforts to harmonize various sources of law. The findings of this study indicate that Indonesia's national legal system continues to undergo changes toward a more responsive, adaptive, and socially just system, although it still faces issues of legal integration, regulatory inconsistencies, and weak law enforcement effectiveness.

Abstract

Managing public service complaints is a crucial part of realizing responsive and transparent governance. Tangerang Regency is one of the regions that has received national awards for its SP4N-LAPOR! management, making it interesting to examine its implementation strategy. This study aims to analyze the Tangerang Regency Government's strategy in managing SP4N-LAPOR! to achieve national recognition, using descriptive qualitative methods with Wheelen and Hunger's (1998) strategic implementation theory, which includes three indicators: program development, budgeting, and procedures. The results indicate that the program development strategy was implemented consistently, with 100% report completion and high public participation. From a budgetary perspective, significant funding allocations from the regional budget (APBD) and central government support through training demonstrate a commitment to strengthening institutional capacity. Meanwhile, from a procedural perspective, Tangerang Regency has a comprehensive standard operating procedure (SOP) and a robust coordination system, although challenges remain in terms of socialization and inclusiveness of application use. Overall, the SP4N-LAPOR! implementation strategy is considered effective in improving the quality of public services, although improvements are still needed to reach all levels of society equally.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how advertising and public relations (PR) influence the brand image of RUCAS fashion products. With the increasingly competitive fashion industry, which contributes over 17% to the creative economy's GDP, understanding effective communication is crucial. Using explanatory research methods and a quantitative approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 107 individuals, primarily young people active on social media. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data to assess the causal relationship between the variables. The results indicate that advertising and PR together have a strong influence on brand image, building trust and emotional connections among consumers, particularly among young people. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of digital marketing communication tactics that link advertising and public relations within the local fashion industry, a relatively under-researched area. The findings are significant, particularly for education, as they can serve as a guide for developing more tailored marketing communication curricula. These findings are expected to provide useful guidance for local fashion brands to improve their communication and strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive market. Thus, this research not only helps in developing marketing communication theory, but also provides practical guidance for implementing it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of wage levels, education levels, and health on labor productivity in Jambi Province during the period 2009–2023. Labor productivity refers to the ability of a worker to produce output within a certain period of time. This research employs a quantitative approach using time series data obtained from publications of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that, simultaneously, wage levels, education levels, and health have an effect on labor productivity in Jambi Province. Partially, education level has a significant effect on labor productivity, while wage level and health have no significant effect on labor productivity in Jambi Province.

Abstract

Strategic risk management is a crucial element in ensuring the sustainability of Islamic banking institutions, which operate in an environment full of uncertainty and bound by Sharia principles. This study aims to identify strategic risk management practices in national Islamic commercial banks and evaluate the integration between long-term business strategies and compliance with Sharia regulations. Through a descriptive qualitative approach involving literature studies and in-depth interviews, the findings reveal that Islamic banks face strategic risks arising from regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and the expectations of Sharia stakeholders. The results show that institutions that proactively implement strategic risk management are better able to maintain stability and uphold their Sharia reputation.

Abstract

Money laundering (ML) has become a critical issue in the global economy, including in Indonesia, as it can undermine economic stability and public trust in the financial system. In Indonesia, Law No. 8 of 2010 on the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering is the primary legal framework to address this issue. However, despite clear regulations, the implementation and enforcement of laws related to ML face various challenges, such as the lack of coordination among supervisory agencies and imperfections in the suspicious transaction reporting system. This article evaluates the effectiveness of the law, compares it with international policies, and provides recommendations for strengthening Indonesia's legal and policy framework. The use of advanced technology, capacity building for supervisory agencies, and better coordination among relevant agencies are key to effectively combating ML.
