Abstract

One of the main development required for the prosperity of humans in the world is economic development. Enhancing economy in turn requires trade. For the Muslim world to put up with all the other countries of the world while also bearing the Islamic principles, the most feasible option is trade with other Muslim countries. In the paper we will be concerned with several benefits of Intra Ummah trade. The article will examine the importance of intra ummah trade for stability of Muslim countries, Current situation of intra ummah trade in light of facts and figures, Possibilities of intra ummah trade in current era. Intra ummah trade assumes for Muslim countries to enhance their domestic productivity and efficacy in the international forums. It will also protect them from external economic exploitation but there may be external challenges for Muslims countries in business world. Which will be face up by beauty of tolerance and patient.

Abstract

The title of this research is "Analysis of the Quality of Educational Services at Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi Junior High School, Lahat Regency." The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the quality of educational services at Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi Junior High School, to identify and analyze the factors influencing the improvement of educational service quality at Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi Junior High School, and to identify and analyze strategies for improving the quality of educational services at Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi Junior High School. The data analysis techniques used were data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and data analysis techniques. The results showed that tangible indicators, reliability indicators, and assurance indicators were all functioning well but needed further optimization. The inhibiting factors in improving the quality of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi from the research results are: discipline, there are still teachers who are less disciplined in obeying school regulations and there is still a lack of existing learning media such as projectors which are only 2. Meanwhile, supporting factors include: discipline, there are still teachers who are less disciplined in obeying school regulations and there is still a lack of existing learning media such as projectors which are only 2. While supporting factors include: the use of learning resources outside the classroom that can be utilized such as: nature, and the environment as well as the existence of good interaction and communication between school residents and parents. While the principal's strategy in implementing the improvement of the quality of MTS Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi teachers is by involving teachers in scientific forums (seminars, training, workshops, workshops and courses), further studies, welfare allowances, provision of supporting facilities such as provision of internet facilities to access new information, purchasing new books that support teacher performance and involving teachers in professional certificate programs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, human resource development, and job satisfaction, individually and collectively, on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality was tested using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The analysis used descriptive and inferential analyses using statistical calculations using multiple regression formulas, partial and simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Human resource development significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Job satisfaction significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Leadership, human resource development, and job satisfaction simultaneously significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency.

Abstract

This objective of this research is to know influence of price and product quality toward customer decision to buy Oppo Smartphone in the Bengkulu City. Type of this research is descriptive quantitative approaches. The type of the data being used is the primary data obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires and observation. Respondent in the research are customer which bought of Oppo Smartphone in the Bengkulu City taking by proportional random sampling.  The respondent was used 115 respondents. Data analysis method were use multiple regression linear. Based on data analysis find out results that’s: (1) the price has a significant influence toward customer decision to buy Oppo Smartphone in the Bengkulu City; (2) the product quality has a significant influence toward customer decision to buy Oppo Smartphone in the Bengkulu City; and (3) the price and product quality by together has a significant influence toward customer decision to buy Oppo Smartphone in the Bengkulu City.

Accessibility does not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Lawang Kidul District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Transparency has a significant effect on employee performance at the Lawang Kidul District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Speed has a significant effect on employee performance at the Lawang Kidul District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance at the Lawang Kidul District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Service quality, accessibility, transparency, speed and communication have a significant effect together on employee performance at the Lawang Kidul District Office, Muara Enim Regency.
