Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial conditions and developments of Primkoppol at Polres of South Bengkulu in 2015-2020 by using the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. This research was conducted in the form of a case study at Primkoppol at Polres of South Bengkulu. Data collection techniques used were documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique was used to calculate the ratios of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The results of the research show the level of liquidity measured using the current ratio and quick ratio in 2015-2020 was categorized as quite good. The level of solvency measured using the total debt to equity ratio and the total debt to total assets ratio in 2015-2020 was categorized as quite good. The level of profitability measured using return on equity, return on assets and net profit margin in 2015-2020 was categorized as good. The results of trend analysis on the current ratio, quick ratio, total debt to equity ratio, total debt to total asset ratio, return on equity, return on assets and net profit margin in 2015-2020 had increased performance. The results of the analysis on the balance sheet and the remaining operating results tend to decrease in financial developments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of price perception and service quality on Grabbike consumer repurchase intention. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach to 100 respondents at the University of Perjuangan students who have used Grabbike. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple regression using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that price perception and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Price perception partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention and service quality partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention of Grabbike users at the University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Product Quality and Word of Mouth variables on Customer Loyalty of MS Tasikmalaya Tofu Factory Customers. The research method used was a survey method of data obtained directly through questionnaires to 100 respondents taken from customers of the MS Tasikmalaya Tofu factory. The technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this research, it is known that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Product Quality and Word of Mouth on Customer Loyalty. Product Quality partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty and Word of Mouth Partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty of the MS Tasikmalaya Tofu factory.

Abstract

Brand image is a guideline that consumers use to judge a product when they do not have enough knowledge about a product. Product quality is the core of a marketing activity because the product is the output or result of one of the company's activities or activities that can be offered to the target market to meet the needs and desires of consumers and buying interest is a type of consumer behavior that occurs as a response to an object that shows the consumer's desire to buy something. This thesis is entitled The Influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on the Interest in Buying Futsal Specs Shoes at the Queen Style Shop in South Bengkulu. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image and quality in the face of buying futsal shoes Specs. This study uses a qualitative research method, the sample that was researched in this study amounted to 98 peopel and sample sampling using the incidental sampling mothod. Based on the multiple linear results, the regression equation Y=0.233+0.029X1+0.0652X2 was obtained. The results of the research showed that the value of R²=0.982 The results of the study and hypothesis showed that citra merek (X1) had a significant increase in buying interest, namely t calculate t tables (0.504>0.167)and(sig a+0.001 ltables (0.651>0.05) and (sig a=0.001 ftables (12.149>0.167) and (sig a = 0.001 < 0.050).

Abstract

The type of research used in this thesis is Pre-Experimental research with the aim of knowing whether or not there is an effect of using letter boxes on the ability to recognize letters of the alphabet in children aged 5-6 years at Risky Hidayah Islamic Kindergarten, Sukabumi District, Bandar Lampung. The research design used one group pretest-posttest design, which is a study that only uses 1 class as an experiment without a comparison group. The sample in this study was class B with a total of 10 students. The data collection techniques used are observation, tests and documentation.From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous, the effectiveness test with the Y test shows that the experimental class has a significance value of 4.00 > 0.05 and a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.05 using the Wilcoxon test, which means Ho is rejected and Haha accepted. This can be proven that there is an influence in using letter box media on the ability to recognize letters of the alphabet in group B children at Risky Hidayah Islamic Kindergarten Bandar Lampung.

Product Quality partially has a significant effect on Purchase Interest. Brand Awareness has a significant effect on Purchase Interest.

The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 200 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of this study, it shows that Word of Mouth and Customer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest in Kopi Siloka Products among Generation Z in Tasikmalaya. Word of Mouth partially has a significant effect on Purchase Interest. Customer Trust has a significant influence on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Word of Mouth and Service Quality both simultaneously and partially on Customer Satisfaction at CV. Sukahati Pratama. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling method employed is simple random sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, with the regression equation results being Y = 7.692 + 0.383X1 + 0.212X2 + e. The research results show that Word of Mouth is classified as very good, Service Quality is classified as very good, and Customer Satisfaction is classified as very good. The test results indicate that Word of Mouth and Service Quality together have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Partially, Word of Mouth significantly affects Customer Satisfaction, and Service Quality significantly affects Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Tax Planning and Deferred Tax on Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector. Tax is one of the important sources for state revenue to finance state development. This study also discusses deferred tax and tax planning that will be carried out by the company in generating profits by looking at the financial performance of the company. This study uses a sample of 13 Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Data were collected using purposive sampling method and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The dependent variable in this study is financial performance, while the independent variables in this study are tax planning and deferred tax. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that tax planning has a positive effect on financial performance and deferred tax also has a negative effect on financial performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 in Law no. 36 of 2008 at Ummi Hospital, Bengkulu City. Using qualitative descriptive research methodology with the aim of providing the information needed to solve problems in the field in a specific, transparent and in-depth manner. Observation, interviews and documentation studies are the methods used to collect data. The research results show that the Ummi Hospital in Bengkulu City has complied well with Article 21 Income Tax obligations. Regarding the deposit and reporting of income tax Article 21, the Bengkulu City Ummi Hospital has fulfilled its responsibilities in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable law, where the Bengkulu City Ummi Hospital made the deposit and reporting of Article 21 Income Tax before the specified time limit.
