Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of program quality, production quality, and broadcast reach on increasing Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of the Public Broadcasting Institution of Radio of the Republic of Indonesia (LPP RRI) Tolitoli Station. The method used is a quantitative approach with primary data sources obtained through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by statistical test using SPSS version 26 application. The results showed that partially the quality of the program had a significant effect on the increase in PNBP (Sig. 0.002 < 0.05; t count 2.724 > t table 2.011). Production quality was also shown to have a significant effect (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; t count 3.298 > t table 2.011), as well as broadcast coverage (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; t count 2.981 > t table 2.011). Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on the increase in the RRI PNBP of Tolitoli Station (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; F calculates 8.043 > F table 2.84). These findings confirm that improving program quality, optimizing production, and expanding broadcast coverage are strategic factors in supporting LPP RRI's financial performance, especially in contributing to non-tax state revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Buol Regency Library and Archives Office. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The source of data is in the form of primary data, which is data obtained by conducting research directly related to this research. The population in this study is all ASN employees at the Buol Regency Library and Archives Service which totals 32 people and the sample used by the entire population is 32 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that work motivation partially affects Employee Performance, Work discipline partially affects Employee Performance, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect Employee Performance.From the two variables studied, work motivation and work discipline based on respondents' responses showed a good level of assessment, this was followed by the percentage of responses given by respondents from the questionnaire.

Abstract

Tolitoli Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The total sample was 54 respondents who were active employees of Ogo Malane. The independent variable studied is motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the study show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a tcal value of 3.794 > a ttable of 2.006. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.217 indicates that motivation contributes 21.7% to the improvement of employee performance, while the remaining 78.3% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. The average motivation score of respondents was in the "very good" category (4.23), and the average performance of employees was also considered "very good" (4.33).

Abstract

The results of this study aim to find out and analyze the Strategy of Utilizing the Facebook Application in Increasing Sales of Mar Fashion Stores in Tolitoli Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The subjects of this research are leaders, employees and consumers. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method carried out is by observation, interview and documentation methods. Then using SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS tests. The results of this study show that the Mar Fashion Store is located in square 1 by using an aggressive strategy. The strategy for utilizing the Facebook application in increasing sales used by Toko Mar Fashion is that growth strategies are often related to increasing the company's internal strengths, taking advantage of external opportunities, overcoming internal weaknesses and anticipating external threats. By ideizing and capitalizing on these opportunities, companies can expand the market, increase revenue to achieve increased business growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of production volume of the printing sub-sector of small and medium enterprises using a case study of CV Rijiki Advertising in Tolitoli Regency. As part of the creative economy, the printing industry is essential in supporting various local economic activities, including promotional activities from other small and medium enterprises, government agencies, and educational institutions. This study is quantitative descriptive using trend analysis of CV Rijiki Advertising Tolitoli's production volume data for 2021 to 2023. The results show that there is a trend of moderate production volume increasing since 2021 in line with economic recovery and increased spending on promotional advertising by institutional clients. The production volume of the billboard printing business in 2021 was 805 units, in 2022 it was 839 units and in 2023 it was 875 units. The production volume of data boards in 2021 was 420 units, in 2022 it was 632 units, and in 2023 it was 683 units. The production volume of data boards in 2021 was 72 units, in 2022 it was 93 units and in 2023 it was 110 units. This increase reflects an average growth of around 20.93% per year, which indicates that there is a post-pandemic economic recovery and market demand for outdoor promotional media is still increasing. Actionable recommendations are provided regarding strategies on how to strengthen business sustainability in the face of market dynamics and technological challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the cost plus pricing method in determining selling prices and profits in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the home industry sub-sector in Tolitoli Regency, a case study on Tofu Tempe Sumali MSMEs. The cost plus pricing approach adds a certain profit margin to the total production cost as the basis for determining the selling price. Through a quantitative study on Sumalian Tofu Tempeh MSMEs, the results of the study found that the profit obtained on the selling price based on the cost plus pricing method was IDR 1,060,416,000 from the selling price of 7,364/package with a total production of 144,000 packages. This study found that business actors have not applied the price calculation method systematically, so they often set prices based on intuition or market prices that are not in accordance with the actual production cost. With the application of the cost plus pricing method, MSMEs can determine a more rational selling price and obtain more stable and sustainable profits.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To find out the added value produced by farmers in brown sugar processing products in Malangga Village, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency, 2) To find out the level of marketing efficiency related to marketing margin, farmer's share and the ratio of profits and costs of brown sugar processing products in Malangga Village, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type to explain the variables studied by involving 11 key informants who are directly involved from the brown sugar processing process to its distribution to consumers which are taken by purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study show that: 1) Processing sap water into brown sugar causes added value to the palm commodity. Added value can be in the form of added value to the product, where raw materials that were originally raw materials from the processing process can be used so that they have more economic value; 2) The four marketing channels of brown sugar are classified as very efficient, each marketing channel gets a greater profit than the cost.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, price and taste on customer satisfaction at the salamae Tolitoli restaurant. This study uses quantitative research using an associative approach. The results of this study show that the variable of service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price variables partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The taste variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and together the quality of service, price, and taste simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the salamae Tolitoli restaurant. The results of the t-test showed that the three variables partially had a significant effect, while the f-test proved the effect simultaneously. Square's R-value of 0.506 indicates that 50.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by all three variables. The remaining 49.4% was influenced by other factors outside the model. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.489 indicates that the model is quite good despite adjustments to the number of variables.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze changes in CV gross profit. Rijiki Advertising Tolitoli which is reviewed in terms of sales and cost of goods sold which affects gross profit in this study using a quantitative design. The data source is in the form of primary data, namely data obtained through interviews and documentation required and related to this research. The analysis method used is gross profit margin analysis. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the gross profit obtained by CV Rijiki Advertising in 2021 was IDR 144,924,373 or a gross profit margin of 37.28%, this gross profit was obtained from the gross profit of 3 products, namely billboards of IDR 83,627,425 and the gross profit of the data board of IDR 48,538,980 and the gross profit of the inauguration inscription of IDR 12,757,968 in 2022 increased to IDR 174,821,460 or a gross profit margin of 36.25% there has been an increase in sales volume The increase in selling price on the data board but when viewed from the Gross profit margin has decreased by 1.03%, while in 2023 there will be an increase in gross profit of Rp.20,057,898 due to the increase in selling price and gross profit margin cost of goods sold to 36.97%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of rice field farming. Respondents were randomly selected for 10% with a total of 17 people. The analysis method used is qualitative. The results of the study showed that the total income obtained from 17 rice farmers in Ogogasang Village amounted to Rp. 201,826,326 with an average amount of Rp.7,923,963/farmer, and the amount of production in one planting season was 23,825 kilograms/one year with an average production of 1,401 kilograms and a total amount of revenue of Rp. 269,180,000/one year with an average income of Rp. 15,834,118/farmer/one year and the total amount of costs incurred amounting to Rp.67,353,674/one year with an average of Rp.3,961,981/farmer/one year.
