Abstract

Career guidance and counseling have an important role in school programs that aim to stimulate and facilitate students’ career development, including fostering attitudes and interest in the field of entrepreneurship. This article aims to conceptually describe the contribution of career guidance and counseling services in the form of scientific publications as an effort to foster students' entrepreneurial attitudes in Ternate City. The research method used is a narrative literature review (NRL). The results of the research show that in the last five years, there has been no contribution from career guidance and counseling services in fostering entrepreneurial attitudes for elementary to middle school students in Ternate City which have been published in the form of reputable scientific journals. Another finding is that the contribution of career guidance and counseling services using various techniques is effective in fostering students’ entrepreneurial attitudes, especially at the secondary school level in several regions in Indonesia, however, the number of publications in the form of scientific journals is still very minimal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the extent of the role of history teachers in imparting heroic values ​​to students at SMA Negeri 6 North Maluku Province, and to provide an understanding of the process of forming the Indonesian nation through a long history to achieve independence. From the results of this research, it is clear that instilling national heroic values ​​can have a positive impact on students because they are motivated to take part in the teaching and learning process in history subjects and can provide awareness for students to know about national heroes in the struggle to maintain the independence of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. Apart from that, by instilling heroic values, it can provide awareness for students because they are part of the generation of the Indonesian nation who have a sense of pride and love for their country which can make the name of this nation proud through the achievements of each student to achieve independence. in the present and the future.

Abstract

In remote areas in Indonesia, there are still gaps in the education that Indonesian children should receive. There are various factors that cause this gap. The aim of writing the article is to analyze critically and in depth the influence of parents' socio-economic status on student learning outcomes in elementary schools. This type of article is written using qualitative research using analytical literature studies and also research related to books, articles, journals, or other relevant sources that are continuous with the title. The conclusion is that good parental socio-economic conditions can improve student learning achievement so that the learning outcomes obtained by students will also be as good as possible. This is because the family has sufficient facilities and infrastructure so that it can support the talents and interests of students. However, in this research it does not rule out the possibility for a person or child not to make efforts to obtain good achievement and learning outcomes for a child who comes from a family with a sufficient socio-economic status. Many of the children come from remote areas to continue to participate in the teaching and learning process as well as possible. This is because they are aware of the importance of their education.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan produk LKPD Berbasis Multikultural tehadap kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik multietnis kelas X dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh LKPD berbasis Multikultural terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik multietnis kelas X. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang dilanjutkan dengan penelitian Quasi eksperimen. Hasil analisis kovarians diperoleh nilai Fhitung 5.559 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.006 karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05) maka Ho ditolak. Penolakan Ho berarti hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa etnis berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik multietnis. Berdasarkan hasil uji lanjut menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berfikir kritis etnis Makian berbeda nyata lebih tinggi 0,53% dari etnis Ternate dan berbeda nyata lebih tinggi 5,65% dari etnis Togale. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan berfikir kritis etnis Makian lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan etnisTernate dan Togale. Berdasarkan ringkasan hasil uji LSD interaksi antara Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik dan etnis pada Tabel 4.9 dapat dijelaskan bahwa rerata skor terkoreksi kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik multietnis pada Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Eksperimen etnis Ternate berbeda 0,5% dengan eksperimen etnis Makian; berbeda 1,58% dengan kontrol Etnis Makian; berbeda 1,60% dengan Kontrol etnis Ternate; berbeda 0,5% dengan Eksperimen etnis Togaledan berbeda nyata lebih tinggi 6,60% jika dibandingkan dengan kontrol etnis togale. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa interaksi LKPD dan etnis terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis etnis Ternate lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan etnis Makian dan Togale.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the income from cassava chips businesses to improve the family economy in Sulamadaha sub-district and to determine the contribution of cassava chips entrepreneurs' income to family economic income in Sulamadaha sub-district. This research uses case study research with a sample of 10 respondents. Primary data was obtained by interviewing respondents directly. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis to analyze the income and contribution of cassava chips entrepreneurs in increasing family income. The research results show that: (1) based on research results, housewives (wives) as cassava chips entrepreneurs contribute an average of Rp. 1,569,189 per month to total family income. (2) Based on the research results, the average monthly income of husbands is IDR. 2,503,333 per month. So the contribution of housewives is 45%, so the contribution of cassava chips to improving the family economy is very large. Logically speaking, the percentage income of 45% of the total family income is a large amount of income.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has changed the educational paradigm, including economic education in universities. One of the innovations that has emerged is the virtual laboratory, which allows students and lecturers to carry out practices and experiments without the need for a physical laboratory. This article explores the benefits, challenges, and implementation of virtual laboratories in the context of economics education. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach and applies the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis) method for data collection. Data analysis was carried out through critical appraisal of selected literature. Virtual laboratories allow students to engage in market simulations, economic policy experiments, data analysis, and economic modeling. This not only deepens theoretical understanding, but also develops practical skills such as data analysis and decision making. Lecturers can use virtual laboratories to increase teaching effectiveness and provide faster feedback to students. However, the implementation of virtual laboratories faces a number of challenges such as adequate technological infrastructure, development of relevant content, integration with existing teaching methods, effective assessment, and professional training for educators. Overall, virtual laboratories have great potential to improve the quality of economics education by providing a more interactive and in-depth learning experience for students, and preparing them to face future economic challenges.

Abstract

This research was conducted against the background of the low learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 6 Ternate City on natural disaster mitigation material, therefore student learning outcomes need to be improved. One way to improve student learning outcomes is through implementing the role playing learning model so that students can participate actively in the learning process by acting out a role in accordance with the natural disaster mitigation scenario for Gamalama volcano that has been prepared, so that student learning outcomes increase. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a cycle model that is carried out repeatedly and continuously consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 21 students in class XI IPS. Data collection was carried out by observation and tests. Based on the research results, it is known that student learning outcomes have increased after implementing the role playing learning model. This can be seen from the increase in students' classical learning completeness in cycle I by 71.43% and cycle II by 90.48%. Experienced an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 19.05%. Thus it can be concluded that the role playing learning model can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Proverbs are traditional expressions of a society. The application of the Ternate ethnic dola bololo proverb in learning as an innovation in the field of education. The purpose of writing this article is to discuss the use of proverbs in education, especially in Indonesian language and literature education, and to explain the advantages of the proposed method and its procedural aspects. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain the application of proverbs in learning and the application of proverbs for education and learning. The author also explains that this method is more suitable for secondary school levels in Ternate City.

Abstract

Learning theories are considered to have opened the veil on language learning, both first and second languages. The learning theories that are the object of this study are the Nativism theory pioneered by Noam Chomsky, the Behaviorism theory pioneered by John B. Watson, the Cognitivism theory, and the Constructivism theory pioneered by Jean Piaget, which are very influential in language learning. Two controversial theoretical views from America, namely the theory of nativism and behaviorism. Nativism theory argues that language mastery is natural. Meanwhile, behaviorism theory argues that language mastery is "nurture". This is different from the view of cognitivism theory that language learning is largely determined by a person's reasoning or thinking ability. Learning a language is a complex thinking process that continues to develop between cognitive levels and the language environment. Meanwhile, constructivism theory holds that language learning occurs according to a certain pattern of developmental stages according to age. These stages include assimilation, accommodation, disquilibration and equilibration. Language learning must be actively constructed by the child rather than explained in detail by others. Starting from this basic theory, this article aims to explain how this learning theory is implemented in language learning. It is hoped that this will result in language learning that is effective and easy to understand for students who are learning a language.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran dengan gelar sarjana di Indonesia menggambarkan bahwa daya serap pasar kerja dengan lulusan Perguruan Tinggi sangatlah lemah atau sangat kecil. Untuk menyeimbangkan hal tersebut, perlu adanya usaha menumbuhkembangkan semangat berwirausaha dikalangan mahsiswa, guna mengurangi pengganguran terdidik di negeri ini, khususunya di Maluku Utara. Sudah bayak uapaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk menggencarkan semangat berwirausaha dikalangan mahasiswa, salah satunya dengan memberikan dana bantuan kewirausahaan yang diberikan oleh LLDIKTI Wilayah XII yang telah berjalan selama dua tahun ini. Program pendanaan tersebut diharapkan mampu melahirkan wirausahaan atau enterpreuner dari kalangan mahasiswa yang berada di LLDIKTI Wilayah XII. Penelitian ini bertujuan; a) mendeskripiskan potensi wirausahaan atau enterpreuner pada kelompok mahasiswa penerima dana kewirausahaan LLDIKTI XII TA 2023; b) mendeskripiskan karakteristik produk kewirausahaan kelompok mahasiswa penerima dana kewirausahaan LLDIKTI XII TA 2023. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua PTS penerima dana bantuan terbanyak yakni AKBID Gatra Buana dan Universitas Halmahera. Subjek peneltian terdiri dari kelompok kewirausahaan mahasiswa dari dua kampus tersebut. Instrument penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, angket, dokumen atau literature yang berkaitan dengan proposal dan laporan akhir produk kewirausahaan mahasiswa, serta alat perekam (kamera handphone). Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer berupa hasil wawancara, hasil observasi, serta hasil angket, selanjutnya data primer berupa hasil dokementasi kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan produksi dan pemasaran prosuk kewirausahaan tersebut. Langkah-langkah menganalisis data meliputi dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan tahap kesimpulan.
