JMBI (Journal of Marketing and Business Intelligence) this journal publishes original research by academic, business, and government contributors on strategies, governance, tools, applications, techniques, and technologies for BI. Providing a global forum for researching and reporting diverse aspects and issues that affect BI, JMBI targets researchers, practitioners, academicians, knowledge management researchers, and other industry-related experts. The journal examines all aspects of the BI field, including organizational and social issues, technological developments, educational issues, and analytical techniques that foster or inhibit evidence-based decision-making in organizations.The journal accepts the submission of manuscripts using quantitative research approaches as well as qualitative and mixed approaches. JMBI encourages contributions using methodologies such as Case Studies, Action Research, Design Science Research, Grounded-Theory, or Delphi. Systematic literature reviews are also welcomed. High-quality submissions are encouraged using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed research methodologies and methods.

<![CDATA[The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a form of social assistance from the government that aims to improve the welfare of the poor. In the process of selecting PKH assistance recipients, obstacles are often encountered in determining prospective recipients who truly meet the established criteria. Therefore, a decision support system (DSS) is needed that can assist in making decisions objectively and accurately. This study proposes the use of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in a decision support system to determine PKH assistance recipients. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to conduct multi-criteria assessments by giving weighting to each predetermined criterion. The selection process is carried out by determining the weight for each criterion, normalizing the data, and calculating the final preference value used to determine prospective recipients of assistance. The results of this study indicate that a decision support system based on the SAW method is able to provide more transparent, objective, and targeted selection results compared to conventional methods. With this system, it is hoped that the distribution of PKH assistance can be more effective and appropriate according to the economic conditions of the community in need.]]>

<![CDATA[The availability of quality human resources and high work ethics is the main capital of an organization to be able to be on par with other organizations. Without the personal efforts of each individual to strive to progress without being forced, the organization means nothing. At the Regional Secretariat Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, it turns out that the Direction has not been implemented properly so that employee performance is not optimal. The problem faced is how the Direction influences employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Direction on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan and is useful as a reference for further research on Direction and Employee Performance. The hypothesis proposed is that Direction has a positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Data collection and processing using literature studies and field studies using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the discussion, the correlation between Direction in efforts to improve employee performance at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regional Secretariat Office obtained an r figure of 0.57. After consulting with conservative standards, it is between 0.400-0.599 which is included in the moderate correlation. So it can be said that there is a moderate influence between Direction on employee performance at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regional Secretariat Office.]]>

<![CDATA[The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency apparently has not been fully implemented, where many jobs have not been completed on time so that employee performance is less elective due to lack of motivation from the punpunan to its employees. The problem faced by the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Ogan Komering in achieving its goals is the still low performance of employees in carrying out tasks which may be caused by the lack of motivation from the leadership. In this study, the problem focuses on How does motivation affect the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance so that in taking further steps it can improve employee performance. The results of this study, motivation from the leadership has a very large influence on improving employee performance. The suggestion given is that in addition to having to play an active role in their work environment, leaders must also provide an understanding of how to work well to achieve a result and be able to carry out the responsibilities that have been assigned.]]>

<![CDATA[Toko Asus Gadingrejo merupakan salah satu toko komputer yang ada di Gadingrejo, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Toko Asus Gadingrejo merupakan toko yang menjual berbagai jenis laptop, komputer, berbagai hardware komputer, aksesoris komputer dan menerima jasa service atau perbaikan komputer. Proses pencatatan dan penyimpanan data transaksi, data penjualan, dan data pengadaan stok barang masih dilakukan dengan cara manual sehingga diperlukan waktu yang cukup lama ketika mencatat suatu data transaksi, selain itu data penjualan dan pengadaan barang masih menggunakan media kertas yang tentunya hal tersebut tidak mendukung keamanan data secara optimal dan mendukung dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem aplikasi yang dapat melakukan pencatatan dan penyimpanan data yang ada pada Toko Asus Gadingrejo dengan menggunakan komputer guna mempermudah dan mengurangi kesalahan, mempercepat proses pencatatan data-data yang ada pada Toko Asus Gadingrejo. Aplikasi penjualan ini memiliki guna meminimalisasi kerugian yang diakibatkan dari kesalahan perhitungan jumlah pembayaran dan kehilangan data transaksi. Aplikasi penjualan ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemograman Visual Basic yang terdapat pada program aplikasi Visual Studio dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan tahapan SDLC.]]>

The problem faced is how discipline affects the performance of Personnel Division Employees of the Personnel Division of the Baturaja Barat Ogan Komering Ulu District Office. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of Personnel Division Employees of the Baturaja Barat Ogan Komering Ulu District Office and is useful as a reference for further research on discipline and employee performance. The hypothesis proposed, Discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Personnel Division Employees of the Baturaja Barat Ogan Komering Ulu District Office. From the results of the discussion, the correlation between discipline in efforts to improve the performance of Personnel Division Employees of the Baturaja Barat Ogan Komering Ulu District Office obtained an r figure of 0.57. After consulting with conservative standards, it lies between 0.400-0.599 which is included in the moderate correlation. <![CDATA[This research is a quantitative research using a survey method with a data collection technique using a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to village officials. Sampling using a total sampling technique, namely all Bangsa Negara village officials totaling 12 people. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village officials. Based on the simple linear regression equation is Y = 2,094 + 0.884, and the correlation value of 0.973 is in the position of 0.800-1,000, it is stated that the relationship is very strong. At the same time, the R square number (determination coefficient) of 0.947 indicates that the contribution of the work discipline variable, and the performance of Bangsa Negara village officials (Y) is 94.7%. At the same time, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the data obtained t count The work discipline variable obtained a t count value of 13,420 where the t count value is more than the t table value (13,420> 1,812). So there is an influence between the work discipline variable (X) on the performance of village officials (Y).]]>

With the use of this information system, it will make it easier for employees to collect transaction data in the Wheeled Jaya workshop so that it is expected to be able to provide faster, better service and make it easier for workshop owners to manage motorcycle spare data. How to make an Android-based Online Motorcycle Parts Ordering Application Design, in designing this formation system, the author uses the Waterfall Model, there are 5 steps in waterfall mode, the Waterfall Methodology is one of the models in software design. The design of an Android-Based Motorcycle Parts Ordering Application was built using the Embarcadero Delphi 10.4 software and using the java script programming language. Based on testing the Android-Based Motorcycle Parts Ordering Application Design, it can be concluded that the Android-Based Motorcycle Parts Ordering Application System increases consumers to search for motorcycle parts sales shops in Beroda Jaya.]]>
