Abstract

HIV/AIDS merupakan salah satu perhatian dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) yang tertuang pada tujuan ke tiga. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki kasus HIV/ AIDS yang tinggi di dunia. Tujuan pnelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada remaja di Desa Poyowa Besar 1 Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan observasional analitik dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Poyowa Besar 1 Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan. Populasi semua remaja yang ada di Desa Poyowa Besar I yang berjumlah 43 remaja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 remaja. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil yaitu pengetahuan erhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada remaja di Desa Poyowa Besar 1 Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan (p value= 0,000). Diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi acuan bagi remaja untuk memperdalam pengetahuannya tentang pencegahan HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

Tujuan permasalahan dalam wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi  kemudian dianalisis dalam deskriptif analisis. penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi politik perempuan dalam menarik dukungan di Kabupaten Muna. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi politik serta mengumpulkan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi  kemudian dianalisis dalam deskriptif analisis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berupa bentuk komunikasi politik perempuan yaitu Komunikasi Langsung dan Komunikasi tidak langsung dengan metode analisis data kualitatif menggunakan teori komunikasi politik, peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa komunikasi politik memang memiliki peran yang penting dalam pemilihan.

Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pekerja dan juga pada pengusaha. Setiap tahun, rata-rata BPJS Ketenagakerjaan melayani 130 ribu kasus kecelakaan kerja, mulai dari kasus ringan hingga kasus yang berdampak fatal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan sikap kerja terhadap kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja bengkel motor di Kotamobagu. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif observasional dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional dilakukan pada pekerja bengkel motor yang terdiri dari 69 pekerja. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Total Sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi-Square pada variabel penggunaan APD dan sikap kerja dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji chi-squere penelitian menunjukkan Penggunaan APD dan Sikap Kerja mempengaruhi kejadian kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja bengkel motor di Kotamobagu. Agar para pekerja bengkel motor dalam melakukan pekerjaan dapat lebih memperhatikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjanya, karena banyak faktor-faktor di sekitar tempat bekerja dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja. ---Work accidents are a problem that often occurs to workers and also to entrepreneurs. Every year, on average BPJS Employment serves 130 thousand work accident cases, ranging from minor cases to cases with fatal consequences. The aim of this research is to look at the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work attitudes towards work accidents among motorbike repair shop workers in Kotamobagu. This research method uses quantitative observational with a cross-sectional research design carried out on motorbike repair shop workers consisting of 69 workers. Sampling in this research used Total Sampling. The statistical test uses the Chi-Square test on the variables of PPE use and work attitudes with the incidence of work accidents. The results of the analysis using the research chi-square test show the use of PPE and work attitudes influence the incidence of work accidents among workers motorcycle repair shop in Kotamobagu. So motorbike repair shop workers when carrying out work can pay more attention to occupational safety and health because many factors around the workplace can cause work accidents

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service procedures, transparency and security individually on the quality of PT.FTI Muara Enim Branch Umrah travel services. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to 79 respondents who were determined using random techniques. Test the instrument using validity tests, reliability tests. The results of the validity test show that the three independent variables and one dependent variable are declared valid. Meanwhile, the reliability test shows that Cronbach alpha for the four variables is declared reliable. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of the four variables show very high results. The highest variable is the service quality variable (Y). Inferential statistical analysis was carried out using classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test and T test (partial). The results of the normality test showed that all data were normally distributed. The results of the multicollinearity test did not occur and the heteroscedasticity test showed that there was no heteroscedasticity. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed that service procedures (X1) influence service quality, transparency (X2) influences service quality, security (X3) influences service quality. The results of the T test (partial) show that the service procedure (X1) H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Transparency variable (X2), H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Security variable (X3), H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it shows that there is a significant influence of service procedures (X1), transparency (X2) and security (X3) on the quality of PT.FTI Muara Enim Branch's Umrah travel services (Y).

Abstract

United Nations & AIDS (UNAIDS) in 2019 stated that 38 million individuals in the world were suffering from human immunodeficiency virus or HIV. Since it was discovered in 1987, the number of HIV cases in Indonesia until mid-2020 was 436,948 cases, of which 64,990 people have died. This study aims to assess the quality of health services with the service quality (SERVQUAL) analysis model on voluntary HIV counseling and testing. A quantitative study was conducted with a descriptive observational analytic approach and a cross-sectional design on 120 respondents. The variables were measured using a service quality questionnaire and Likert scale. The results showed a difference between the expectations and perceptions of respondents on the service quality of voluntary HIV counseling and testing. The statistical analysis (p=0.000) shows that the health services for voluntary HIV counseling and testing have poor quality. However, the respondents gave good scores on responsiveness and assurance of the services. Managers and relevant authorities need to plan and pay special attention to other yet optimal variables.

Abstract

Background: Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW) are newborns whose birth weight is less than 2,500 grams, regardless of gestational age. NICU room data from January to June 2022 found that the number of neonatal patients treated in the NICU was 154 patients, and 92 cases of LBW. Factors that cause LBW are maternal factors, obstetric factors, infant and placenta factors, and environmental factors. Objective: This study aim to identify the factors associated with the incidence of LBW in the NICU BLUD room at Konawe Hospital. Method: This research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional study design, carried out for 4 weeks, from 29 July 2022 to 29 August 2022 using a questionnaire sheet instrument. The number of samples is 31 people obtained by purposive sampling. Data analysis used the fisher's exact test. Results: From 31 respondents, there was a relationship between maternal and obstetric factors and the incidence of LBW (p=0.001<0.05 and p=0.000<0.05). In addition, the results showed that there was no relationship between infant, placental and environmental factors with the incidence of LBW (p=0.372>0.05 and p=0.452>0.05). Conclusion: Factors associated with the incidence of LBW in the NICU BLUD room at Konawe Hospital are maternal and obstetric factors

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Education, Training, Talent Management and Organizational Culture together on employee competency at the Empat Lawang Regency Regional Secretariat, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research methods with respondents namely the Empat Lawang Regency Regional Secretariat employees, totaling 75 respondents. Testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program tools. The research results showed that Education, Training, Talent Management and Organizational Culture were proven to have a significant influence on employee competency at the Empat Lawang Regency Regional Secretariat either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Tekanan darah adalah salah satu parameter klinis yang paling umum diukur. Salah satu langkah preventif yang data diambil adalah dengan melaksanakan pemeriksaan gratis. Kegiatan ini merupakan pelaksanaan tri dharma perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh program studi gizi, fakultas kesehatan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bima. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk mendiagnosi dan mendeteksi dini gejala-gejala kesehatan pada tekanan darah masyarakat untuk menjamin SDM unggul dan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Kegiatan Pemeriksaan Gratis diikuti oleh 55 orang. Metode kegiatan terdiri atas 3 tahap meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pendataan, tahap pemeriksaan dan Konsultasi. Harapannya dengan adanya program seperti ini, dapat mengurangi dan meminimalisir risiko kelainan tekanan darah pada masyarakat Kota Bima. Terbentuknya perilaku hidup sehat, dan terpenuhinya gizi seimbang yang mendorong kualitas SMD yang unggul.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to develop scientific-based E-Modules in biotechnology courses. This type of research is an R&D research with the 4D method. The research sample involved 30 Nutrition students, Muhammadiyah University of Bima. The results showed that the E-Module developed had a high level of feasibility with a percentage ranging from 86. 93% with a very good category. This shows that the developed E-MODUL is suitable for use as teaching material in biotechnology courses. The developed E-MODUL has characteristics that are simple, flexible, interactive, usability, reusable, maintenable, and easily accessible by lecturers and students. The implication is that the developed E-Module can be accessed by students and lecturers of the nutrition study program, bima muhammadiyah university. There is a need for development by involving augmented reality, so that the presentation is based on factual phenomena.

Abstract

Blood pressure is one of the most commonly measured clinical parameters. One of the preventive steps that data takes is to carry out free checks. This activity is an implementation of the tri dharma of higher education in the form of community service carried out by the nutrition study program, faculty of health, Bima Muhammadiyah University. The aim of the activity is to diagnose and detect early health symptoms in people's blood pressure to ensure superior human resources and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Free Examination Activity was attended by 55 people. The activity method consists of 3 stages including the preparation stage, data collection stage, inspection stage and consultation. The hope is that with a program like this, it can reduce and minimize the risk of blood pressure disorders in the people of Bima City. It is hoped that programs like this can reduce and minimize the risk of blood pressure disorders in the people of Bima City, the formation of healthy living behaviors, and the fulfillment of balanced nutrition that encourages the quality of superior human resources.
