Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perkembangan teknologi berupa pembayaran nontunai dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam bersedekah khususnya di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis literatur terkait transaksi sedekah non tunai. Objek penelitian ini adalah para donatur (muzakki) di Lazismu Bojonegoro. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam yang penulis lakukan dengan karyawan Lazismu Bojonegoro. Dengan animo masyarakat dalam berzakat, Lazismu selalu mendorong inovasi dan berupaya untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam berzakat melalui berbagai layanan digital, baik digital banking, e-commerce maupun financial technology. Dalam upaya memaksimalkan penghimpunan dana tersebut, Lazismu menggandeng Gopay-Gojek. Nantinya masyarakat bisa berzakat melalui aplikasi Go-Pay Gojek. Namun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat ini animo masyarakat Bojonegoro dalam melakukan sedekah non tunai atau E-sedekah masih rendah, karena masyarakat belum familiar dengan fitur sedekah di aplikasi Go-Pay Gojek. Dalam mengantisipasi permasalahan tersebut, Lazismu Bojonegoro terus melakukan inovasi melalui digitalisasi produk, sehingga animo masyarakat dalam berzakat tetap konsisten yaitu dengan menggunakan WhatsApp Blast, transfer melalui rekening bank atau melalui aplikasi pembayaran seperti LinkAja atau dengan jemput sedekah langsung ke muzakki. . karena masyarakat belum familiar dengan fitur sedekah di aplikasi Go-Pay Gojek. Abstract

PT. State Savings Bank Syariah Branch Office Banjarmasin A. Yani km 5.5 found that the achievement of the targets set by the company was not optimal, this was caused by several factors, one of which was compensation and the work environment, seeing the importance of compensation and work environment on employee performance in Islamic banking, Therefore, researchers are more interested in examining the problem of the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Bank BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Bank BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. This type of research is field research (field research) with a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. With the number of respondents 31 employees. The results showed that (1) partially compensation had no effect on employee performance and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) simultaneously compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BTN Syariah Banjarmasin.Keywords: compensation, work environment, employee performancePT. Yani km 5.5 menemukan bahwa pencapaian target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan belum maksimal, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja, melihat pentingnya kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perbankan Syariah, oleh karena itu peneliti lebih tertarik untuk meneliti permasalahan pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Dengan jumlah responden 31 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) secara simultan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. Kata kunci: kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study empirically demonstrates efforts to strengthen the performance of identity and corporate governance on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia, the influence of corporate identity performance on Islamic banking governance in Indonesia, and the influence of the performance of corporate identity and governance on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia.  This is due to the low social function of Islamic banks in Indonesia towards the sustainability of better business, social, and environmental performance.  Types of quantitative research with an ex post facto research design. The research population of all Islamic banks in Indonesia included BMI, BSI, BMSI, and BSMI samples.  The data were analysed using simple additive weighting techniques by modelling using SEM-PLS techniques. The study's conclusions show that strengthening corporate identity performance and corporate governance towards the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia is carried out with regulations, policies, and Sharia compliance. Corporate identity performance positively and significantly affects Islamic banking governance in Indonesia. A company's management has no effect on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study provides recommendations from the government as a policy regulator that contributes to the supervision of Islamic banks in Indonesia, especially in the implementation of corporate governance, which includes the ethical performance of companies and the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia by making systematic regulations as a reference for Islamic banks. Islamic banks in Indonesia need to re-reflect on neglected social activities because they prioritise commercial activities too much, thus ignoring social activities which are also at the core of bank activities as intermediary institutions and financial services.

Abstract

Equity Crowdfunding is an alternative investment instrument, Indonesia with the largest Muslim population is a potential market for Islamic Equity Crowdfunding. The purpose of this study is to identify the motivation of investors to invest in this instrument. There are three subject sizes, namely; related to project funding (network externality and perceived informativeness), related to a platform (perceived accreditation, structural assurance, and third-party seal) related to fundraising (Islamic value congruence, social interaction ties). Belief perspective is divided into cognitive and affective. The sample used is 101 investors spread across Indonesia in a national equity crowdfunding company with Islamic-based management. The data was processed using the structural equation modeling technique using the WarpPLS 7.0 tool. The results of this study prove that investor interest is directly influenced by cognitive and affective beliefs and network externalities. Trust is proven to be able to mediate perceived informativeness on interest. The form of investor cognitive trust is perceived accreditation and third-party seal. The shapers of investor's affective trust are perceived informativeness, structural assurance, and Islamic value congruence. This finding can be used as the basis for how startup companies in sharia-based equity crowdfunding instruments build trust and interest.Keywords: Equity Crowdfunding, Trust, willingness to invest, project, platform, fundraiser.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan keuangan syariah di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat signifikan. Pemerintah Indonesia berharap sektor keuangan menjadi instrumen penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, namun tampaknya persentase pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia telah menurun selama satu dekade terakhir. Penelitian ii bertujuan untuk menganalisa sejauh mana dampak instrument keuangan syariah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis model Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa semua variabel instrumen keuangan syariah memiliki efek negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dalamjangka pendek. Sedangkan dalam jangka panjang, semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kecuali Reksa Dana Syariah yang menunjukkan efek negatif dan Pembiayaan Bank Syariah serta Saham Syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen keuangan syariah dalam jangka panjang memiliki pengaruh positif mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract To create customer loyalty, banks need to implement a relational marketing strategy. In addition to relationship marketing, the bank also needs to pay attention to the brand image that is considered, because the brand image is also the key to maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of the variables of trust, commitment, and empathy which are dimensions of relationship marketing on customer loyalty with the brand image as a moderating variable. The research subjects used in this study were Generation Z customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) which opened 105 respondents. This research uses a quantitative analysis method with the moderator regression analysis (MRA) method. The partial test results show that the trust and commitment variables significantly affect customer loyalty, while the empathy variable has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, the test results also show that brand image is not able to moderate the effect of trust, commitment, and empathy variables on customer loyalty.Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Brand Image.

Abstract

This article will explore the concept and application of the Cyber Islamic University (CIU), which is a priority program for institutional transformation in distance learning starting in 2021 as part of the transformation of institutes into universities and changes in financial governance from work unit-based financial management to service agency financial management (BLU) at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. It is crucial to study the application of CIU as a new model of Higher Education of Islamic Religious (PTKI) which organizes distance education for students, academic development through the use of metaverse technology, and the development of digital entrepreneurship that presents a creative economy for the sustainability of educational services. This study uses a qualitative method by choosing a grounded theory approach to build the main concept of CIU and its application in universities. Data were obtained from unstructured interviews from various statements of informants who were actively involved in CIU's transformation and published on the media or website, then the data were analyzed by coding, concept formation, categorization, and theory formation stages. This research found that the institutional transformation of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon into Cyber Islamic University is a new model of higher education that organizes distance education for students to increase access to education that is inclusive for everyone. CIU for academic development through the use of metaverse technology to improve the quality of educational services that unite virtual worlds and reality that can be implemented for good values by presenting accessibility, diversity, equality, and humanity. Institutional transformation of the Public Service Agency's financial management can develop digital academic entrepreneurship with a creative economy platform that can increase income, create jobs, and simultaneously promote social inclusion, cultural diversity, and human development to strengthen educational services.

Abstract

The background of the research is the issue of research on Indonesia's financial deepening condition during the pandemic to describe the condition of Islamic banking on financial deepening in Indonesia before and during the pandemic, using the variables of total assets, third party funds, and Islamic banking financing. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by analyzing secondary data which is processed using Eviews with the VECM method and using quarterly time series data from 2005-2021 with a total sample of 272 from all research variables.The results of data processing using VECM show several findings, namely: Assets have a long-term positive effect on financial deepening, and based on the IRF and FEVD financial deepening tests show a positive response to shock with a contribution of 77%. Meanwhile, TPF and Islamic bank financing have a long-term negative impact on financial deepening and based on the IRF and FEVD financial deepening tests, they showed a negative response to the shock of TPF with a contribution of 9% and showed a positive response to the financing shock with a contribution of 3%. Meanwhile, based on testing using IRF, the movement of financial deepening in response to shocks in these variables shows that it is stable in the future.Keywords: Financial Deepening, Islamic Banking, VECM Method

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this study was to determine the effect of audit committees, audit opinions, gender and KAP reputation on audit delay in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2016-2020. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of Islamic Commercial Banks for 2016-2020. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 12 Islamic Commercial Banks. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the audit committee and audit opinion have a significant effect on audit delay, while the variables of gender and KAP reputation have no significant effect on audit delay in Islamic commercial banks in 2016-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) tahun 2016-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 Bank Umum Syariah (BUS). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komite audit dan opini audit memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, sedangkan variabel gender auditor dan reputasi KAP tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay pada bank umum syariah tahun 2016-2020. Secara simultan komite audit, opini audit, gender auditor dan reputasi KAP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay pada bank umum syariah tahun 2016-2020.Kata kunci: Audit Delay, Komite Audit, Opini Audit, Gender Auditor, Reputasi

Abstract

One form of community empowerment in the village is the Tourism Village. Village development is the basis of national development. Each village is expected to be able to carry out development independently so that community welfare will be easily realized and increase the people's prosperity index. The policy of revitalizing tourism development has an impact on the development of beautiful and livable rural areas with natural resources and beautiful scenery which has become a trending topic on social media. The shift in tourist visits to the village is the reason for the revitalization of special tourism developments called tourist villages which are thick with cultural attractions and live together with residents. The development of tourist villages can add more diverse tourist attractions that can attract tourists, to increase community economic activities. Revitalization of tourism development as an alternative development approach that aims to increase economic growth, overcome unemployment, alleviate poverty, and improve people's welfare. Tourism can be used as a strategic medium in economic empowerment by providing opportunities for the community to develop and empower tourism. This research uses library research methods.
