Abstract

The purpose of the research is to develop an existing Goods Control application system in order to facilitate data collection and the data collection process of PT Kencana Graha Pertiwi. The research methodology used in the data processing system is a literature study method, namely data collection carried out by taking data from various books in libraries, journals and other books that can be used as a basis for analyzing problems that can be discussed in research, as well as field study methods. namely by making direct observations such as interviews and observations. The system development method used is the Waterfall method. The result of this research is the existence of an application device made with the Java programming language and data storage using a database from MySQL so that the data collection process at PT Kencana Graha Pertiwi becomes more effective, efficient and practical

Abstract

Companies engaged in manufacturing carry out routine production activities to produce goods. Production activities start from purchasing materials, paying labor wages to process these materials and incurring the necessary costs so that these materials can be converted into finished products that are ready to be sold for profit. Therefore, the standard cost is the planned cost for a product based on current business conditions. Costs of materials and labor are usually based on normal or current conditions taking into account possible changes in price levels and tariffs. So for the purpose of production cost efficiency in this study can be used standard costs. Raw material costs are the costs that you need to spend to get raw materials to produce goods, including operational costs, transportation costs, storage costs, and so on, and production volume is the number of commodities and services that are actually produced from the production process carried out. by the industrial companies themselves within a certain period of time. This type of research uses associative research, which aims to determine the effect of raw material costs on production volume at PT. Subur Mekar Abadi, the sample for this research is financial data for 2019-2021. The results of partial testing of the raw material cost variable (X) on the production volume variable (Y) show that the value of t count > t table is 3.181 > 2.353, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that raw material costs affect production volume

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product design and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga. The type of research used is a quantitative research method with a correlational study approach. The sample in this research is the customer of CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga by distributing questionnaires totaling 44 respondents. Based on the results of the research it is known that the value of the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained a number of 97.7%, this means that what occurs in the variation of the dependent variable (purchasing decision) of 97.7% is determined by the independent variables (product design and brand image) and the remainder is 2.3% influenced by other variable factors. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the results were obtained: Y = 2.488 + 0.170X1 + 0.764X2. The constant value is positive, indicating a positive influence on the independent variable, where the Purchase Decision Variable is 2.488 units. The Product Design Variable (X1) has a regression coefficient of 0.170, has a positive influence on purchasing decisions (Y) and Brand Image variable (X2) has a regression coefficient of 0.764, has a positive influence on purchasing decisions (Y). From the results of the Hypothesis Test Test t (perial) t_count 2.617 > t_table 2.020 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which partially states variable X1 has a positive effect on variable Y. And obtained t_count 10.515> t_table 2.020 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which partially states that variable X2 has a positive effect on variable Y. While the results of the Hypothesis Test F Test (Simultaneous) show that the F_count value is 880,883 > F_table 3.22, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which states simultaneously Product Design and Brand Image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at CV.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh ragam produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD. Restu Mulia Pandan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi korelasional. Penulis menggunakan 90 orang responden sebagai sampel yang diambil dari 10% populasi, jumlah populasi 900 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis keofisien korelasi berganda dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan pengujian statistik secara parsial nilai t hitung 5,888 > t tabel 1,988 dan nilai signifikan 0,007 < 0,05, maka dapat diartikan bahwa ragam produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeli. Dan harga menunjukkan t hitung 2,760 > t tabel 1,988 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat diartikan bahwa kelengkapan produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeli. Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan (uji F), nilai F hitung 119,583 > F tabel 3,10 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang artinya ragam produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembeli. Nilai hasil koefisien korelasi berganda sebesar 0,856 atau 85,6% dimana berdasarkan interpertasi korelasi dinyatakan hubungan sangat kuat. Nilai angka R square menunjukkan sebesar 0,733 (73,3%), variabel keputusan pembeli dapat dijelaskan oleh ragam produk dan harga. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 26,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya. Kata Kunci : Ragam Produk, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing and brand image on the purchasing decisions of tupperware consumers at the Alamanda Delta Surya Business Center. The population in this study were all Tupperware consumers aged 17-58 years. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by taking 100 respondents. Data collection through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression through the SPSS application version 21 for Windows. The results of the study show that partially Green Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Tupperware Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Tupperware Purchase Decisions and simultaneously Green Marketing and Brand Image have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Alamanda Delta Surya Business Center.

Abstract

Analysis of the effect of dividend policy and financial performance on firm value in CU Cooperatives. Dosnitahi Pinang Sori Central Tapanuli Regency: Company Management Study Program at STIE Al Washliyah. This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy and financial performance on firm value in CU Cooperatives. Dosnitahi Pinang Sori, Central Tapanuli Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research, because this research method aims to obtain information by making a picture or description of what is or is happening. This research was conducted from April 14 to September 2022. For this research the population is 57 people. The population is taken from all CU Cooperative employees. Dosnitahi Pinang Sori, Central Tapanuli Regency. because the population is below 100 people, the authors take the entire population meeting to be used as a sample of 57 people. The type of data used in this thesis research is the type of subject data and primary data sources. The research data is normally distributed because on the bell-shaped histogram graph, on the P-P plot above, you can see the distribution of the data close to the diagonal line and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical test results show a sig value of 0.200, this means that the sig value is greater than 0.05 which means that all data used in this study are normally distributed). The results of the multiple regression test obtained Y = 4.885 + 5.056 X1 - .701 X2 . this means that the influence of the dependent variable (firm value) is determined by the independent variable (dividend policy and financial performance) with a regression coefficient of 5.056 and -.701. where if one unit of variable X or a certain value is added, the variable Y (company value) will also increase multiplied by that certain value. From the results of data testing, the results obtained are t count <t table, so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on this, the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial leverage/DER on profitability/ROE at PT.Subur Mekar Abadi. The author uses research methods in quantitative descriptive to discuss the problems faced by corporate finance. Data analysis explained the use of the results of several linear sub-data analyzes regarding financial leverage/DER on profitability/ROE (Y). The results of the study show that there is a negative relationship between financial leverage/DER and profitability/ROE at PT. Subur Mekar Abadi of 0.859, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as very strong. The regression equation obtained Y = 1.357 -0.695 X which shows the effect of financial leverage/DER on profitability/ROE at PT.Subur Mekar Abadi. The t test shows that the hypothesis proposed is rejected (not significant), where t count is -2.907 > 2.07387, which means that financial leverage/DER is not necessarily reduced by the regression coefficient/slop (0.695) if the financial leverage/DER variable is added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that financial leverage/DER only plays a role of 73.8% of profitability/ROE at PT. Subur Mekar Abadi and the remaining 26.2% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Abstract

As an education institute that typically Islamic, madrasah plays an important role in the process of pupil personality establishment, because of that through madrasah education the parents hope that their children have two abilities at once, not only science and technology (iptek) but also has a high personality and commitment of their religion (imtaq). While in the practice, can be understood that the madrasah actualization as an Islamic typically schools is still far from what is hoped. The understanding of the characteristic of Islam is still understood partially, is only seen from the outside aspect (exoteric) and symbolic. This will not ever exist if madarasah does not do the innovations in actualizing the function as an Islamic madrasah and to fulfill the parents hope.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is a formal Islamic educational institution in Indonesia which is under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. The existence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah today is inseparable from the history of madrasas developed by Islamic countries in the Middle East, to Islamic education that existed in Indonesia long before independence and to the present. At the beginning of its development, Madrasah was an Islamic educational institution with the establishment of the Nizhamiyah Madrasa in Baghdad when the vizier of the Bani Seljuq Nizhamul Muluk in the 5th century Hijriyah. Then Islamic education entered Indonesia, which at first only used the classical system such as teaching in suraus or mosques and the Islamic boarding school system. Several Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia have reformed the classical education system into a madrasa system (class). Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is one of the products of renewal of Islamic education in Indonesia which is devoted to basic education. After the independence of the Republic of Indonesia, madrasah Ibtidaiyah became educational institutions that taught Islamic religious knowledge as the subject of teaching, and also taught general knowledge at least; Indonesian, counting and reading and writing Latin letters for lower level madrasas (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah).

Abstract

SWOT analysis is a method for describing conditions and evaluating a problem, project or business concept based on external and internal factors, namely strengths, opportunities, weaknesses. SWOT analysis is part of the strategic planning stages of an organization which consists of three stages, namely: the data collection stage, the analysis stage, and the decision making stage. In the data collection stage, it can be done by analyzing the state of the organization both internally and externally. The next step is to utilize all of this information in strategic formulation models for study programs. One of the problem solving models that can be used is the SWOT matrix model After conducting a SWOT analysis at UNZAH, several examples of strategic study program steps can be put forward for quality improvement, including: Develop study programs based on Islamic boarding schools according to the needs of the community who want character building, Utilize technology for marketing education, Increase quality graduates in the fields of religion and academics so that the community believes in the quality of UNZAH and seeks funds from donors and other businesses to support study program development.
