Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of arm muscle power and body flexibility to service for volleyball among athletes. Methodology: The type of this research is correlation. The sample in this study were 16 athletes. The research instrument used was an overhead medicine ball throw test, a sit and reach test and a service test for volleyball. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the value level of the relationship or multiple correlation Main Findings: Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that (1) There is a contribution of arm muscle power to service for volleyball for athletes of 38.81% with a value of rcount = 0.623> from the value of rtabel = 0.497, (2) There is a contribution of body flexibility to service for Volleyball for athletes is 42.90% with a value of rcount = 0.655> from the value of r table = 0.497, (3) There is a contribution of arm muscle power and body flexibility to service for volleyball for athletes of 51.55% with a value of rcount = 0.718 > from the value of rtabel = 0.497 Novelty/Originality of this study: The results of this research can provide new, more detailed insight into the importance of developing arm muscle strength and body flexibility in improving service quality, and can be used as a basis for designing more effective and specific training programs for athletes.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The aim of this research is to determine the contribution of agility and body flexibility to ball dribbling skills. Methodology: This type of research is multiple correlation. The population and sample in this study were 22 people. The research instruments used were an agility test using a shuttle run, a body flexibility test using a sit and reach and a ball dribbling skills test. The data analysis technique used is the multiple correlation value test. Main Findings: Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) There is a contribution of agility to the results of ball dribbling skills with a value of rcount = 0.543 > rtable = 0.423 and a KD value of 29.48%. (2) There is a contribution of body flexibility to the results of ball dribbling skills with a value of rcount = 0.546 > rtable = 0.423 and a KD value of 29.81%. (3) There is a contribution of agility and body flexibility to the results of ball dribbling skills with a value of rcount = 0.696 > rtable = 0.423 and a KD value of 48.44%. Novelty/Originality of this study: With comprehensive analysis methods, this research not only strengthens understanding of the importance of physical training focused on agility and flexibility, but also provides practical insights for coaches in designing more effective training programs.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the learning process through online media in physical education learning in class VIII. Methodology: This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The sampling technique used is total sampling with the research subjects of class VIII totaling 25. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Main Findings: Based on the results of the research on Physical Education Learning Processes Through Online Media at MTsN 1 Bengkulu City, they have implemented the physical education learning process through online media, it can be seen from the percentage results with an average of 69%. Novelty/Originality of this study: By utilizing online media, learning becomes more flexible and can be accessed from anywhere, changing the traditional paradigm to more inclusive and affordable learning. The results of this research provide new insights into the effectiveness of online media in supporting the teaching and learning process, opening up opportunities for the development of learning methods that are more interactive and responsive to student needs in the future.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the level of motivation of class XI students towards learning physical education, sports and health at Public High School 2 South Bengkulu. Methodology: This research is a quantitative research, the method used is descriptive method with the type of survey. The population in this study were students of class XI Public High School 2 South Bengkulu, totaling 30 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study used a Likert scale or questionnaire method which was distributed to respondents. Main Findings: Based on the results of the research on the motivation of Class XI students towards learning physical education, sports and health are classified as low, this can be seen in the results of the percentage of 87% which is in the assessment range of 81% -100% with very high criteria. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research provides a valuable contribution to further understanding of how motivation can be triggered and maintained at a high level among level XI students, particularly in the increasingly complex and diverse learning context of Physical Education, Sports and Health.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of agility and speed towards dribbling skills students of football extracurricular. Methodology: This type of research is correlation. The population in this study were students of soccer extracurricular Public High School 5 Bandar Lampung, amounting to 20 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that the number of samples in this study were 20 students. The test instrument used was the shuttle run test, 30 meter run test and dribbling test. The data analysis technique used is the r test. Main Findings: Based on the results of the calculation, it can be seen that the value of the contribution of agility and speed to the results of dribbling the ball of football extracurricular students Public High School 5 Bandar Lampung is = 44.76% Novelty/Originality of this study: This research presents novelty by integrating in-depth empirical analysis regarding the contribution of agility and speed to ball dribbling skills in students who take part in extracurricular football. This study uses a quantitative approach that specifically measures how these two physical components individually and synergistically influence dribbling ability, which is a crucial skill in soccer.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the mapping of sports tourism potential in Nglanggeran Tourism Village after the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors of sports tourism potential in Nglanggeran Tourism Village after the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: The research used qualitative descriptive. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, using data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The informants of this study are: Nglanggeran Tourism Village Manager, Village Government, Gunungkidul Tourism Office, Gunungkidul Youth and Sports Office. The data analysis technique uses MSPDM (Marketability, Sustainability, Participatory, and Disaster Mitigation) analysis. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques. Main Findings: The results of the study show that; (1) Marketing of Nglanggeran Tourism Village has been good in following technological developments, (2) Sustainability of tourism in a growing status, There needs to be a collaborative movement and cooperation with stakeholders, (3) Community participation and involvement are quite active in providing tourism services for visitors, (4) Disaster mitigation is still not optimal and there is no disaster management. The potential for mapping sports tourism that can be held includes Run Heritage, Geoheritage Cross Country, Marathon Geopark, Mountain Bike Nglanggeran, Gymnastics and Yoga, Tracking, Healthy Walking, Jogging Track. Novelty/Originality of this study: Based on the research findings, policy recommendations are prepared that can be adopted by local governments and other stakeholders to support the development of sport tourism in Nglanggeran Tourism Village effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the development strategy for the Banda Naira Islands tourism area with a focus on the problem of developing tourism destination components and the strategy of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Service of Banda Naira District. Methodology: This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Key informants numbered four (4) people selected using purposive sampling techniques, and secondary informants numbered three (3) people using snowball sampling. Data collection methods were through observation, documentation, and interviews. Main Findings: The development of the Banda Naira Islands tourist destination has not been optimal even though it has great potential in marine, historical, and cultural tourism. The main obstacles include infrastructure, facilities, transportation, and management that have not been organized. With the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, institutional strengthening, collaboration, and integrated utilization of local potential are expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the tourism area. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study offers a new approach in developing tourism areas in the Banda Naira Islands by utilizing the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy that has not been optimally implemented before. The focus of this study is to identify specific strengths and opportunities in the Banda Naira Islands, such as the uniqueness of historical and cultural tourist attractions, as well as natural potential that has not been fully developed, and utilize them aggressively to attract more tourists.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the development of Sanrobengi Island Tourism Object, Takalar Regency. And to find out the strategy for developing the potential of Sanrobengi Island Tourism Object, Takalar Regency. Methodology: The analysis method used is chi-square, then a contingency test is used in drawing conclusions which is continued with a Likert Scale scoring system as a parameter to determine the magnitude of the relationship between variable X and Y. Furthermore, a strategy is developed to develop the potential of Sanrobengi Island tourism objects using the SWOT analysis method. The variables used consist of 5 (five) variables including: (1) Tourist Attractions; (2) Supporting Facilities; (3) Security and Comfort; (4) Information and Promotion; (5) Accessibility. Main Findings: Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, factors that significantly influence the development of the Potential of Sanrobengi Island Tourism Objects were obtained. There are three variables that have an influence on the strategy for developing the potential of Sanrobengi Island tourism objects in Takalar Regency, namely tourist attractions, Tourism Support Facilities, and Accessibility. While there are two variables that do not have an influence, namely Security and Comfort and Information and Promotion. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study integrates RTRW and RIPPARNAS policies to support sustainable tourism in South Sulawesi. Through the Chi-Square test, the study evaluates the attractiveness, facilities, security, promotion, and accessibility, and formulates evidence-based strategies to strengthen marine tourism as a leading destination.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine the contribution of Bantimurung Nature Tourism Park to the Regional Original Income of Maros Regency, identify PAD sources, and evaluate the application of public sector accounting science in the context of this contribution in society. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach. The focus of this study is how the Bantimurung Tourism Park Contribution to the Original Regional Income of Maros Regency and the factors that encourage and inhibit the potential of Bantimurung natural tourism objects. The data sources used in this study are interviews and documents at the Maros Regency Culture and Tourism Office. Main Findings: The results of the study show that the Original Regional Income (PAD) of Maros Regency increased from 2016 to 2019, but decreased in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The contribution of Bantimurung Nature Tourism Park to PAD was highest in 2016 at 4.49%, but decreased to 1.95% in 2020. This decrease was caused by social restrictions which drastically reduced the number of tourists. The contribution of Bantimurung Park greatly affects Maros. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the contribution of the Bantimurung Bulu Saraung Tourism Park to the PAD of Maros Regency, including the influence of the PSBB policy on tourist visits and regional income. This study also fills the gap in regional tourism literature, evaluates the role of nature tourism in the economy, and offers crisis mitigation strategies, based on empirical data from 2016-2020.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to understand, investigate, identify, and explain the formulation of research questions. This study aims to explain the development of tourism real estate carried out by the Tourism Office to increase local revenue in South Haramahera Regency. Methodology: This qualitative descriptive study uses inductive analysis to understand tourism management in the Banda Naira Islands. Data were collected through observation, purposive sampling interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model (reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing). The focus of the study includes constraints, strategies, and potentials of tourism management, with optimization of SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategies to maximize local potential. Main Findings: Research shows that tourism development in the Banda Naira Islands is not optimal, especially in terms of tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities, and management. The potential for marine and historical tourism is great, but the lack of artificial attractions, transportation facilities, and facilities such as information centers, public toilets, and waste management are obstacles. Destination management is also not structured. An SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy is recommended with institutional strengthening, infrastructure improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize local potential and tourist attractions. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research presents novelty in the development of Nusa Ra Island as a marine tourism with a sustainable approach that integrates nature conservation, local community empowerment, and promotion through digital technology.
