Abstract

Accounting is a tool for measuring and informing the financial results of a company or business to people who need it both inside and outside the company. The results are described using accounting reports or financial reports. The public stigma about new accounting history regarding the study of accounting history generally criticizes the approach used by traditional accounting history which is said to be ahistorical and antique (Sukoharsono, 1998a). It is said to be ahistorical because the history of accounting is written with a present point of view, where accounting history tends to be presented chronologically by slowly displaying present truths. And it is said to be antique because the history of accounting is concentrated on explaining "what" happened in the past instead of explaining "how" and "why" accounting affected people's lives (Stewart, 1992 in Sukoharsono, 1998a). The new accounting history paradigm views accounting not only as a technical tool for recording transactions but as a power and knowledge that can shape human behavior in a social group, which in turn becomes the basis for the establishment of a civilization.

Abstract

Dengan adanya kerjasama antara pengusaha dan karyawan diharapkan masing masing pihak menyadari akan tanggung jawabnya untuk bersama sama mencapai tujuan perusahaan, disamping itu perusahaan juga harus menyadari bahwa memberikan gaji dan insentif secara adil serta layak akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan adanya penjelasan tersebut maka penyusun memilih judul penelitian tentang Peranan Gaji dan Insentif Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Wana Artha Life. Berdasarkan latar belakang penelitian ini, maka dapat dirumuskan masalah yaitu Bagaimana pelaksanaan gaji dan isentif pada PT. Wana Artha Life dan Sejauh mana peranan gaji dan insentif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Wana Artha Life Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaji dan insentif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan maka dinyatakan rumus koefisien korelasi dan regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis.

Abstract

Operation is very important for flight safety so that if there are obstacles that arise can be quickly resolved, such as when there are height violations in the Flight Operation Safety Area, especially in the Inner Horizontal Area of Juanda International Airport due to the construction of telecommunications towers. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of supervising safety operations at Juanda International Airport and to find out the follow-up of the Region III Airport Authority if it finds obstacles to safety operations at Juanda International Airport. Using a qualitative approach method, the research was conducted. Techniques for gathering data include interviews, observation, and documenting of relevant parties. The three steps of data analysis employed are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Supervision of the safety of flight operations at Juanda International Airport by the Surabaya Region III Airport Authority Office, has been running well with the last time there was an indication of obstacles in 2006, namely the construction of a telecommunications tower with a height of 45 meters in the Inner Horizontal Subsurface Area which does not have a complete license and the height of the tower exceeds the specified limit. By conducting flight operation safety area socialization at least once a year, the Region III Airport Authority, Airport Operator, and local government have created effective communication with the community around Juanda International Airport Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract. KAI YIA Airport is one of the transportation options to Yogyakarta International Airport as a means of supporting transportation to travel to and from Yogyakarta International Airport. This study aims to determine the effect of KAI YIA Airport on the interest of users of flight services at Kulon Progo Yogyakarta International Airport. This research is a quantitative study using non probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 passengers and a error rate of 5%. The data collection process uses a questionnaire and the data analysis used is simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination then the data processing uses the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that the YIA Airport KAI Variable has a significant effect on the interest of users of Yogyakarta International Airport flight services with sig (0.000<0.05). Then the result of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.173, this means that the influence of KAI YIA Airport on service user interest is 17.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelian online terhadap minat beli konsumen dalam membeli produk online dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat beli konsumen secara online terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner sebanyak 100 responden, kemudian dikumpulkan dan di cek validitasnya kemudian disajikan secara informatif dan ilmiah. Setelah itu data diolah secara komprehensif dan descriptive-analytic. Kemudian data diuji dengan statistik SEM (Structural Equation Model) untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara berbagai variabel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang pertama yang mengatakan bahwa pembelian online berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen secara online ternyata terbukti secara signifikan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat di tabel 6.3.1. bahwa pengaruh pembelian online memiliki nilai T- statistic di atas 1,664 yaitu sebesar 8,086. Sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis kedua yang mengatakan bahwa Minat beli konsumen secara online berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen ternyata terbukti secara signifikan. Hal tersebut juga dapat dilihat di tabel 6.3.1. bahwa Minat beli konsumen secara online memiliki nilai T- statistic di atas 1,664 yaitu sebesar 10.799.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sistem pembayaran digital dalam revitalisasi UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksploratif. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem pembayaran digital saat ini telah banyak berkembang dan semakin memberi kemudahan penggunanya. Adanya sistem pembayaran digital berperan dalam revitalisasi UMKM. Dalam implementasi program pengembangan digitalisasi UMKM sistem pembayaran digital sangat membantu baik pelaku maupun konsumen UMKM. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan sistem pembayaran digital berperan dalam mendorong revitalisasi UMKM.

Abstract

Proses pendataan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan secara manual tidak akan berjalan dengan maksimal. Kondisi seperti ini membuat suatu instansi memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu mendata seluruh sarana dan prasarana yang ada, yaitu sebuah sistem informasi inventarisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi inventarisasi berbasis website yang digunakan untuk mempermudah proses inventarisasi atau pendataan barang di Sekolah Menengah Atas Veteran Purwokerto. Metode MVC (Model View Controller) digunakan untuk merancang sistem. Sistem ini dapat mempermudah proses pendataan barang tidak habis pakai (inventaris), barang habis pakai (non inventaris), pengadaan, ketidaksesuaian, perbaikan dan pengambilan serta sistem ini dapat menghasilkan laporan yang akan dilaporkan kepada Kepala Sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leverage, Firm Size, Free Cash Flow on Dividend Policy with Profitability as a mediating variable. Dividend policy reflects the purpose of financial management in which the company manages fund income and allocates funds to achieve company value, namely shareholder prosperity share. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique by establishing a number of criteria. In this study, there were 8 companies that met the criteria from a total observation of 73 companies with research objects in the property and real estate subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2016 to 2021. The data processing technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS application assistance. The results of the study show that leverage, firm size, free cash flow and profitability have a simultaneous effect on dividend policy. Leverage has a negative effect on dividend policy. Firm size has no effect on dividend policy and free cash flow has a positive effect on dividend policy. Profitability does not moderate the effect of leverage and firm size on dividend policy, but positively mediates the effect of free cash flow on dividend policy.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 virus outbreak, there were many obstacles faced by aviation companies, especially the Aviation Security Unit (Avsec) as the spearhead in maintaining flight security and safety. Aviation security must carry out its duties seriously and thoroughly by obeying flight rules, especially those relating to passengers and goods especially in the new normal era, so that the Covid-19 virus does not spread further. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of aviation security officers (Avsec) and what factors are the obstacles in inspecting passengers and goods during the new normal era at H. Asan Sampit airport, Central Kalimantan. This study used a qualitative method in which data was collected by interviewing several Avsec officers, observing the work area of the Avsec unit, and documenting data in the form of SOP or work procedures. Data analysis techniques in this study include data collection, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of Avsec officers in the new normal era is basically the same as officers who maintain the security and safety of passengers from acts against the law but pay more attention to the health of passengers and officers so they don't participate in spreading the Covid-19 virus, and there are health protocols that become a new habit for the community after the pandemic. Obstacles faced by officers in inspecting passengers and goods in the new normal era include the lack of awareness of passengers about the rules that have been set. Another obstacle is passenger inspection which is less than optimal due to minimizing physical contact to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Abstract

The higher the competition in the same field, airports must always pay attention to what are the needs and expectations of service users. One of the needs and expectations of aviation service users is airport facilities. Airports are required to always pay attention to facilities in order to provide satisfaction to their customers. The purpose of this study is the waiting room facility for passenger satisfaction at the terminal of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang International Airport With the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method This study used quantitative methods using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method to measure passenger satisfaction and data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The number of samples was 88 people using the slovin formula. The analysis was performed using, validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, T Test and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). There is an influence of the waiting room facility (X) on the satisfaction of the patronage (Y) of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang International Airport significantly with a sig0.000 value < 0.05. Based on the calculated t value, it is known that the t value is 12.696 > 1.988 so it can be concluded that the variable X or independent affects the variable Y or so that Ha is accepted. The Costomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value is 43.56%, based on this, the passenger satisfaction score is included in the fairly satisfied scale. This passenger satisfaction is renewed by the obstacles that exist in the waiting room facilities of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang Airport.
