Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) to describe workload, work environment, competence, job satisfaction and performance of employee (2) influence of work load to employee performance, (3) influence of work environment to employee performance (7) the influence of competence on employee job satisfaction (8) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance (9) indirect influence of workload on performance of employees through job satisfaction, (10) indirect influence of work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction and (11) indirect influence of competence on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Pidie Jaya Regency. The object of this research is workload, work environment, competence, employee performance, and job satisfaction with the number of respondents as many as 155 people. The research findings show that workload, work environment, competence, employee performance, and job satisfaction have gone well. The result of research also proves that workload, work environment and competence have an effect on to job satisfaction of employee, then job satisfaction perceived by employee have influence to improve employee performance, workload, work environment and competence influence to employee performance, indirect influence of work load on employee performance through job satisfaction, there is indirect influence of work environment to employee performance through job satisfaction of employee and there is indirect influence of competence to employee performance through job satisfaction of employee

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the effect of leadership style, education training, and incentive on work motivation and their impact on the employee’s performance of Aceh health offices. The data collection is conducted by distributing the questionnaire to 213 officers of the office which is selected by working-based proportional methods. Then, the data was analyzed by statistical means of structural equation model (SEM). The study found that the leadership style, education training, and incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance and work motivation of the employee of Aceh health offices. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) the influence of the competence to the employee's work engagement (2) the influence of work load on work engagement, (3) the influence of work stress on employee's work engagement (4) the influence of competence to organizational performance (5) on the performance of the organization, (6) the influence of job stress on the performance of the organization (7) the influence of work engagement on the performance (8) the influence of competence, workload and work stress organizational performance through employee work engagement. The object of this research is competence, work load, work stress, employee's work engagement and organizational performance. Data analysis equipment used in research structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of Amos program. The result of the research shows that the competence, work load, work stress, work engagement and organizational performance, competence influence to work engagement, work load influence to work engagement, work stress influence to work engagement, competence influence to organizational performance, employee also give influence to organizational performance, work stress influence to organizational performance, employee work engagement have positive and significant effect to organizational performance, there is indirect influence of competence, work load and work stress to organizational performance. Because work engagement is partially mediated in mediating competence, workload and job stress on performance, it is advisable to the PUPR leadership if it is to improve the performance of the Dinas it can be done by simply improving the competency, workload and work stress only or also improving the work engagement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, kerjasama tim, dan pelatihan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasional Pada Karyawan PT.Perta Arun Gas di Lhokseumawe . Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT. Perta Arun Gas di Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 190 orang. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sensus. Analisi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. 2) kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. 3) pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of corporate ethics and employee empowerment on organizational commitment as well as its impact on the organizational citizenship behavior of PT Telkom regional Aceh. The study conducted of 218 employees of the corporate The data collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of structural equation model (SEM). The study found that  corporate ethics has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment and OCB. In contrast, the employee empowerment has no effect on organizational commitment, but it has a positive and significant effect on OCB. The organizational commitment mediates the effect of corporate ethics and employee empowerment on OCB of the employee of the corporation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of commitment and competence to organization citizenship behavior (2) influence of komtmen, competence and organization citizenship behavior toward teacher performance (3) indirect influence of commitment and competence to teacher performance at MTsN In Banda Aceh through the organization citizenship behavior. The location of this study was conducted on all MTsNs in Banda Aceh City. As for the object of this research is the influence of commitment and competence to organizational citizenship behavior and its impact on teacher performance at MTsN In Banda Aceh City, the amount of population in this research is 174 employees, while the data collection technique used is census so that sample used in this study also as many as 174 respondents, while the analytical equipment used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of the research shows that commitment and competence have positive and significant influence on organization citizenship behavior, and the commitment, competence and organization citizenship behavior are positive and significant to teacher performance, then commitment and competence indirectly have positive and significant effect on teacher performance on MTsN Di Kota Banda Aceh through organization citizenship behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of absenteeism, discipline and leadership style on employee performance and its impact on the performance of the organization of the Regional Bureau of the Aceh Regional Secretariat. The population of this study is all employees of the General Bureau of the Aceh Regional Secretariat which currently number 285 people, the sampling technique used in this study is the method of "Simple Random Sampling" to 50 percent of the total population so that the number of samples obtained as many as 143 respondents. There is the influence of discipline, leadership style and absenteeism on the performance of the employees of the Aceh Secretariat General Bureau. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational discipline and commitment as well as its impact on the Performance of the Education and Training Center Students of the Shipping Sciences (BP2IP) Malahayati Aceh. Population in this research is all employees at Education and Training Center of Sailing Science (BP2IP) Malahayati Aceh that is 115 people. Sampling in this study using census method because it involves the entire population to respondents research. Data analysis technique used in this research is The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of statistical software package AMOS 22.0 for hypothesis testing. Proof of Hypothesis is done by using indicator of CR and P value. Because of the 5 verifikatif hypotheses tested in this study have CR value above 1.96 or P value smaller than 0.05, then all hypotheses tested reject Ho and receive H1. In other words, job satisfaction has an effect to improve employee performance as long as the independent variable can be improved by the management of Education and Training Center of Sea Sciences (BP2IP) Malahayati Aceh. The intervening variable that is discipline and organizational commitment has no influence to increase the dependent variable with other words meaning that the improvement of employee performance will be better done by increasing job satisfaction directly without including the variable of work discipline and organizational commitment

Abstract

Many factors affect the performance of an employee, such as job satisfaction, competence, commitment and compensation. The number of respondents in this study was 126 people. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) which operated with AMOS software (analysis moment structure). The results showed that the competence, commitment, compensation, job satisfaction and performance of the employee is good. Competence and compensation significantly affect employee job satisfaction. Competence, commitment and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. Satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance. Competence and commitment have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Commitment has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) determine flexibility i – deals, family performance, performances of city council members Banda Aceh, and organizational support (2) influence of flexibility i – deals  and family performace to performances of city council members Banda Aceh (3) influence of the flexibility i – deals to family performace (3) family performace mediation influence flexibility i – deals to performances of city council members Banda Aceh(4) organizational support moderating influence flexibility i – deals to  performances of city council members Banda Aceh. The research was conducted in the Office City Council Members Banda Aceh with 30 member respondents. As the research object are flexibility i – deals, family performance, performances of city council members Banda Aceh, and organizational support. Results showed that flexibility i – deals  and family performace influence to performances of city council members Banda Aceh, there is influence flexibility i – deals to family performace, there is family performance mediation flexibility i – deals to performances of city council members Banda Aceh, and organizational support moderating influence flexibility i – deals to performances of city council members Banda Aceh.
