Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media podcast interaktif Panglima Denai berbasis QR Code Spotify guna mendukung pembelajaran keterampilan menyimak bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 167643 Kota Tebing Tinggi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya minat dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran menyimak serta terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang menarik dan mudah diakses. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi media yang interaktif, praktis, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta angket validasi ahli dan angket respon pengguna yang melibatkan 36 siswa dan guru kelas VI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media podcast interaktif Panglima Denai berbasis QR Code Spotify dinyatakan layak, dengan persentase validasi ahli materi sebesar 82,81% (layak) dan ahli media sebesar 86,11% (sangat layak). Hasil uji praktikalitas menunjukkan respon siswa sebesar 82,18% (layak) dan respon guru sebesar 87,50% (sangat layak), dengan rata-rata sebesar 84,84% (layak). Hasil analisis kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa media ini bermanfaat, mudah digunakan, serta mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan antusiasme siswa dalam pembelajaran menyimak. Dengan demikian, media yang dikembangkan terbukti layak dan praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran keterampilan menyimak bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Abstract: This study aims to develop an interactive podcast media titled Panglima Denai based on QR Code Spotify to support listening skills learning in Indonesian language for sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 167643 Tebing Tinggi. The background of this study is based on the low level of students’ interest and engagement in listening activities, as well as the limited use of technology-based learning media that are engaging and easily accessible. Therefore, an innovative, practical, and digitally relevant learning media is needed. This study employed a research and development (R&D) method using the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, and user response questionnaires involving 36 students and a sixth-grade teacher. The results showed that the developed interactive podcast media is feasible, with a material expert validation score of 82.81% (feasible) and a media expert validation score of 86.11% (very feasible). The practicality test results indicated that student responses reached 82.18% (feasible) and teacher responses reached 87.50% (very feasible), with an overall average of 84.84% (feasible).Qualitative analysis revealed that the media is beneficial, easy to use, and able to enhance students’ engagement and enthusiasm in listening activities. Thus, the developed interactive podcast media is considered feasible and practical to be used as a learning medium for teaching listening skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

Abstrak:Siswa cenderung mengalami hambatan dalam menafsirkan konteks soal dan mengaitkannya dengan konsep matematika yang tepat, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar dan pencapaian Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa kelas V SD Santa Maria Surabaya dalam memahami soal cerita matematika serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen tipe one-group pretest–posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 24 siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes tertulis (pretest dan posttest), observasi, dan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah penerapan PBL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap soal cerita matematika. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 62,5 pada pretest menjadi 81,3 pada posttest, serta persentase ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 29% menjadi 75% dengan KKM ≥ 75. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Problem Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman soal cerita matematika dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Abstract: Many students experience obstacles in interpreting problem contexts and connecting them with appropriate mathematical concepts, which leads to low learning outcomes and failure to achieve the Minimum Mastery Criterion (MMC). This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in overcoming fifth-grade students’ difficulties in understanding mathematical word problems and improving their learning outcomes at SD Santa Maria Surabaya. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest model. The research participants consisted of 24 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through written tests (pretest and posttest), classroom observations, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparative analysis to identify differences in students’ learning outcomes before and after the implementation of PBL. The results showed that the application of Problem Based Learning significantly improved students’ understanding of mathematical word problems. The average score increased from 62.5 in the pretest to 81.3 in the posttest, while the percentage of students achieving the MMC (≥75) rose from 29% to 75%. These findings indicate that Problem Based Learning is effective in enhancing students’ comprehension of mathematical word problems and improving learning outcomes in elementary mathematics.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Metode GASING (Gampang, Asik, dan Menyenangkan) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi numerasi guru dan siswa di Kabupaten Teluk Wondama, Papua Barat sebagai salah satu daerah Terdepan, Terluar, dan Tertinggal (3T) di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental tipe one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 46 guru dan 96 siswa sekolah dasar yang mengikuti program intensif selama tiga minggu (10–30 Juni 2025). Instrumen penelitian berupa tes tertulis yang mengukur lima kompetensi dasar berhitung, yaitu Bakal Kubagi, penjumlahan, perkalian, pengurangan, dan pembagian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, ditandai dengan kenaikan rata-rata skor guru dari 32,33 menjadi 79,83 dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,702 (kategori tinggi), serta peningkatan rata-rata skor siswa dari 10,51 menjadi 75,51 dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,727 (kategori tinggi). Hasil uji Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik (α = 0,05) pada seluruh kompetensi yang diukur. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Metode GASING efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi melalui pendekatan bertahap konkrit–abstrak–komputasi mental yang dikemas secara interaktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan berbasis bukti di daerah 3T, serta menegaskan pentingnya intervensi terpadu yang menyasar guru dan siswa dalam satu ekosistem pembelajaran. Abstrak: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of GASING Method (Easy, Fun, and Enjoyable) in improving numeracy competencies among teachers and students in Teluk Wondama Regency, West Papua one of Indonesia's underdeveloped frontier regions. Using a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, the study involved 46 teachers and 96 students from various primary schools who participated in a three-week intensive program (10–30 June 2025). The research instruments consisted of written arithmetic tests covering five core competencies: Basic Number Sense (Bakal Kubagi), Addition, Multiplication, Subtraction, and Division. Results demonstrated highly significant improvements: teachers' mean scores increased from 32.33 (pre-test) to 79.83 (post-test) with an N-Gain of 0.702 (High category), while students' mean scores rose from 10.51 (pre-test) to 75.51 (diagnostic test) with an N-Gain of 0.727 (High category). Paired Sample t-Test analyses revealed statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) across all measured competencies. Both groups' N-Gain scores substantially exceeded the international average of 0.34 reported in comparable intervention studies (Westphale et al., 2022). These findings demonstrate that the GASING Method with its sequential concrete–abstract–mental computation approach delivered through playful, interactive activities is an effective and replicable solution for addressing the numeracy crisis in Indonesia's remote regions. This research contributes to evidence-based education policy development in underserved areas and reinforces the importance of integrated interventions targeting both teachers and students simultaneously within a unified learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini menganalisis kompetensi Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) guru sekolah dasar dalam pembelajaran matematika perspektif numerasi di daerah 3T, khususnya Kabupaten Teluk Wondama, Papua Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain analisis interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña, melibatkan 48 guru kelas III yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) mayoritas guru mengajar di luar bidang keahliannya dan belum tersertifikasi; (2) pembelajaran didominasi pendekatan prosedural dan metode ceramah repetitif; (3) rendahnya kepercayaan diri guru membatasi respons adaptif terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa; serta (4) lemahnya dukungan institusional sekolah memperparah kondisi tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan PCK guru secara kontekstual dan berkelanjutan merupakan strategi kunci peningkatan kualitas numerasi di wilayah 3T, dengan implikasi penting bagi kebijakan pemerataan guru berkualifikasi dan pengembangan profesional berbasis komunitas. Abstract: This study analyzes the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) competencies of elementary school teachers in mathematics instruction from a numeracy perspective in 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) regions, specifically in Teluk Wondama Regency, West Papua. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with an interactive analysis design by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, involving 48 third-grade teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed thematically. The results indicate that: (1) the majority of teachers teach outside their field of expertise and are not yet certified; (2) instruction is dominated by procedural approaches and repetitive lecture methods; (3) low teacher self-confidence limits adaptive responses to students’ learning difficulties; and (4) weak institutional support from schools exacerbates these conditions.This study highlights that strengthening teachers’ PCK in a contextual and sustainable manner is a key strategy for improving numeracy quality in 3T areas, with important implications for policies on equitable distribution of qualified teachers and community-based professional development

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru sekolah dasar dalam membentuk etika digital siswa di era media sosial. Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja, pendidikan etika digital menjadi sangat penting untuk memastikan siswa dapat menggunakan teknologi dengan bijak dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain satu kelompok tunggal (one-group post-test only). Desain ini digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan/sikap siswa setelah intervensi, tanpa pembandingan kelompok kontrol. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas V sejumlah 28 siswa SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. Analisis data dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) siswa menggunakan media sosial untuk aktualisasi diri dan visualisasi, 2) frekuensi mengakses media sosial tergantung pada kepemilikan gadget dan fasilitas yang tersedia, 3) dampak positif adanya media sosial untuk mempermudah komunikasi antara murid dan guru, serta sebagai sarana belajar dan mencari sumber referensi belajar. Di sisi lain, dampak negatif dari penggunaan media sosial adalah kecanduan siswa terhadap konten negatif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran guru dalam memberikan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk membentuk generasi digital yang beretika. Abstract: This study aims to explore the role of elementary school teachers in shaping students' digital ethics in the social media era. With the increasing use of social media among children and teenagers, digital ethics education becomes very important to ensure that students can use technology wisely and responsibly. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a one-group post-test only design. This design is used to understand the overview of students' knowledge/attitudes after the intervention, without comparing a control group. The subjects of this study were 28 fifth-grade students at SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. Data analysis was conducted through reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that 1) students use social media for self-actualization and visualization, 2) the frequency of social media access depends on gadget ownership and the available facilities, 3) the positive impact of social media in facilitating communication between students and teachers, as well as serving as a means for learning and seeking learning references. On the other hand, the negative impact of using social media is students' addiction to negative content. These findings emphasize the importance of the teacher's role in providing continuous guidance to shape an ethical digital generation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching berorientasi media wordwall terhadap kemampuan literasi membaca siswa pada topik menemukan informasi dalam teks informatif III SD Inpres Oepoi Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian “Pretest-Posstest Control Group Design”. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SD Inpres Oepoi Kupang yang berjumlah 55 orang kelas IIIA dan IIIB. Dimana kelas IIIA dijadikan kelas eksperimen sebanyak 26 siswa, sedangkan kelas IIIB kelas kontrol 29 orang. Dalam pengambilan sampel penggunaan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui tes dan angket pada topik menemukan informasi dalam teks informatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Kemudian dianalisis dengan teknis statistika yaitu menggunakan uji T. Setelah dianalisis hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan Uji T yakni dengan df 55, nilai signifikansinya 0,000 yang berarti < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Disimpulkan adanya efek yang disignifikan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching berorientasi media wordwall terhadap kemampuan literasi membaca siswa pada topik menemukan informasi dalam teks informatif kelas III SD Inpres Oepoi Kupang. Abstract: The study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the wordwall media-oriented reciprocal teaching learning model on students' reading literacy skills on the topic of finding information in informative texts III of SD Inpres Oepoi Kupang. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental research method with a research design of "Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design". The population is all third-grade students of SD Inpres Oepoi Kupang, totaling 55 students from classes IIIA and IIIB. Where class IIIA is used as an experimental class of 26 students, while class IIIB is a control class of 29 students. In sampling, the use of purposive sampling technique. Data collected through tests and questionnaires on the topic of finding information in informative texts. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Then analyzed with statistical techniques, namely using the T test. After being analyzed, the results of this study found that there were differences in students' reading literacy abilities between the control and experimental classes, which can be seen from the results of the T Test calculation, namely with df 55, the significance value is 0.000 which means <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It was concluded that there was a significant effect of the wordwall media-oriented reciprocal teaching learning model on students' reading literacy abilities on the topic of finding information in informative texts III SD Inpres Oepoi Kupang.

Abstract

Abstrak Rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif siswa mengakibatkan perlunya perbaikan dalam pembelajaran. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan model-model pembelajaran inovatif salah satunya model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Naioni Kota Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan capaian kognitif siswa kelas IV melalui model PBL. Studi yang melibatkan 24 siswa (14 laki-laki dan 10 perempuan) ini berlangsung dalam dua siklus, mencakup tahapan perencanaan hingga refleksi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh aspek: efektivitas pengajaran guru meningkat dari 70% menjadi 98%, sementara keterlibatan siswa melonjak dari 65% ke 98,5%. Dari sisi performa akademik, rata-rata nilai tes siswa meningkat drastis dari 57,62% pada siklus I menjadi 91,29% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, model PBL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa mengenai materi ciri-ciri bangun datar. Oleh karena itu, model PBL dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Abstract The low level of students’ cognitive learning outcomes necessitates instructional improvement. One viable approach is the implementation of innovative learning models, such as the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Naioni, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara, with the objective of optimizing the cognitive achievement of fourth-grade students through the PBL model. The study involved 24 students (14 males and 10 females) and was carried out over two cycles, encompassing stages from planning to reflection. The findings revealed significant improvements across all measured aspects: the effectiveness of teacher instruction increased from 70% to 98%, while student engagement rose markedly from 65% to 98.5%. In terms of academic performance, the mean student test score improved substantially from 57.62% in Cycle I to 91.29% in Cycle II. Thus, the PBL model is proven effective in enhancing students’ cognitive learning outcomes regarding the characteristics of two-dimensional shapes. Therefore, the PBL model can be employed to address the issue of low student cognitive learning achievement.
