Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Palm Sugar Production on Community Income in Dadakitan Village, Baolan District, Tolitoli Regency. This study uses an associative quantitative research method to determine the influence of independent variables on dependent variables, data sources obtained from observations, interviews, documentation and questionnaires and the type of data is primary data and secondary data with a total of 85 respondents in Dadakitan Village, Baolan District, Tolitoli Regency. Based on the research that has been carried out by collecting data from the results of the research questionnaire with the help of the SPSS Version 26 data processing application, it can be concluded that the results of the hypothesis test have a partial influence between production and income. This is proven by the results of the t-test which shows a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t-value of 11.085 > a table t-value of 1.992. with the variable influence of palm sugar production level on community income of 59.7%. In addition, palm sugar production also helps the economy of the community in Dadakitan village, especially for palm sugar artisans from their production are able to meet their daily needs.

Abstract

This research aims to influence leadership style on employee morale at the Tuweley Village Office, Tolitoli Regency. This research uses a quantitative design, the data source is in the form of primary data, namely data obtained through observations, interviews, documentation and questionnaires related to this research. Simple linear regression analysis method, t test, and coefficient of determination. Based on research results which show that there is an influence of Leadership Style on Employee Work Spirit at the Tuweley Village Office, Tolitoli Regency. This can be proven from the results of the simple linear regression equation variable Y = 22.791 + 0.376 X and the constant of 22.791 is the value of the Employee Work Spirit variable when the Leadership Force variable is zero, then the Work Spirit value increases by 0.376. In the hypothesis test (test) there was a level of significance of the Leadership Style variable for Employee Work Spirit, namely that it was obtained thitung > table or 4,983 > 1,697 and tsig < 5% or 0,000 < 0.05 which showed that Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Spirit at the Tuweley Village Office, Tolitoli Regency and its influence was categorized as very strong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determination of the cost of production in determining the selling price using the full costing method on CV.Rijiki Advertising as one of the MSMEs in Tolitoli Regency, This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The location of the research was carried out on CV. Rijiki Advertising which is located on Jl.Rajawali, Tuweley Village, Tolitoli Regency. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation methods with the analysis method used was the full costing method to determine the cost of production and selling price. The results of the research using the full costing method can produce a more accurate cost of production and selling price because it takes into account all production costs, then it can be known that the calculation of the cost of production of billboards in 2021 is Rp.174,342 with a selling price of Rp.290,000 by following the percentage of profit that follows the market price of 64.5%, in 2022 of Rp174,844 with a selling price of Rp.284,000 by following the percentage of profit that drops to 62.5%, in 2023 amounting to IDR 174,429 with a selling price of IDR 289,000 by following the percentage of profit according to the market price increased to 65.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effectiveness of the Use of Village Funds in Infrastructure Development. This research includes qualitative research with studies that examine the effectiveness of village funds. The research produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behaviors. The data collection method in this study is the interview method. The results of the research on the effectiveness of the use of village funds in Malomba Village in the process of using the Village Fund for infrastructure development consist of three stages, namely planning, planning and supervision. From these stages, the effectiveness of the use of Village Funds in infrastructure development in Malomba Village, Dondo District, Tolitoli Regency. From the results of the research, it can be said that it has been effective.

Abstract

This study aims to Influence Marketing Mix on Consumer Satisfaction in ANS Computer Embroidery Tolitoli. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data source is in the form of primary data, namely data obtained directly through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation directly related to this research. The data analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and SPPS Software Determination Coefficient Test version 26. Based on the results of the T-test, a T-calculation value of 5.071 products with a significant number of 0.000 was obtained, and the T-test calculated the price variable was 7.934 with a significant value of 0.000, the promotion variable was -4.407 with a significant number of 0.000 and the place variable was -3.274 with a significant number of 0.002. Therefore, it can be concluded that the variables of product, price, promotion and place partially have a significant effect on the variables of consumer satisfaction. The results of the simultaneous test obtained an F-count value of 40.579 which means that the variables free of products, prices, promotions and places together simultaneously have a significant effect on the variables tied to consumer satisfaction of ANS Bordir Tolitoli. The results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value of 0.771 or 77.1%, which means that the magnitude of the influence of the marketing mix on consumer satisfaction is 77.1%, while the remaining 22.2% is influenced by factors outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the achievement of net profit in the Tofu Tempe Sumali Micro Business Unit in Tolitoli Regency using a cost plus pricing approach. This approach was chosen to assess the effectiveness of determining the selling price of products based on the total cost of production plus the expected profit margin. The methodology used is a qualitative, descriptive and quantitative approach with case studies. Data was obtained through direct observation, interviews, and financial statement documentation. The results of the study show that the application of cost plus pricing is able to provide a more accurate picture of the decent selling price and increase the achievement of net profit. It was found that the main cost component consists of soybean raw materials, labor costs, energy costs (electricity and water), and distribution costs. Indirect costs such as tool depreciation and maintenance are also recorded manually. Based on the existing cost structure and the overall budget value, the net profit achievement based on the cost plus pricing method is Rp.185,502,600. Net Profit Comparison, the calculation of the Cost plus Pricing approach results in an effective price of Rp.7,364/Package in the Tolitoli local market environment which results in a profit of Rp. 185,502,000 while the calculation of net profit by the company's own method is Rp.151,593,000.This study recommends simple cost accounting training to micro business actors to improve financial literacy and business competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Incentive on Employee Morale at the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Office (DPMPTSP) of Tolitoli Regency. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees who are Civil Servants at the Tolitoli Regency One-Stop Integrated Services Investment Office (DPMPTSP) which totals 42 employees. The data collection technique used saturated sampling of 42 respondents. The source of data is in the form of primary data, which is data obtained by conducting research directly related to this research. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, The results of this study were a t-calculation value of 4.563 > t-table of 2.021 and a significant value level of 0.000 < 0.05, and a Determination Coefficient of 0.342 or 34.2% showed that the provision of incentives had a significant effect on the work morale of employees at the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Office (DPMPTSP) of Tolitoli Regency.

Abstract

Study of the Role of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT-DD) in improving the welfare of poor families in Sibaluton Village, Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, uses data reduction, presents data, and concludes in data analysis. Data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The total number is 14 respondents. This study uses data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show: 1) The role of the village fund direct cash assistance program in improving the welfare of poor families in Sibaluton village, Basidondo District. 2) the process of managing BLT village funds is carried out by the village itself by carrying out village deliberations in accordance with the recipient criteria, which is carried out at the beginning of the grant. 3) The village fund BLT program is carried out transparently because it is distributed directly from the village to the recipients. 4) Recipients of BLT village funds in Sibaluton village are very right on target because the determination of prospective recipients through village deliberation to determine who is eligible or not. 5) BLT village funds are the authority of the village itself. 6) BLT village funds can only be used to meet daily needs such as food and medical treatment. This village fund BLT cannot be used to renovate houses and meet clothing needs if it is associated with welfare indicators, so the Village Fund BLT is not effective in improving the welfare of recipient families.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how the financial performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk uses the ratio of Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability and Activity. The population and sample used in this study are the financial statements of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk for the 2019-2023 period. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the research from the liquidity ratio in 2019-2023, the results are not good. The solvency ratio is also not good. Based on the profitability ratio, the net profit margin shows good results because it is above industry standards, while the return on assets and return on equity can be said to be poor. In the activity ratio, judging from the working capital turnover, it has shown good results, while judging from the total asset turnover and receivable turnover over, the results are not good. Overall, the company's financial performance can be said to be not good because the average has not reached the industry standards that have been determined.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether economic empowerment of the community can improve the welfare of fishermen's families. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive, while the data collection techniques in this study are observation, documentation interviews. Based on the results of research and discussion, efforts to deceive the economy of the fishing family community of Ginunggung Village require government support such as education, training on how to manage catches and directing fishing families to work together in making rompons. Economic empowerment efforts to improve the welfare of fisher families can close the possibility with assistance provided by the government and increase access for fishermen to economic resources such as low-interest capital loans, skills training in catch management, and decent sales places.
