Abstract

This research was motivated by the author's attention regarding the role of the Youth Red Cross in instilling attitudes of social awareness and healthy lifestyles in students at SDN 20 Mataram. The objectives of this research are (1) to determine the role of the Youth Red Cross (YRC) in instilling attitudes of social awareness and healthy lifestyles in students at SDN 20 Mataram (2). To find out the obstacles and solutions to the role of the Youth Red Cross (YRC) in instilling attitudes of social awareness and healthy lifestyles in students at SDN 20 Mataram. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used data reduction model, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used is the expansion of observations, triangulation and adequacy of references. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be obtained that the role of YRC (Youth Red Cross) at SDN 20 Mataram is carried out through the form of YRC activities which are divided into two, namely routine and period activities. The routine activities are activities carried out every week, such as material both theoretical and practical, YRC (Youth Red Cross) gymnastics, teaching how to wash hands properly and correctly, and community service on Fridays (clean Fridays). Then there are period activities when there are certain competition events which are held once a year, namely the Jumbara (Jumpa Bhakti Gembira) Beginner Level activities held by PMI Mataram City.

Abstract

The TPCK model is a useful tool for characterizing and evaluating teachers' technology integration skills. This research aims to describe the skills or professionalism of Fiqh teachers in the implementation of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) in Fkih learning at MTs NW Senyiur. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data analysis techniques, namely data collection (data reduction), data display (data display) as well as drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of this research, it shows that: 1) Technological Knowledge (TK) of teachers in learning jurisprudence in Class VIII, namely a) using hardware such as laptops, LCD projectors, and b) using software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point ; 2) Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) of teachers in learning jurisprudence in Class VIII; a) Class management by conditioning students before learning activities and applying interesting learning methods; b) Learning planning by preparing syllabus, lesson plans and power point media; c) Carrying out learning activities in three stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing; d) Evaluate learning with three aspects, namely attitudes, knowledge and skills; 3) The teacher's Content Knowledge (CK) in class VIII fiqh learning includes: a) content knowledge, which is demonstrated by using various learning resources; b) explanation of the material using the lecture method using PowerPoint presentations; and c) examples that are appropriate to the material discussed in class, such as pictures and videos.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still teenagers whose morals are still not good, this can be seen from the behavior of teenagers who still say dirty words, impolite behavior when talking to older people, consuming alcohol, and lack of enthusiasm among teenagers. This research aims to determine efforts to strengthen the religious character of teenagers, the supporting and inhibiting factors for efforts to strengthen the religious character of teenagers. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data presentation), and verification (drawing conclusions). The data validity techniques used are increased persistence and triangulation. The results of this research show that: 1) efforts to strengthen the religious character of teenagers at the Baiturrahim mosque are carried out through religious activities, there are weekly programs, namely joint yasinan, al-barzanji reading. Monthly activities are monthly recitations which are held once a month and annual activities such as isro'mi'roj, the Prophet's birthday, and other PHBI activities.  2) Supporting factors for strengthening the religious character of teenagers at the Baiturrahim Mosque, namely support from the family and the existence of a good relationship between parents and administrators. Factors hampering the implementation of the implementation of the religious character of teenagers at the Baiturrahim Mosque are free association and economic conditions.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students in the PAI-BP class VIII B subject. Results: Pre-action student learning motivation in PAI-BP learning was generally classified as good, with an average score of 59.4% from 22 participants. students, 21 students are in the good category and 1 is in the sufficient category. An alternative solution to this problem is by applying new learning methods such as the Market Place method in PAI-BP learning. This research uses classroom action research. The subjects of this research were 22 students in class VIII B. Data was obtained through observation sheets, documentation and motivation questionnaires. The questionnaire used was in the form of multiple choices consisting of 22 statement items containing the choices always, often sometimes and never. The questionnaire was used in each cycle, namely in cycles I and II. The results of filling out the questionnaire in cycle I showed that 6 students had very good learning motivation, 15 in the good category, and 1 in the sufficient category with an average score of 66.6%. Cycle II saw an increase of 16 students in the very good category and 6 in the good category with an average score of 80.1%. The results of observations on students and teachers also showed an increase, in cycle I the student activity looked quite good, increasing to the very good category in cycle II, and the teacher activity in cycle I was good, increasing to the very very good category in cycle II.

Abstract

  This research aims to determine the use of Social Media, supporting and inhibiting factors in forming the religious character of teenagers at the Nurul Yaqin Mosque, Tunjang Hamlet, Pagutan Village, Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. The research method used qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of Social Media content. The informants for this research are teenagers who actively use Social Media and are involved in religious activities at the local mosque. The research results show that the use of Social Media has a significant influence in shaping the religious character of teenagers, both positively and negatively. The use of social media expands teenagers' access to religious information, allowing them to participate in online religious discussions and activities, but also carries the risk of exposure to content that is inconsistent with religious values. Nevertheless, the Nurul Yaqin Mosque still plays an important role as a supporting institution in the process of forming the religious character of teenagers. Through religious programs, moral education and self-development, this mosque provides a platform for teenagers to actualize religious values ​​in everyday life. This research provides a deeper understanding of the relationship between the use of Social Media and the formation of teenagers' religious character, as well as its implications in the local community context. The practical implications of this research can be used as a basis for policy makers, educational institutions, and religious communities to develop more effective strategies in utilizing Social Media to support the formation of the religious character of teenagers.

Abstract

This research aims to improve Islamic religious education teacher through 4C. This research is a type of qualitative research; there are two sources of data in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. For data collection using free guided interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of this research are 1) In improving creative skills, teachers use problem based learning and project based learning models with interactive lecture methods, questions and answers and role playing (demonstrations). 2). Teacher's strategy in improving students' 4C skills in class 6 learning at SDN 2 North Kelayu can be said to be good, this is proven by the strategies implemented by the teacher, it can be seen that students have been able to follow the learning process well. Apart from that, students also become more active in the learning process, braver to express opinions, more creative in providing solutions and answers, and then can complete group assignments well. Through the application of various strategies, the results obtained are that students are able to convey their opinions well and politely, are able to exchange opinions with their friends, and are able to communicate the results of their discussions, are able to capture the material presented by the teacher, and are more creative in providing answers and solutions when The teacher reflects and asks questions and problems during the learning process. Apart from that, students are also able to improvise the roles they get when carrying out demonstrations.

Abstract

The values ​​of Islamic education can be sought in many ways, one of which is in tradition, especially in the traditions that exist in Indonesia. This education aims to find out the values ​​of doi menre and the focus studied in this thesis is (1) The process of implementing the Doi'menre tradition or gift money in traditional Bugis marriages. (2) The values ​​of Islamic education contained in the Doi' Menre tradition. This research aims to determine the values ​​of Islamic education in the Doi' Menre' tradition in Bugis traditional marriages in Terujung Hamlet, Labuan Aji Village, Tarano District, Sumbawa Regency. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, because it can describe the values ​​and stages in implementing the doi menre tradition. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The results of research in the field show that there are ten processes in implementing the Doi'menre tradition, namely the exploration stage (mapesek-pesek), madduta, mappatettong serapo, mette, mappaisseng, mappassau botting, mappanre temme, mappacci, ipanikka, and the final process of mellau dampeng. Then there are five Islamic values ​​in the Doi Menre tradition, namely the value of respect for women, the value of mutual cooperation, social values, the value of knowledge, and the last value, namely spiritual values.

Abstract

The researcher was interested in studying strategies for developing the quality of students from the aspect of discipline, foreign language skills (English) and the achievements of students at the Munirul Arifin Islamic boarding school foundation NW Praya. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of this research analysis show that there are several strategies implemented by the NW Praya Munirul Arifin Islamic boarding school foundation in developing the quality of students, including: a) discipline aspects, where 1) students are required to behave honestly, 2) providing motivation and advice, 3) establishment of rules; b) aspects of language skills, where 1) Mater of Student program, 2) English camp, 3) Repetition program,; c) aspects of student achievements, where 1) coaching; a) supporting factors, b) inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the author's attention to the decline in teacher performance after the Covid-19 pandemic at MA Muhammadiyah Labuhan Liang and the role of the madrasa head as the highest authority holder in the Madrasah in optimizing teacher performance. This research aims to describe the performance of teachers and the professionalism of the head of the MA Muhammadiyah Labuhan Liang Tarano madrasah in optimizing teacher performance in the 2022/2023 school year. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which obtains data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data examination was carried out using triangulation, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research show that: (1) the performance of MA Muhammadiyah Labuhan Liang teachers can be seen from work discipline and teaching skills, namely skills in making learning plans, skills in carrying out learning and skills in conducting learning evaluations.  (2) The professionalism of the madrasa head in optimizing teacher performance at MA Muhammadiyah Labuhan Liang can be seen from the implementation of his duties and role as leader, motivator and supervisor.

Abstract

This is caused by the lack of variety in the media used by teachers in schools. This research was carried out to increase children's interest in learning numbers through the use of an educational game tool in the form of a number-catching APE. The type of research used is mixed method by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. The research design used was explanatory sequential. The results of the research show (1) that the t-count value was 12.8, while the t-table value was 1.761. It can be concluded that t-count > t-table. So that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. This means that the use of APE rotating to capture numbers was effective in learning numbers for children aged 4-5 years at PGRI Nurul Iman Tiwu Asem Kindergarten with an effect size of 2.7 > 1.00 which included in the strong effect category.  (2) Supported by qualitative data from interviews with teachers and school principals that there was an increase in the recognition of numbers in children aged 4-5 years at PGRI Nurul Iman Kindergarten between before and after being given treatment in the form of APE rotating to catch numbers. Based on the quantitative and qualitative data obtained, the two data complement each other and do not conflict, so it can be concluded that the use of APE rotary capture of numbers is effective in introducing numbers to children aged 4-5 years at PGRI Nurul Iman Tiwu Asem Kindergarten. This means that qualitative data supports and strengthens quantitative data, because there is no difference between the two data.
