Abstract

ABSTRACT, Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officers when carrying out surveillance still often find facilities that are damaged or unfit for use, coupled with a lack of TIS personnel, totaling 3 people. This researcher aims to find out how the Terminal Inspection Service Unit carries out a monitoring system for landside facilities at airports and to find out what obstacles and efforts are faced by the Terminal Inspection Service Unit (TIS) when carrying out surveillance of airport landside facilities. This study uses a qualitative method. The tools used were data collectors with the results of observations, interviews and documentation at the Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) unit. Observations, interviews and documentation as supporting documents to answer the research question formulation, then used data validity tests and finally the researchers performed data analysis techniques. which consists of data reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) The control system carried out by Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officers refers to PM 178 2015 concerning service standards for airport service users and refers to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Terminal Inspection Service Unit (TIS) for facility supervision. carried out periodically every day this is done to ensure that every airport facility functions properly and is safe to use so that zero accidents do not occur in accordance with airport principles. 2) data obtained that Terminal Inspection Service officers are still experiencing problems, both constraints on coordination between divisions and constraints on facilities that are still inadequate in dealing with service users and constraints on the number of personnel totaling 3 people due to lack of human resources which makes TIS officers experience pressure such as boredom, fatigue caused by facilities that are often damaged, plus the number of personnel who are so few, numbering 3 people, of course, the need for a Human Resources (HR) budget to fix all of this, but currently the budget is not enough to repair all facilities and lack of personnel.

Abstract

Abstract. Handling of passengers and baggage by officers aviation security refers to the process of security checks carried out on passengers and luggage before taking a flight. This study aims to explain how passengers and baggage are handled by officers aviation security at Yogyakarta International Airport and explained how the dynamics faced by officers aviation security in his duties to handle passengers and baggage. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation in the section security check point for the process of handling passengers and baggage as well as interviews with Performance and Security Coordinator for officers aviation security. The results showed that the handling of passengers and baggage by officers aviation security at Yogyakarta International Airport is fully in accordance with regulation Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). Officer aviation security facing various dynamics in their duties to handle passengers and baggage. Experienced dynamics such as long queues, different security situations and passengers who do not understand flight regulations, especially luggage that violates the rules.

Abstract. This change in the structure of the agriculture-based economy towards industry has resulted in many benefits to be gained from this change. The existence of regional superiority can indicate added value and high productivity due to the built competitiveness. Abstract

Abstract. Recently, more and more education research has focused on public reaction to the code of ethics due to the decline in the quality of education, school administration, teachers and education personnel in Christian leadership in education units. Educators and the public share the view that the root cause of this low quality of education lies with administrators. This study aims to explain the importance of ethical codes and educational administration in the success of a Christian leadership. This study uses a literature study approach, by comparing several main sources related to the code of ethics and educational administration. From the results of literature study, it can be concluded that the Code of Ethics and School Administration in Christian Leadership are related to each other. A teacher is required to have a Code of Ethics in carrying out his teaching duties, and run School Administration to support the school's achievement targets. This is done by referring to Christian Leadership based on the Written Word (Bible) and the Living Word (the Lord Jesus Himself).

Abstract

Abstract, The practice of implementing education should refer to educational theory and be based on a clear philosophical foundation. In order for educational praxis to be guided by theory, an understanding of educational theory and its philosophical roots becomes important and strategic. Pragmatism believes that the truth or not of a theory depends on whether or not the theory is useful for humans in their livelihoods. This philosophy states that the truth or not of a theory depends on whether or not the theory is useful for humans in their livelihoods. Whether or not a result of thought, proposition or theory is judged according to its usefulness in life or according to the usefulness or not of that theory in human life. Pragmatism is a philosophical reaction to this phenomenon. William James defines pragmatism as "the attitude of turning away from everything, principles, categories, initial necessity, to then move on to everything, results, consequences, and new facts." Pragmatism gives a critical character to old philosophical systems, which, according to pragmatists, have made the mistake of looking for something ultimate, absolute, and eternal essences. Historically, education in a broad sense has been implemented since humans were on this earth. This is in line with human progress in thoughts and ideas about education. According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, education is defined as the process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group of people in an effort to mature humans through teaching and training efforts. History cannot be separated from a series of events that have been limited by space and time in which these events were formed and occurred. Many people say that history is something static that cannot possibly be “recycled” based on the context of the era.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The achievement of the achievement of a particular job is a form of a performance. Thus, work performance is the stage of work achievement by an individual in an organization. Some of the cases that have occurred at Adi Soermarmo Boyolali International Airport, one of which is negligence by Ground Handling officers, namely, the lack of awareness of Ground Handling officers in using PPE (personal protective equipment) so that there needs to be disciplinary action and the role of AMC officers to always behave decisively when there is an act violations committed by Ground Handling officers in order to anticipate unwanted things. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the performance of AMC officers and how much influence the performance of AMC officers had on the discipline of Ground Handling officers. This study uses one independent variable, namely the performance of AMC officers and one dependent variable, namely the discipline of Ground Handling officers. The method in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, while the sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires and observation methods. In analyzing the instrument data used is the test of validity and reliability. To test the hypothesis of this study using simple linear regression data analysis, determination test, and t test. The results of the research show that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the hypothesis test, the effect of the performance of AMC officers has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline of Ground Handling officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport Apron. The results of the determination test in this study obtained a determinant value of 0.699 which means that the magnitude of the influence of the performance variable of AMC officers (X) on the work discipline variable of Ground Handling officers (Y) is 69.9%.

Abstract

Abstract. This research took place at Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) branch. This study aims to find out how the strategy carried out by the Tugu Malioboro Yogyakarta international airport branch uses the SWOT analysis method. SWOT analysis is a form that is used by the management of a systematic company organization and can assist in the company's efforts to develop a mature plan to achieve the goals of the company or organization. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Sources of data in this study used secondary data and primary data, namely data sources obtained by reading, studying and understanding through other media sourced from literature, as well as company documents and by conducting interviews with the Director of KTM, commercial managers and with the heads of outlets at Tugu. malioboro. The results of the discussion of this thesis show that the results of the SWOT analysis assessment state that external factors are stronger than internal factors, which means that the Tugu Malioboro branch of the Yogyakarta international airport cannot only rely on the strengths they have because besides these strengths there are also strong weaknesses. Therefore, the management of the Malioboro Monument area at the Yogyakarta international airport must be able to take advantage of the strengths and opportunities that exist, and be able to minimize weaknesses and be able to avoid threats by using some of the resulting strategies.

Abstract

ABSTRAK, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pergeseran struktur ekonomi Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data PDB dan tenaga kerja berdasarkan sektor selama periode Tahun 2020 - 2022. Untuk menganalisis pergeseran struktur ekonomi menggunakan analisis shift-share. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa semua sektor PDB menunjukkan nilai share yang positif. Lapangan usaha yang paling banyak memberikan kontribusi terhadap PDB berasal dari Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum dengan nilai sebesar 14,41%, kemudian diikuti oleh sektor Jasa Perusahaan 14,09%, lalu sektor Jasa Lainnya 12,93%. Adapun sektor yang pertumbuhannya relatif lambat berasal dari Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Asuransi -1,42%. Meningkatnya kontribusi sektor industri dan jasa baik terhadap pertumbuhan PDB maupun terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadinya pergeseran dalam struktur perekonomian Indonesia.

Abstract

Along with the times, the number of air passengers in Indonesia is expected to grow 30% year-on-year to 140 million in the next few years, making Indonesia an important market for air passengers. So Indonesia is expected to become the world's sixth-largest air transportation market by 2034 (Ministry Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, 2022). ARFF (Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting) is a unit part of and rescue at an airport that plays a very important role. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the level of employee work stress, and it is hoped that employees will feel encouraged to work so that the impact on the performance of ARFF employees can increase and be better. This study aims to determine whether there are the effect of job stress on employee performance ARFF (Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting) at Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta and how much influence it has. The research method used is a quantitative method, namely by using population and sample of all employees ARFF (Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting) at Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta as respondents. The data collection technique used is by including a number of theoretical foundations, documentation, observation and distributing questionnaires/surveys. Then the data analysis technique uses the application program tool SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 26. The results of this study are known to be a constant value of 64.654 and a regression coefficient of -0.116, so the linear regression equation is Y = 64.654 - 0.116 X. Then it is known that the value (Sig.) is 0.428 > 0.05 and the value of t count -0.807 < t table 2.064. And the coefficient of determination R2 (R Square) of 0.026 or 2.6%. So it can be concluded that Job Stress (X) has a negative effect and contributes 2.6%, the remaining 97.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. However, there is no significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) ARFF (Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting) at Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta.
