Jurnal Pendidikan dan Ekonomi (JUPEK), merupakan jurnal terbitan berkala dengan nomor e-ISSN (onlie) 2746-1092 yang dikelola oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Institut Sains dan Kependidikan (ISDIK) Kie Raha Maluku Utara dengan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS), sehingga JUPEK dapat diakses secara luas dengan gratis. Artikel yang masuk pada JUPEK diproses secara blind and peer-reviewed journal. Artikel yang dipublikasikan pada Jurnal JUPEK merupakan hasil Penelitian, kajian teori dalam bidang Pendidikan, Pendidikan Ekonomi, Ekonomi, dan Kewirausahaan. Jurnal ini terbit 2 kali setahun yakni pada bulan Juli dan Desember.Hasil- hasil pulikasi pada jurnal pendidikan dan ekonomi (JUPEK) ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan khusus dibidang pendidikan dan ekonomi.

<![CDATA[Forest degradation has had an impact on environmental disasters such as: floods, landslides, water crises and global warming. Indonesia's deforestation rate from 2010 to 2021 was 1.6 million hectares per year. This figure increased to 2.84 million hectares per year from to 2022. The increasing rate of deforestation was influenced by forests not being managed properly, excessive logging and illegal logging, expansion of settlements and so on. This study examines forest resource management in the aspect of land resource conservation. The aim of this research is to find out the factors that influence society towards land conservation. The results of this study produced positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is increased income, while the negative impact can be seen as follows: reduced water, soil erosion, soil depletion, sedimentation, and depletion of biodiversity. The economic value of the losses is higher than the profits received. Quantitative results show that land conservation can have a direct influence on maintaining the stability of land resources.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the role of school culture on the performance of professional teachers. The research method used is a qualitative method using interview techniques, documentation studies and observations in collecting data on ten teachers and ten principals at state high schools in the city of Ternate. The results of the research show that teachers in senior high schools in the city of Ternate are trying to improve school culture which leads to high quality professional teacher performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this research is to find out what the marketing strategy is for selling cassava chips to the Rejeki Mangoko UKM in Sulamadaha sub-district. Marketing of products in the cassava chips business in UKM Rejeki Mangoko, Sulamadaha sub-district is still very minimal so that the products being marketed are not well known to the wider community. The aim of the research is to find out the marketing strategy for selling cassava chips at Rejeki Mangoko UKM in Sulamadaha Village. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The respondents for this research are owners, employees and customers. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis. The results of the research show that the chips marketing strategy with cassava chips managers carries out capital management, carries out management of raw materials for cassava chips, carries out production management of cassava chips, and carries out marketing management, the business management is carried out with significant and complementary management. The role of this marketing strategy can have an impact on the management of cassava chips on home industries in Sulamadaha Village, it has a positive impact, namely the management of cassava chips can create jobs, the business of managing cassava chips can reduce the number of unemployed and the management of cassava chips can increase people's income in Sulamadaha district]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the strategy of cooperative administrators in improving the welfare of Bobato cooperative members. This research is a type of qualitative research. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were 20 cooperative members and administrators of the Bobato cooperative. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The data analyzed through percentage analysis via surveys on research subjects was strengthened by the results of analysis from in-depth interviews and KSP Bobato documents. The research results show that the cooperative management strategy is to provide the best service to members, make it easier for members to fulfill their needs, such as providing loans to cooperative members at low interest rates, providing regular counseling, training and education for members, and continuing members' studies. cooperatives at undergraduate and graduate levels. Meanwhile, the distribution of remaining business profits received by each member experiences an increasing trend every year. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the impact of the existence of Indomaret and Alfamidi on the income of stall businesses in Sasa and Jambula sub-districts. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample used in this research was 20 respondents divided into 10 consumers and 10 stall entrepreneurs located in 2 sub-districts. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, data collection in this research: taken through observation, interviews (interview), Documentation (document). The research results show that the existence of Indomaret and Alfamidi has a negative impact on the income of stall entrepreneurs, where there is a decrease in income of 30% to 60%. There was only 1 respondent who was not affected. The research results also explain that the decline in income was caused by several factors, namely location, service, facilities which encourage consumers to refine their choice of shopping at Indomaret and Alfamidi.]]>

<![CDATA[Bone Bolango Regency, located in the coastal area, is known to have various traditional markets that function as trading centers for the local community. These markets play a vital role in the local economy, providing a place for traders to sell various commodities, from agricultural and fishery products to basic necessities. This study aims to create a map of the distribution of traditional markets in the coastal area of Bone Bolango Regency, using a mapping method approach through Geographic Information Systems (GIS). GIS is a very useful tool in mapping these markets. The results of the study show that mapping of traditional markets in Bone Bolango Regency can be easily accessed through GIS. Integration of spatial and attribute data produces maps that are not only informative but also interactive. Data on market location, infrastructure, accessibility. displayed visually.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the environmental impact of coastal reclamation on the economic activities of communities on the coast of Ternate City, North Maluku Province. This research uses a quantitative approach research method, the subjects of this research are people who sell in the market around the coastal reclamation of Ternate City. The data used in this research are (1) primary data, using questionnaires. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires (2) secondary data was obtained using the library/literature study method. The sample consisted of 25 people using random sampling, for data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18 using multiple regression equations. The research results show that the level of education together has a positive and significant effect on income, environmental knowledge and environmental socialization. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.020 and standard error of 0.47. The null hypothesis is rejected with p. value of 0.003 which is smaller than 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The curriculum occupies a strategic position in the implementation of education, because it is a plan and guide for teaching and learning activities. The importance of the curriculum requires seriousness in the preparation process. The preparation and development of the curriculum must be based on strong foundations so that the curriculum is formed directed and systematic. This study examines the nature of the foundation of curriculum development, types and design of curriculum development. The purpose of this study is to examine and describe the nature of the foundation of curriculum development, explain the various foundations of curriculum development and curriculum development design. The research method used in writing this article is a literature study. The results of this study found that the nature of the foundation of curriculum development is the things that must be considered in preparing the curriculum. The foundation of the curriculum consists of a philosophical foundation, a psychological foundation, a sociological foundation and a foundation of science and technology. Applying the main foundations in the preparation and development of the curriculum will form an effective and efficient curriculum that helps achieve the planned educational goals.]]>

<![CDATA[Semakin meningkatnya kasus covid di kota ternate Pemerintah juga memberlakukani Langkah pembatasan sosial atau social distancing dalam merendam dampak covid-19 dengan adanya surat keputusan presiden nomor 7 tahun 2020 dan di lanjutkan dengan surat keputusan wali kota ternate nomor 49.A/III.6/KT/2021, Tentang Gugustugas percepatan penaganan covid-19 Untuk menghentikani mata rantai penularan virusi corona. Pemerintah menerapkan tatanan kehidupan baru dengan selalu menajaga jarak, memakai masker dan selalu memcuci tangan agar amani dari wabah Covid-19 dan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini, pemerintah menutupi semua aktivitas di luar ruangan. Hal demikian sangat berpengaru terhadap UMKM yang ada di kota ternate terlebih khusus yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha kuliner bakso yang ada di kelurahan bastiong. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Dampak Pendemi Covid-19 Terhadap Pendapatan (Studi Pada UMKM Yang Bergerak dalam Bidang Usaha Kuliner Bakso) Di Kelurahan Bastiong Kota Ternate. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatifi Deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pandemi Covid-19 sangatlah berdampak terhadap pendapatan UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidan usaha kulinr bakso di kelurahan bastiong kota ternate. Dimana tiga Pelaku usaha kuliner bakso dengan penghasilan perhari sebelum covid Rp 600.000-700.000 terjadi penurunan pendapatan pada saat covid sebesar Rp 250.000-300.000 dan dua pelaku usaha yang sebelum covid rata-rata pendapatan perhari Rp 500.000 juga terjadi penurunan omzet pada saat covid sebesar Rp 200.000. hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya Menurunnya tingkat daya beli masyarakat, melonjaknya harga bahan baku pembuatan bakso, dan terjadinya pembatasan jam kerja dari pemerinta guna untuk memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran virus.]]>

<![CDATA[This research talks about vocational education policy in the city of Ternate in the context of the ASEAN economic community, and the type of research is qualitative to find an observation of a weakness or naturalistic aspect of an event, exploring the problem phenomologically. The form of in-depth, unstructured interviews through suggestions from those who examine the authentic lives or “life worlds” of the perpetrators. That observation data must be in-depth and detailed, the data must be depicted clearly, the description is sufficient so that the reader can understand what happened and how it happened. The research location is at a vocational school in the city of Ternate, in this case the researcher tries to research the preparation of students in facing the global market in the work sector and currently what is happening regarding ASEAN issues and research results is that vocational schools in the city of Ternate have prepared themselves for global competition and are preparing skilled workers who are ready to be used in the world of work.]]>
