Abstract

Information technology has brought profound transformation in various aspects of life, including in the context of law in Indonesian society. In facing the complexities and dynamics of technological development, a deep understanding of the associated challenges and implications has become an urgent need. This research aims to investigate the impact of information technology on law within Indonesian society and to identify appropriate policy recommendations to address the emerging challenges. A qualitative approach is used in this study, gathering data from various relevant sources and systematically processing it. The results of the study indicate that the development of information technology (IT) has had a significant impact on the legal system in Indonesia, particularly in improving efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of law for society.

Abstract

Rapid technological changes have had a significant impact on the world of education, both positive and negative. Technology makes it easier to access information, supports distance learning, and creates more interactive and interesting learning methods in the world of education. In addition, technology also encourages the advancement of students' and teachers' digital skills, which is very important in the era of digitalization. However, there are also challenges such as dependence on technology, digital distractions, access gaps, and health impacts due to excessive use of digital devices. This research uses a literature study method to identify the positive and negative impacts of technology in education as well as solutions that can be implemented. The results of the analysis show that digital literacy, supervision and equitable access to technology are the keys to optimal use of technology. With proper management, technology can be an effective tool for improving the quality of education.

Abstract

People’s lives are greatly influenced by the environment, both Physical and social. This journal discusses three dimensions of environmental infkuence on society: social , economy, and health. The aim of this study is to study how the environment changes, both caused by natural factors and human activities, affect people’s quality of life. According to this research, environmental damage such as air pollution, deforestation, and climate change can worsen social and economy conditions and threaten public health. Otherwise, healthy environment and well managed benefits society in various aspects of life.

Abstract

This journal examines the role of law in forming and maintaining a harmonious societal environment. The background to this research is based on the increasing complexity of social problems that have legal implications, requiring a deeper understanding of the effectiveness and challenges of implementing law in society. This research aims to analyze how law plays a role in resolving conflicts, protecting citizens' rights, and encouraging sustainable development at the community level. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach in [specify research location], involving in-depth interviews with residents, law enforcement officials and community leaders. The main findings show that [mention the main findings briefly, for example: legal accessibility is still limited, community participation in law enforcement is still low, or there is a gap between written law and practice in the field]. The implications of this research highlight the need for increased access to justice, more active community participation in the legal process, and legal reform that is responsive to community needs. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of legal policies that are more effective and fair in the context of the community environment.

The main content of Edward Said's concept of Orientalism, its development and history as a branch of science, and how the field of Orientalism studies is used as a tool of domination, colonialism, and imperialism in the postcolonial perspective. Edward Said himself is a Palestinian-American academic, literary critic, and political activist. The writing in the article is a literature review of Edward Said's work.

Abstract

In the context of society, legal status not only functions as a means to regulate relations between individuals, but also as a tool to maintain the sustainability of social, political, and cultural values. Abstract

This journal discusses how state treaty theory participates in the process of state formation, with special emphasis on how this theory can encourage the establishment of a state. This journal investigates the theories of political philosophers such as Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau. It does so by thoroughly analyzing their work. The focus is on how state agreement theory links the formation of real state structures. In addition, this research discusses these theories regarding human rights, government legitimacy, and the development of modern states.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine differences in perceptions or characteristics between two groups of respondents as measured through questionnaires. Descriptive statistics were used to conduct this analysis. The results of the analysis showed that there were big differences between the two groups. The variance of the first group reached 220.5045 compared to 50.80424 in the second group. The first group has an average of 36.14423 with a minimum value of 18 and a maximum of 48, and a standard deviation of 7.127709, which shows relatively homogeneous data. The second group had a mean of 75.30048 with a minimum value of 37.5 and a maximum of 100, and a standard deviation of 14.84939, which shows a greater level of data diversity. These differences in features indicate that the variables affect the two groups differently. Consequently, different methods are used to explain the results. This study provides important insights into the variability in survey data between groups, which helps social research and management understand the diverse characteristics of respondents.

Abstract

Coffeeshops have become an important alternative space for student learning, especially for Universitas Pamulang students in Tangerang Selatan. This study aims to identify the role of coffeeshops in supporting students' motivation to study outside of campus and the factors that make coffeeshops a popular choice for academic activities. Using a qualitative approach with observations and interviews with students who frequently study in coffeeshops, this study found that a comfortable atmosphere, adequate internet access, and supporting facilities are key attractions for students. Additionally, coffeeshops provide a conducive space for group discussions, collaborative tasks, and individual assignments. The results show that coffeeshops serve as an alternative study space that boosts student motivation and productivity in completing academic activities outside of campus. Recommendations from this study can guide coffeeshop management in enhancing facilities that support student learning activities.

Abstract

Currently, coffee is a type of global drink that is famous in the world. Coffee is a very well-known commodity throughout Indonesia. Coffee, which was once synonymous with men and adults, has recently seen young people, especially women, increasingly enjoy drinking coffee. As coffee consumption increases from year to year, the coffee shop business has also experienced a significant increase. Every coffee shop is certainly adept at managing its business by having various concepts to attract customer attention. The aim of this research is to increase customer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan by focusing on the role of product quality, promotion and service quality. Using IBM Statistics Version 26. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples from 81 customers, and the results showed that product quality had a positive impact on customer satisfaction while promotion had a positive impact and service quality did not. Together, product quality and promotion have a real and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to improve product quality and promotional efforts at Kopi Kenangan so that it can better meet consumer needs and increase customer satisfaction.
