Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the community, especially mothers, manage waste so that it is efficient and can be used as additional family income through a container called “ Bank Sampah”.. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by utilizing qualitative information or data which is described descriptively with the intention of exploring a phenomenon or social reality. The variables used in this research are management, “Bank Sampah”, increased revenue, family. The result of this research is that by managing waste appropriately, the results can help the community increase family income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on purchasing decisions. The research method employed is quantitative, with a sample size of 224 members from the K-Pop Army Solo fan club. Data collection is conducted through a questionnaire, and the sampling method utilizes the Slovin Formula with Accidental Sampling technique. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS.The results of the research indicate that Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image have a significant positive influence on the purchasing decisions of Mie Lemonilo among K-Pop enthusiasts, particularly within the Army Solo fan club. The coefficient of determination is 44.3%, indicating that the variability in purchasing decisions can be explained by the tested regression model, while the remaining variance is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit is a unit that is responsible for regulations, monitoring aircraft movements, vehicle traffic, people and goods as well as cleanliness in airside areas, recording flight data so that aviation security and safety can be achieved. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the AMC unit, it is based on 3S+1C (Safety, Security, Service and Compliance). As a measure of success in the role of duties and responsibilities, the AMC unit must optimize the 3S+1C principles. Safety, Security, Service and Compliance are the principles of the AMC unit to create safety, security and aviation services without compromising all the regulations that have been established. This research aims to find out the role of AMC officers in optimizing the 3S+1C principles in the airside area and the obstacles for AMC officers to achieve the 3S+1C principles at Sentani Jayapura International Airport, Papua. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data came from SOPs, photos and regulations related to the problems studied. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, triangulation techniques were used. The results of this research show that the Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers at Sentani Jayapura International Airport, Papua have optimized the 3S+1C principles in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedures. Starting from passenger services which include Aviobridge services, Slot Time ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival) and ETD (Estimated Time Of Departure) and Plotting Parking Stand. AMC officers have also carried out their responsibilities for safety in the Airside Area, identifying Hazards, monitoring every movement at the Airside, carrying out cleanliness and order inspections at the Airside. AMC officers have implemented Compliance Principles or compliance with the rules that apply in the Airside Area, this is in the form of implementing SOPs for officers who carry out all work in the Airside Area. AMC officers have the obligation and responsibility to take action against officers or parties who violate the rules in the Airside Area, especially regarding handling FOD (Foreign Object Debris). Obstacles for AMC officers to achieve the 3S+1C principle at Sentani Jayapura International Airport include damage to security facilities in the airport area such as apron guardrails which do not have barbed wire, holes and holes that allow animals to enter the airside area, thereby endangering safety and security. security and lack of monitoring facilities such as CCTV for remote monitoring. Then, in the AMC supervision area, we often find officers or parties who do not use Airport Passes (Legality/Permit Signs) and safety equipment in the form of vests during operational hours and lack of awareness of officers or other parties in handling FOD, such as fuel spills in the Airside Area. The Sentani Jayapura International Airport AMC unit also has problems in terms of a shortage of personnel during working hours which means personnel have to do double duty so that there are often delays when carrying out Aviobridge services and routine FOD inspections, this also has quite a significant impact on operational times.

Abstract

Corporate identity merupakan tanda pengenal suatu identitas dari sebuah perusahaan sebagai pembeda dari kompotitor lainnya. Perancangan corporate identity dapat dikatakan berhasil saat corporate identity tersebut mampu mewakili sebuah perusahaan tersebut, dalam penyampaian berupa logo, aplikasi pada stationery, merchandise, dan pada media promosi. Identitas perusahaan yang terlalu sederhana dapat mengakibatkan tidak menguntungkan dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi. Untuk menghindari permasalahan yang ada perlu adanya perancangan Corporate Identity agar memiliki identitas pembeda dengan kompotitor lainnya. Dengan adanya Corporate identity diharapkan perusahaan mempunyai identias dalam perusahaan, lebih eksis dan terus berkembang dalam persaingan dengan kompotitor lainnya.

Abstract

Temperature and humidity are inseparable from server rooms. This is important because server rooms consist of computers that provide services 24 hours a day without stopping. After collecting all the supporting data, the author found that the temperature was too high and the humidity did not meet the standard, causing the computer to not function properly. The author finally created a tool that can monitor the temperature and humidity in the server room and applied it to the server room of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The tool works by reading the temperature and humidity using a DHT22 sensor. After the data is read, the ESP32 will process the data, which will then be sent to a database and stored. The data can be viewed directly from anywhere. The tool not only monitors but also performs other functions, such as turning on the AC/fan when the temperature rises above the predetermined limit and sending notifications via Telegram to the staff so that they can take further action.This device will help the staff because all information about temperature and humidity will be recorded well, so the staff does not need to check the server room all the time.

Abstract

TB. Berkah Keramik is a company that operates in the sales of building materials. The address is H2 Sido Mukti, precisely on Jl. Lintas Rawa Jitu, Aji Baru Building, Tulang Bawang, Lampung. This company was founded in 2019. TB. Until now TB. Berkah Keramik in managing sales, sales transactions and managing goods still uses manual methods written on note paper and bookkeeping. In recording, problems often occur, such as in the example of a sales note, an error occurs when recording the nominal price, making it susceptible to errors in calculations.In this research the author uses a cash-based accounting method (Accrual Basis). Accrual Basis is the process of recording accounting transactions where transactions are recorded when cash is received or when cash is paid out. The use of the Accrual Basis Method in this research is due to TB Transactions. Ceramic Blessings are done in cash. in this research for system development. The research method used by the author in this research is Research and Development (R&D). Research and Development (R&D) is a research method used to produce certain products and test the product's effectiveness.The results of this research are in the form of Visual-based Sales Information System Software. This system can help cashiers in managing and reporting sales. As well as making it easier for owners to check sales reports and financial reports. By designing a new system, sales management will be more effective. With this, the author developed a goods sales system using the VB.Net programming language (Visual Basic 2010) and MySQL information as the database. And crystal reports to create transaction reports, so that they can help and make things easier for users. This can be proven by testing the effectiveness of the performance of the old system compared to the new system, if the percentage is 40.00% : 90.00%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas mediasi dalam penyelesaian perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Pamekasan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Kerangka teori yang digunakan mencakup teori resolusi konflik, negosiasi, dan pertukaran sosial. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak-pihak berperkara dan mediator, serta analisis dokumen perkara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pelaksanaan mediasi telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan, mediasi belum sepenuhnya efektif. Dari sejumlah kasus yang dimediasi, hanya sebagian kecil yang berhasil mencapai kesepakatan damai. Sehingga efektivitasnya masih bervariasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan mediasi meliputi persepsi para pihak, kompetensi mediator, kemauan untuk berdamai, serta konteks sosial-budaya masyarakat Pamekasan. Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi teori yang digunakan dalam memahami dinamika interaksi antar pihak, proses negosiasi kepentingan, pertimbangan untung-rugi, serta pengaruh norma lokal dalam pencapaian resolusi damai. Meskipun demikian, mediasi tetap menjadi sarana penting dalam mendorong penyelesaian perkara secara damai dan meminimalkan konflik lanjutan

Abstract

Negotiation is the most common way of resolving disputes, including in everyday life, such as bargaining over prices in the buying and selling process. In essence, negotiation is a communication process between two or more parties who have different interests, and aims to reach a mutual agreement. Negotiation can not only be done in real life (meeting) but, negotiation can also be done online, especially in online buying and selling. Online buying and selling is a technological breakthrough that helps people to buy goods without coming to a place/store. So that it can make it easier for consumers to buy goods/services. This study aims to examine the extent to which negotiation can resolve consumer cases online. The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary data obtained from interviews while secondary data is obtained by reviewing books and journals. The approach used is a case study approach. The results of the study show that negotiation is quite effective in resolving online-based consumer cases although not 100% because there are several obstacles that hinder the negotiation process, namely slow response/non-response of business actors, difficult return process. So that to achieve fast negotiation requires activeness and good faith from each party.

Abstract

Perjanjian jual beli tanah merupakan salah satu bentuk perikatan yang memiliki nilai hukum dan ekonomi tinggi dalam masyarakat. Perjanjian ini tidak hanya mengikat secara moral, tetapi juga secara hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata), khususnya Pasal 1457 dan Pasal 1320. Namun, dalam praktiknya sering ditemukan kasus pembatalan sepihak oleh penjual yang bertentangan dengan asas pacta sunt servanda, sehingga menimbulkan kerugian bagi pembeli dan menciptakan ketidakpastian hukum. Tindakan tersebut dapat dikualifikasikan sebagai wanprestasi dan berpotensi menimbulkan sengketa antara para pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek yuridis dari tindakan pembatalan sepihak oleh penjual dalam perjanjian jual beli tanah secara lisan serta mengevaluasi efektivitas mekanisme Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa (APS) sebagai solusi penyelesaian yang cepat, efisien, dan adil. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis sosilogis dengan studi kepustakaan sebagai dasar analisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembatalan sepihak oleh penjual tanpa alasan yang sah melanggar ketentuan hukum perjanjian dan dapat diselesaikan melalui APS seperti konultasi dan penilaian ahli. Penyelesaian melalui APS dinilai lebih efektif dalam menjaga hubungan para pihak serta menghindari proses litigasi yang panjang dan memakan biaya besar.

Abstract

Mediasi sebagai alternatif penyelesaian sengketa telah menjadi pendekatan yang semakin diandalkan dalam menyelesaikan konflik sosial tanpa harus menempuh jalur litigasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas mediasi dalam menangani kasus kekerasan yang terjadi pada ajang Pekan Olahraga dan Seni Mahasiswa (Porsema) di Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Studi ini mengkaji proses mediasi yang difasilitasi oleh pihak universitas dan melibatkan pelaku, korban, serta perwakilan lembaga mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peristiwa kekerasan dalam kegiatan Porsema dan proses mediasi yang dilakukan sebagai alternatif penyelesaian sengketa. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber termasuk berita daring, keterangan resmi universitas, dokumen hasil mediasi, serta literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan mediasi ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor utama, yaitu keterbukaan komunikasi antarpihak, netralitas mediator, dan kesepakatan berbasis keadilan restoratif. Mediasi yang dilaksanakan pada 25 Oktober 2024 berhasil mencapai kesepakatan damai dengan beberapa poin utama yaitu, pelaku bertanggung jawab menanggung seluruh biaya pengobatan korban, kedua pihak saling memaafkan, dan kesepakatan untuk tidak melanjutkan kasus ke ranah hukum. Mediasi tidak hanya mampu meredam eskalasi konflik, tetapi juga membangun kembali hubungan sosial antarmahasiswa yang sempat terganggu. Proses ini memberikan ruang bagi pelaku untuk bertanggung jawab secara moral dan sosial, serta membuka jalan bagi korban untuk memperoleh pemulihan psikologis dan emosional. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa mediasi dapat menjadi mekanisme penyelesaian yang efektif dalam menangani konflik kekerasan di lingkungan kampus, asalkan dilaksanakan secara transparan dan partisipatif.
