Abstract

Lombok's Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport serves as the entry point for visitors and holidaying tourists. The increased movement of aircraft and passengers during MotoGP events will have a direct impact on the airport's ability to provide international standard services, security, comfort and safety for passengers. Aviation Security (AVSEC) plays an important role in ensuring the safety of passengers both on the ground and in the air. This study uses quantitative methods to measure the effect of the level of security and service provided by Avsec officers after the MotoGP event on passenger satisfaction at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport. The sig value is 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that the variable level of security and service level have a simultaneous effect on passenger satisfaction. In this study, the R square value obtained was 0.641. Thus passenger satisfaction at Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport is 64.1% influenced by the variable level of security and level of service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leverage, audit quality, and reporting of violations on the integrity of financial statements moderated by earnings management. This study uses data taken from financial statements originating from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with purposive sampling that meets the exploration steps. The study period was taken for 5 years from 2017 to 2021 with 90 data from 18 banking sub-sector entities. The study method uses STATA with secondary data types. The results of the study explain that partially leverage and audit quality affect the integrity of financial statements positively, while whistleblowing partially does not affect the integrity of financial statements. The results of the moderating variable state that earnings management is able to moderate leverage and audit quality on report integrity and earnings management in this study is not able to moderate the Whistleblowing relationship on financial statement integrity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, activity on firm value moderated by corporate social responsibility. This study uses data collected from financial reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using purposive sampling which fulfills the exploratory steps. The period used in the study was 5 years, namely 2016 to 2020 with the amount of data used being 60 samples of LQ45 index companies. The research method uses SPSS version 26 with secondary data types. The results of the study state that profitability positively affects firm value, while liquidity, leverage, and activity do not affect firm value. The results of the moderating variable state that Corporate Social Responsibility is able to moderate profitability on firm value while Corporate Social Responsibility in this study is not able to moderate liquidity, leverage, and activity on firm value.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to examine the role of networking capability to improve company performance through the use of business process agility in construction companies in Java Island. The research method was carried out quantitatively by collecting data by distributing questionnaires through electronic forms and printed formats which were delivered directly to respondents where the respondents were the company's top management, such as directors, CEOs, company owners, and company commissioners who work for contractor companies on the island of Java. The sampling technique was carried out purposively based on the criteria of top management who had worked for at least five years in a contractor company in Java Island. Based on these criteria, there are 254 top management who have met these criteria. Data were analyzed using statistical software AMOS 22. The results showed that networking capability had a positive and significant effect on business process agility and company performance. Likewise, process business agility has a positive effect on firm performance.

Abstract

The existence of a retail business at the airport helps meet the needs before, during and after flights. One of the airports that manages its retail business very well, namely I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, this is one of the efforts of PT Angkasa Pura I in developing its economy so that it continues to be organized neatly and continues to grow well, this is demonstrated by the establishment of a special unit to manage and operate commercialization in the passenger terminal area, vehicle parking area, and advertising, namely the Commercial Operation Strategic Business Unit. This study aims to determine the attractiveness of passengers to retail business at Ngurah Rai Airport and the quality of retail management at the airport. The research was conducted in the commercial area of ​​the airport. Source of data in this study using secondary and primary data. And for data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study conclude that the attractiveness of passengers to retail business at the airport is the main reason due to personal needs which are then supported by the layout of the room and products, employee service at the outlets, and cleanliness of the outlets. Meanwhile, the quality of retail management is quite good and optimal, namely by planning, supervising, directing by the management, namely Comm.Ops and business partners

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peraturan Pemerintah RI Nomor 3 Tahun 2001 menjelaskan bahwa keselamatan penerbangan adalah keadaan yang terwujud dari penyelenggaraan penerbangan yang lancar sesuai dengan prosedur operasi dan persyaratan kelaiakan teknis terhadap sarana dan prasarana penerbangan beserta penunjangnya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem kerja Unit Apron Movement Control 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja Unit Apron Movement Control dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah peneliti sendiri dengan ditunjang oleh hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan dokumen pendukung pada unit apron Movement control (AMC). Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian, maka peneliti melakukan 3 tahapan analisis yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa. Unit Apron Movement Control dalam melakukan tugasnya, dimulai dari alat komunikasi, alat pendataan dan lain sebagainya. Alat pendukung ini memiliki fungsinya masing-masing untuk membantu petugas dalam melaksanakan tugas. Inti dari (SOP) Unit Apron Movement Control adalah menyangkut dengan segala kegiatan yang berada di sisi airside. Standar operasi ni ditetapkan agar segala kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

In order to create aviation work safety, the role of competent human resources is needed. Airnav Operations is one of the aviation security and safety personnel who is required to have a license who is given duties and responsibilities in aviation safety. The increase in the number of airlines today has led to the opening of routes or flight routes to various regions and abroad. So that a good air traffic service is needed to create security and safety for aviation transportation. Aviation air traffic services aim to expedite and maintain the flow of air traffic, preventing accidents on flights. This research is a qualitative type research. By conducting observations, interviews, and documentation with Airnav officers at the Solo branch of the Airnav Public Housing Office. This study aims to determine the role of Airnav officers and the obstacles they face in carrying out their duties. It is hoped that all officers will carry out their duties according to the SOP. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the role of Airnav operational officers is in accordance with the applicable SOPs, but there are still obstacles to be faced.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport Branch serves ground handling services for air transportation companies. This research is focused on Ground Handling services for pasasi officers, namely check-in, boarding and lost and found. The problem in this study is related to the lack of work discipline of pasasi officers seen in carrying out their duties or work. This study aims to determine the work discipline carried out in an effort to improve the performance of pasasi officers to determine the work discipline that should be carried out in the future in an effort to improve the performance of pasasi officers of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport Branch. This research uses qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study were the head (leader) and the passation officer of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport Branch. The data used in this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline carried out in an effort to improve the performance of pasasi officers is entering work on time, doing work in accordance with company regulations and supervision by the leader. Requiring employees to obey all applicable regulations at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport Branch in order to improve employee performance. Work discipline that should be carried out in the future in an effort to improve the performance of pasasi officers is that leaders must be more assertive in making decisions and providing sanctions or reprimands for employees who are not disciplined at work. In addition, it is necessary to increase wages and salaries for employees whose performance is good so that it will encourage other employees to improve their performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The influence of the work environment on employee performance is closely related to the process of achieving company goals. Employees will work productively or not depending on motivation, job satisfaction, stress levels, physical conditions of work, social pressures, and changes that occur that affect employee performance. The changes that have occurred at Tunggul Wulung Cilacap Airport include a decrease in the number of commercial aircraft passengers since the COVID-19 pandemic. So that the maintenance of the facility does not run intensively and the work is still done manually. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the working environment has on employee performance at UPBU Tunggul Wulung Cilacap. This study used an associative quantitative method using data from the results of distributing questionnaires to 74 employees with a sample selection using a simple random sampling approach. Data analysis techniques used in this study were validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity testing, simple linear regression tests, and the coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results of testing the work environment hypothesis show a t-count value of 6,180, or positive, with a significant level of 0.000. So with a t-count > t-table (6.180 > 1.993) and a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05), the hypothesis in this study accepts H and rejects Ho. Through the results of simple linear regression calculations, the value of Y = 35,843 + 0,346X is obtained. Level 0.000 0.05, so the conclusion is that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance. Based on the results of the determination coefficient, the value of R (R Square) 0.347 is equal to 34.79%, which means that the influence of the working environment on employee performance is 34.7%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers often find Ground Handling officers who do not use ear protection and drive GSE vehicles that exceed the maximum speed of 20 KM, causing the GSE vehicle to suddenly die. This researcher aims 1) To determine the role of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. 2) To find out the obstacles for Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in an effort to improve safety on the air side and to find out solutions in solving the obstacles for Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. This study uses a qualitative method. The tools used were the researchers themselves, with the results of observations in the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit, interviews and documents as supporting documents to answer the research questions, the researchers conducted a 3-stage analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) The role of the Apron Movement Control Unit (AMC) at Tambolaka Airport, Sumba Barat Daya, is located at domestic and international airports which play a very important role in aviation security and safety including providing instructions and supervising all vehicles and personnel traveling serves to oversee the movement of aircraft in the area of ​​aircraft that are currently operating on the Apron and Runway. 2) Obstacles in the Apron Movement Control Unit (AMC) Tambolaka Airport, Southwest Sumba, namely the obstacles experienced when carrying out supervision, there is still a lack of ear protection when monitoring the performance of baggage handling personnel and Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. naturally the Apron Movement Control (AMC) officer while carrying out surveillance on the apron, the officer found a GSE vehicle that was traveling beyond the maximum limit of 20 km so that it experienced a sudden engine shutdown, not knowing about the rules on the air side.
